	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;les Associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes &lt;/span&gt;(APIMA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les fundacions culturals, tant públiques com privades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les fundacions participades per les administracions locals menorquines &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les associacions i agrupacions de comerciants d'àmbit municipal i insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les agrupacions de comerciants d'àmbit municipal sense personalitat jurídica pròpia podran ser beneficiàries de la convocatòria, sempre que en la sol·licitud detallin els compromisos d'execució assumits per cada membre així com l'import de la subvenció a aplicar per cadascun d'ells. En tot cas, les agrupacions de comerciants d'àmbit municipal sense personalitat jurídica han de nomenar un representant o apoderat únic, amb poders suficients per complir les obligacions que els hi corresponen com a beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objectiu del programa Menorca, Arts, Música i Teatre és la promoció de l'activitat artística, musical i teatral que desenvolupen els artistes i grups &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;menorquins o residents a l'illa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a fi d'oferir-los un marc per donar a conèixer la seva activitat i creativitat, tot col·laborant a mantenir unes manifestacions culturals arrelades a Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà per les bases aprovades pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 06.05.2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Import &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import global màxim de la convocatòria és de 120.000 € (cent vint mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds per acollir-se a aquests ajuts serà de 30 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. Altres dades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Poden ser objecte de subvenció d'aquest programa les activitats musicals, les arts escèniques i les arts visuals ofertes pels grups, artistes i solistes participants del programa Menorca, Arts, Música i Teatre que estiguin donats d'alta al catàleg en el moment de la concessió de les ajudes, i que tinguin lloc entre l'1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de l'any de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada beneficiari només pot sol·licitar 2 actuacions per grup i any dels inclosos en el catàleg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El límit d'actuacions anuals per grup dins aquesta convocatòria és de 6&lt;span style="color:#1b1b1b"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El nombre màxim de sol·licituds s'estableix en: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a les entitats culturals i les fundacions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3 sol·licituds, si es realitzen actuacions d'una mateixa categoria artística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4 sol·licituds, si es realitzen actuacions de dues categories artístiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;
