    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;El 28 de desembre de 2023, es va publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023 del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases reguladores i s&amp;apos;aprova una nova convocatòria de les ajudes de&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;minimis&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;per a la modernització i la innovació en la higiene i en la neteja dels establiments d&amp;apos;allotjament turístic, destinada a la compra de mecanismes d&amp;apos;elevació de llits, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, finançat per la Unió Europea amb Next Generation EU. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El 8 de febrer de 2024, es va publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;l&amp;apos;Ordre 6/2024 del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual es modifica l&amp;apos;Ordre &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;25/2023&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;en el sentit d&amp;apos;adaptar-la al nou règim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; que preveu els articles 2.2 i 3.2 del Reglament (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comissió Europea, de 13 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;L&amp;apos;article 13 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023 i el punt 10 de la convocatòria regulen la forma i el contingut necessari de les sol·licituds. P&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;er altra banda, l&amp;apos;article 14 de l&amp;apos;Ordre disposa que, si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits establerts en la convocatòria o no va acompanyada de la documentació exigida, s&amp;apos;ha de requerir a la persona sol·licitant perquè en un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la notificació del requeriment, esmeni les deficiències, amb indicació que, si no ho fa, s&amp;apos;entendrà que ha desistit de la sol·licitud, després de la resolució prèvia que s&amp;apos;ha de dictar d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 21.1 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;òrgan instructor ha examinat les sol·licituds presentades i ha detectat deficiències en els expedients que s&amp;apos;indiquen en l&amp;apos;annex. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per això, es requereix a les persones sol·licitants que s&amp;apos;inclouen en l&amp;apos;annex que, en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la notificació d&amp;apos;aquest requeriment presentin les esmenes a les deficiències indicades en l&amp;apos;annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per esmenar les deficiències, s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;utilitzar el tràmit electrònic específic posat a disposició de les persones interessades en el portal de la Direcció General de Turisme i en la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB. L&amp;apos;accés a aquest tràmit es pot fer des de la pàgina web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el tràmit telemàtic d&amp;apos;esmena de la sol·licitud s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;indicar el número d&amp;apos;expedient corresponent que s&amp;apos;indica en l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquest requeriment&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;Les esmenes efectuades per qualsevol altre mitjà diferent a l&amp;apos;anterior no es consideren vàlides i s&amp;apos;entenen com a no presentades, com assenyala l&amp;apos;article 14 de l&amp;apos;Ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;Així mateix, es fa constar que, en el cas de no esmenar les deficiències assenyalades en el termini atorgat, es considera que la persona sol·licitant desisteix de la sol·licitud i s&amp;apos;ha de dictar resolució en aquests termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
