&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REGLAMENT GENERAL D'ÚS D'ESPAIS MUNICIPALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 1.- Naturalesa, objecte i àmbit d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte d'aquest reglament l'ordenació dels espais que ofereix l'Ajuntament d'Esporles, dins l'àmbit del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Esporles ofereix espais a grups, entitats, associacions, particulars i empreses pel desenvolupament de les seves activitats i projectes. Aquestes activitats s'hauran d'ajustar a la llei, per tant no es podran fer actes que facin apologia de la violència, intolerància etc., o que discriminin per contingut o dret d'accés a ningú per causa de gènere, raça, cultura o religió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran fer ús d'espais els particulars per impartir activitats obertes a la gent del poble, llevat d'aquelles excepcions que així s'especifiquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2.- Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-&amp;nbsp; Normes d'aplicació, la llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, atribueix al municipi la potestat normativa per dictar ordenances dins l'àmbit de les seves competències, igualment que l'art. 100 de la llei 20/2006, entre les quals, si troba la potestat reglamentària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- La utilització dels espais s'ajustarà al que estableix aquest reglament, sense perjudici de la normativa de caràcter estatal, autonòmica o municipal sobre la matèria, així com les disposicions de les administracions competents, segons l'ordre jeràrquic corresponent i dins les seves respectives competències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 3.- Utilització dels espais&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La utilització dels espais disponibles comporta el compliment d'uns requisits mínims i el pagament d'unes taxes i/o fiances que són aprovades pel ple de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles. L'import de les tarifes del servei es farà efectiu com a mínim tres dies abans de celebrar-se l'activitat. No es considerarà feta la reserva en ferm sense aquest requisit. El pagament, si no s'especifica una altra cosa, es realitzarà a la tresoreria de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La petició d'espais es podrà realitzar per escrit al correu electrònic del servei d'espais municipals mitjançant formulari publicat a la web de l'Ajuntament, o bé mitjançant el registre físic en les oficines de l'Ajuntament, amb una antelació mínima de 7 dies per a poder tramitar la petició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Ajuntament donarà resposta a la petició en un termini de 5 dies i no es considerarà autoritzat l'ús de l'espai sense resposta per part de l'Ajuntament, entenent-se el silenci administratiu coma negatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resposta de les sol·licituds per mitjans digitals es farà preferentment per correu electrònic. En EL cas de sol·licituds que es realitzin mitjançant registre presencial, hauran d'indicar la via en què volen la resposta: en paper o per via electrònica. En tot cas constarà l'import a satisfer, si és el cas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el cas d'anul·lació d'una reserva o canvi de data, s'haurà de comunicar el més aviat possible. Es tornarà l'import pagat si l'anul·lació es produeix fins a tres dies abans de l'acte. En cas que s'hagin contractat serveis addicionals i no es puguin retornar, aquests aniran a càrrec del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el cas de rebre més d'una sol·licitud i que coincideixi en la data i hora de realització de l'acte, els criteris d'atorgament seran: en primer lloc les activitats organitzades pel propi Ajuntament d'Esporles, en segon lloc, les organitzades per entitats locals i en tercer lloc, la resta, que d'aquestes, tendrà preferència aquella que primer s'hagi rebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No es permetrà l'ocupació d'un espai per part d'un sol·licitant diferent al que consta en el full de sol·licitud, ni la realització d'una activitat diferent a la descrita en el protocol de reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La cessió d'espais a una mateixa entitat encara que tingui caràcter periòdic no suposarà en cap cas la possibilitat d'establir la seu social de l'entitat o grup al centre cedit, a excepció de l'Hotel d'Entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.8-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les reserves per activitats periòdiques s'hauran de renovar anualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.9-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les entitats, grups, associacions, empreses i particulars, no podran fer campanyes de promoció de productes, ni fer compravenda de productes, si no és amb finalitats solidàries i hauran de disposar del vist i plau previ de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.10-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la sol·licitant d'espais municipals es compromet a deixar-ho tal i com l'ha trobat. El/la sol·licitant, doncs, assumeix la responsabilitat de l'acte i dels danys que es puguin ocasionar, tant a les instal·lacions, com del mobiliari, com de les persones. L'Ajuntament no es farà càrrec en cap cas de les possibles pèrdues d'objectes personals que el sol·licitant pugui patir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.11-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El sol·licitant es compromet a respectar l'aforament autoritzat de la sala i fer-ne l'ús d'acord a les seves característiques, així com a respectar la funcionalitat dels materials de la sala i fer-ne l'ús al qual estan destinats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.12-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No s'autoritzarà cap cessió d'espai que tingui per finalitat una activitat de caràcter lucratiu sempre que no siguin activitats obertes i dirigides a la gent del poble o amb finalitats solidàries a excepció de la sala d'actes de Sa Fàbrica, que si que es podran celebrar activitats de caràcter lucratiu i tancades a la gent del poble. Aquesta cessió d'espais per activitats lucratives està supeditat a un preu de cessió que queda recollit a l'ordenança municipal pertinent i en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.13-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el cas que el sol·licitant editi material de difusió de l'acte, el logotip, la marca o la imatge institucional de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles haurà de figurar a aquest material i es farà responsable de la seva distribució i de l'acompliment de la normativa municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per a qualsevol supòsit que pugui sorgir i que no reculli el present reglament, serà resolt d'ofici per Batlia o per la persona en qui delegui per la gestió dels espais i material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 4.- Gestió dels residus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Ajuntament posarà a l'abast de l'entitat/associació, per a cada esdeveniment, un joc de poals i bosses per separar els residus i poder-los reciclar. Concretament se'n proporcionarà: un per a envasos (color groc), un per a paper i cartró (color blau), un per a vidre (color verd) i un per a matèria orgànica (color marró), aquest darrer amb una bossa biodegradable de 120L. Tots els residus que se generin durant la celebració de l'activitat s'hauran de deixar degudament separats i, exclusivament, dins els contenidors o bosses corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Pel que fa als residus no reciclables, el que coneixem com a rebuig, s'hauran de dipositar o bé dins bossetes vermelles homologades (com les que es fan servir a les cases particulars) si és poca quantitat, o bé dins bosses de plàstic de 120L amb una etiqueta de rebuig, que es podran adquirir prèviament a l'Ajuntament, o es podrà passar a pagar aquesta taxa, passada l'activitat, també a les oficines municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Està prohibida la utilització de vaixelles d'un sol ús que generi qualsevol tipus de residu (vaixelles de plàstic, cartró o altres materials). Es recomana a les entitats organitzadores que demanin a les persones que participin en les seves activitats que duguin els seus estris (mai d'un sòl ús) i se'ls entornin a casa. L'Ajuntament disposarà de vaixella reutilitzable que es podran cedir en servei de préstec, regulat pel Reglament General de Cessió de Materials Municipals, a les entitats que així ho prefereixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 5.- Disposicions específiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Sala d'exposicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les cessions seran per períodes de 15 dies naturals del mes (inclòs el muntatge i desmuntatge), és a dir, de l'1 al 15 i del 16 al 30-31&amp;nbsp; de cada mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Ajuntament només cedeix l'espai. El/la sol·licitant ha de proporcionar el muntatge i desmuntatge, tot el material que necessiti i les despeses que origini el transport, muntatge i desmuntatge correran a càrrec seu, havent de deixar la sala tal i com estava a l'inici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'horari d'obertura serà, com a norma general, de dilluns a divendres de 16 a 20h, a no ser que se n'acordi un de diferent. La sala no està vigilada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La publicitat va a càrrec del sol·licitant, i haurà de complir la normativa vigent al municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El criteri de prioritat per cedir aquest espai és el d'ordre de registre d'entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d) Hotel d'entitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquest és un espai destinat a associacions/entitats culturals i esportives d'Esporles, a col·lectius no formals d'Esporles i a les persones empadronades a Esporles o col·lectius de fora d'Esporles que ocasionalment organitzin activitats que tinguin com a finalitat la promoció i difusió de les activitats culturals, esportives, educatives, artístiques i, en general, de l'àmbit social a Esporles i fomentar la participació i l'associacionisme i que puntualment necessitin un espai per reunir-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les activitats que poden realitzar-se a l'Hotel d'entitats són reunions, gestió administrativa interna de l'entitat, atenció a tercers segons l'objecte de l'entitat, formació, xerrades, debats, col·loquis que tinguin com a finalitat la promoció i difusió de les activitats culturals, esportives, educatives, artístiques i, en general, de l'àmbit social a Esporles i fomentar la participació i l'associacionisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per accedir a l'Hotel d'Entitats s'ha de passar per l'Ajuntament o pel Casal de Joves a recollir la clau i retornar-la una vegada finalitzat el seu ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es vol disposar de la sala amb exclusivitat (per reunions, activitats o altres), cal fer una reserva anticipadament via web o per correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Hotel d'Entitats disposa d'armariets, als quals les diferents entitats a les que se'ls hagi cedit, podran accedir i emprar-los a mode d'arxiu documental i per guardar altres estris de poc volum. Aquests armariets són d'ús exclusiu de l'entitat a la qual se li hagi cedit la utilització d'aquest, ja que cada armariet es pot tancar amb clau i cada entitat disposarà de la seva clau pròpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquests armariets són prioritàriament per les entitats d'Esporles, les quals no disposin d'un espai a on emmagatzemar la documentació generada de la seva activitat com a grup associat. En segon terme i en cas d'haver-hi disponibilitat, també es cediran a els grups organitzats d'Esporles no reconeguts com a entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment i sempre que hi hagi disponibilitat, es podrà cedir temporalment l'ús d'un armariet a entitats que no siguin d'Esporles per desenvolupar activitats culturals, esportives, educatives, artístiques i, en general, de l'àmbit social a Esporles i fomentar la participació i l'associacionisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La concessió dels armariets es renovarà any a any (de setembre a setembre), per tal que les entitats que no hagin pogut tenir accés per mor dels armariets limitats, tenguin opció d'accedir-hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per tal d'accedir a l'ús dels armariets, es necessari presentar una instància general a l'Ajuntament d'Esporles per sol·licitar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els armariets només serveixen per emmagatzemar els documents i material poc voluminós, en cap cas poden ser emprats com per guardar material que pugui provocar molèsties a la resta d'usuaris de l'espai (matèria orgànica, begudes, aparells electrònics engegats...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En cas de sospitar que, s'estan incomplint qualsevol de les normes especificades aquí, el personal del Casal de Joves podrà fer ús de la copia de seguretat per comprovar el contingut dels armariets i prendre les mesures pertinents (sempre que sigui possible, amb algú de l'entitat present).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e) Casa des poble&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La decisió d'autoritzar o no un esdeveniment a la Casa des Poble correspon a l'Ajuntament d'Esporles i es farà en funció de les característiques d'aquest esdeveniment i a la possibilitat de realitzar-lo o no a un altre espai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les sol·licituds s'han de fer per escrit al registre de l'Ajuntament amb un terminin mínim de 15 dies abans de l'acte. En cas contrari, no s'autoritzarà l'ús de l'espai. Excepcionalment, i per entitats d'Esporles, es podrà sol·licitar amb un termini inferior, essent decisió final de l'Ajuntament, autoritzar o no l'acte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En el cas de rebre més d'una sol·licitud i que coincideixi en la data de realització de l'acte, la comissió encarregada de la programació de l'espai decidirà quina sol·licitud s'accepta i quina es denega, basant-se en criteris tècnics i d'interès general dels esdeveniments sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De manera extraordinària, es podrà anular una reserva ja confirmada per realitzar un esdeveniment d'interès general i que per calendaris no es pugui fer en altres dates. Aquesta anulació es faria sempre dins uns terminis de temps raonables i cercant la millor alternativa de data per l'acte ajornat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Serà responsabilitat del sol·licitant l'edició i distribució del material de difusió de l'acte i la venda de les entrades, sempre d'acord a la normativa en vigor. L'Ajuntament podrà col·laborar en la difusió dels cartells mitjançant els canals habituals (web, facebook, mailing, ...). Les possibles despeses corresponents a imposts, taxes, drets d'autor i d'altres despeses relacionades amb l'execució de l'activitat, aniran íntegrament a càrrec dels organitzadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El sol·licitant de l'espai es compromet a deixar-ho tal i com l'ha trobat, inclosos l'estat de les cortines i telons i la col·locació de les cadires. El sol·licitant, doncs, assumeix la responsabilitat de l'acte i dels danys que es puguin ocasionar, tant a les instal·lacions, com del mobiliari, com de les persones. Per tal d'assegurar aquest aspecte, el sol·licitant haurà de disposar d'una persona responsable del control d'entrada i ordre a la sala. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Ajuntament no es farà càrrec en cap cas de les possibles pèrdues d'objectes personals que el sol·licitant pugui patir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els grups, companyies o usuaris podran disposar, en funció de l'ocupació, de fins a tres sessions prèvies d'assaig a la mateixa Casa del Poble, tots elles sense equip de so i il·luminació escènica. En cas de necessitar assajar amb aquests equips, el grup, companyia o usuari ho sol·licitarà expressament i n'assumirà el cost que d'aquest servei es desprengui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'anterior apartat no serà d'aplicació a les entitats d'Esporles, a les quals es podrien autoritzar més de tres assajos i com a màxim un d'aquests assajos amb tècnic de sala gratuït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'accés al primer pis queda restringit al personal tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No està permès entrar bicicletes, patins, pilotes o qualsevol altre joc o estri que no sigui exclusivament pels actes que s'hi han de celebrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es recomanable no deixar objectes a les sales i, si se'n deixen, retirar-los una vegada finalitzats els actes ja que tot objecte que resti i no sigui recollit o reclamat, al cap d'una setmana serà dipositat al Punt Verd municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No es permet beure ni menjar a l'escenari, a platea ni al primer pis a excepció d'aquells casos en que l'espectacle que s'ha de desenvolupar així ho requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; A l'hora de recollir les escombraries, s'ha de fer tal i com marquen les ordenances municipals al respecte, essent obligatori la separació de les deixalles i el seu posterior transport al punt municipal de reciclatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No es poden fer activitats més tard de les 00h (mitjanit).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; És reservat el dret d'admissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; És prohibit l'ús de telèfons mòbils, alarmes de rellotges i altres aparells electrònics que puguin destorbar la funció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;f) Centre de formació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les cessions són per temporada (de setembre a juliol) o per activitats puntuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els horaris concedits inclouen el temps necessari per preparar l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la responsable de l'activitat és el/la responsable de la sala, essent l'encarregat/da d'obrir, tancar, apagar llums, de tenir cura del material i de deixar la sala en el mateix estat d'ordre i neteja en què estava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; A l'hora de recollir les escombraries, s'ha de fer tal i com marquen les ordenances municipals al respecte, essent obligatori la separació de les deixalles per al seu posterior reciclatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els criteris de prioritat per cedir aquest espai per activitats de temporada són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Activitats pròpies de l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Activitats de temporada de l'Associació de Persones Majors d'Esporles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Activitats de temporada d'entitats del poble&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Altres activitats de temporada no recollides en els anteriors punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els casos anteriors, per a cada punt tendra preferència aquella sol·licitud rebuda en primer lloc..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El criteri de prioritat per cedir aquest espai per activitats puntuals és el d'ordre de registre d'entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6.- Règim disciplinari&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Correspon a la Batllia exercir les activitats de control i adoptar les mesures complementàries, cautelars o correctores que siguin necessàries, així com incoar i resoldre els expedients sancionadors que provinguin d'infraccions al present Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els expedients sancionadors es tramitaran d'acord amb el Reglament del règim jurídic del procediment general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les infraccions es classifiquen, per la seva entitat, en lleus i greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Son infraccions lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considerarà lleu, l'incompliment d'algunes de les obligacions dels usuaris, quan la seva conseqüència no doni lloc a la qualificació de greu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tracte incorrecte a qualsevol usuari/a, personal, tècnic, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Causar mals lleus de forma involuntària a la instal·lació, material o equipament de les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les vulneracions del present Reglament no tipificades com a greus o molt greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incompliment d'horaris per causa no justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Son infraccions greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment reiterat d'algunes de les obligacions dels usuaris/es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mal tracte de paraula o obra a altres usuaris/es, espectadors/es, professorat, tècnics, jutges/ses o empleats/des de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Causar mals greus de forma voluntària a la instal·lació, material o equipament de les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abandonament, abocament, vessament o eliminació incontrolats de qualsevol tipus de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Originar per imprudència o negligència accidents greus a un mateix o a altres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Falsejar intencionadament les dades relatives a la identitat, característiques de l'acte i la suplantació d'identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deixar els llums, aire condicionat etc. en marxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La reincidència en incompliments resolts com lleus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes d'aquest article, existeix reincidència quan el/la responsable hagi estat sancionat/da per haver comès més d'una infracció greu en el termini d'un any i les sancions siguin fermes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7.- Sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les infraccions regulades en aquest capítol se sancionaran de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Infraccions lleus: Els incompliments lleus es sancionaran amb prevenció per escrit o la pèrdua de la condició d'usuari/a per un període de 5 a 30 dies i la pèrdua de la fiança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Infraccions greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els incompliments greus es sancionaran amb la pèrdua de la condició d'usuari/a per un període comprès entre 30 dies i 2 anys, si la gravetat del mateix ho fes necessari i la pèrdua de la fiança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tindran en consideració com a circumstàncies modificadores de la responsabilitat a efectes de la graduació de les sancions les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La incomoditat, els perjudicis o els danys causats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El benefici il·lícit obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La reincidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A la proposta de resolució de l'expedient sancionador s'haurà de justificar expressament la concurrència i l'aplicació de les esmentades circumstàncies que modifiquen la responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8.- Responsables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran responsables de les infraccions els qui per acció o omissió hi hagin participat d'aquestes o s'hagin beneficiat de la seva comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓ DEROGATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queden derogats tots els textos de les ordenances municipals contraris el nou text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓ FINAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present ordenança entrarà en vigor el dia següent de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estant en vigor fins a la seva modificació o derogació expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I havent transcorregut el termini d'exposició al públic de trenta (30) dies de duració a comptar des de l'esmentat anunci sense que s'hagi presenta cap reclamació o suggerència, s'entén de conformitat amb el que disposa l'art. 17 del RDL 2/2004 de 5 de març pel que s'aprova el text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, definitivament aprovades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública per a general coneixement i als efectes pertinents d'acord amb l'art. 17 de l'esmentat text legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
