&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Convocar concurs de mèrits pel sistema de promoció interna per cobrir una plaça de cap de l'àrea de Recursos Humans, vacant en la plantilla de personal laboral de l'Institut municipal de l'Esport de l'Ajuntament de Palma, pertanyent al nivell 1, dotada pressupostàriament i corresponent a l'oferta pública d'ocupació de&amp;nbsp; l'exercici 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Aprovar les bases específiques que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autoritzar la despesa corresponent a les retribucions bàsiques que són de 39.811,21€ anuals amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 20 34000 13000, distribuït de la següent manera: 2.497,66€ de salari base per 15 pagues,&amp;nbsp; 637,85€ de complement de destí per 3 pagues extres, 432,76€ de paga addicional en el mes de setembre. També, autoritzar i disposar la despesa corresponent a la quota empresarial de la Seguretat Social de 1.060,97€ mensuals, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 20 34000 16000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donar compte al proper Consell Rector que es dugui a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;a) Tenir la condició de personal laboral de l'IME, fixo en plantilla, amb una antiguitat mínima de dos anys complets, en el nivell immediatament anterior.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En cas de quedar desert, es podrà presentar el personal laboral de l'IME, fix en plantilla, amb una antiguitat mínima de dos anys complets, en el segon nivell immediatament anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol de grau en economia, psicologia, dret, relacions laborals o ciències del treball i recursos humans o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar en possessió del títol de català C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;COMPOSICIÓ DEL TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador estarà constituït per un president o presidenta, designats per l'òrgan competent, i quatre vocals. Aquesta designació implicarà la dels respectius suplents. El secretari serà designat d'entre els vocals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per a efectuar funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació de personal assessor especialista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SOL·LICITUDS I TERMINIS DE PRESENTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud per participar en el concurs s'ha de presentar tal i com s'indica a les bases generals publicades en el BOIB núm. 16 d'1de febrer de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de vint dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui la convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que es valoraran a la fase de concurs estan referits a la data de presentació d'instàncies i se basaran en l'experiència professional, cursos de formació i titulacions acadèmiques exclusivament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada; s'hauran de presentar adjuntant a la sol·licitud corresponent un currículum juntament amb els documents originals o fotocòpies acarades dels mèrits a valorar. Únicament es valoraran els que estiguin adequadament i clarament acreditats, d'acord amb els barems de la fase de concurs. No es tindrà en compte la remissió a altres expedients de convocatòries anteriors. L'Administració pot, en qualsevol moment, exigir o comprovar l'acreditació dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de treballs realitzats a l'administració pública s'ha de dur a terme mitjançant un certificat de l'organisme corresponent, en el qual s'ha de constar: temps treballat, categoria, grup o nivell i vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionar de carrera, funcionari interí o personal laboral)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de treballs amb entitats públiques empresarials (entitats de dret públic sotmeses al dret privat), consorcis, fundacions del sector públic, empreses societàries del sector públic i empreses privades s'ha de dur a terme mitjançant el certificat de la vida laboral; l'acreditació de la categoria i de les funcions que s'han exercit s'ha de fer amb el contracte laboral o un certificat de l'empresa, del consorci o la fundació corresponent, o d'altra manera amb què quedin acreditades la categoria i les funcions que s'han exercit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits presentats podran ser retirats pels aspirants en el termini de tres mesos comptats des de l'endemà d'adquirir fermesa la resolució definitiva del procediment. En cas contrari, seran destruïts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mèrits per a valorar són els que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiència professional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en el nivell immediatament anterior: 0,07 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en el segon nivell immediatament anterior: 0,05 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 7 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Escola Municipal de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques. Tampoc es valoraran els cursos de doctorat ni la impartició d'assignatures a la Universitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'impartició es valora amb 0,007 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'aprofitament es valora amb 0,005 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb 0,002 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulacions acadèmiques oficials &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estudis que es valoren:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Es valoren en aquest apartat les titulacions acadèmiques, el caràcter oficial o l'equivalència de les quals tingui reconeguts i establerts el Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esports, com també els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau establerts per les universitats espanyoles a la regulació dels ensenyaments propis, quan estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el 1r cicle que sigui imprescindible per a obtenir-lo, llevat del supòsit del títol de màster oficial o títol propi de postgrau, en què sí es pot valorar la llicenciatura o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Es valoraran les titulacions del mateix nivell acadèmic o superior, o de nivell inferior a les exigides com a requisits, sense que en cap cas es pugui valorar l'acreditada com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2. Puntuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Títol d'estudis oficials de doctor, reconegut com a nivell MECES 4: 6 punts&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Títol d'estudis oficials de màster, llicenciatura, grau en enginyeria o arquitectura reconeguts com a nivell MECES 3: 5 punts.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Títol d'estudis oficials de diplomatura, grau, enginyeria tècnica o arquitectura tècnica reconeguts com a nivell MECES 2: 4 punts.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Títol de tècnic superior de formació professional reconegut com a nivell MECES 1 o equivalent acadèmic: 3 punts.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Títol de batxillerat o de tècnic de formació professional o equivalent acadèmic: 2 punts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixement de llengua catalana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de domini (certificat C2): 1,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (certificat LA): 0,50 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 2 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Total de la puntuació de la fase de concurs: 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INTERPOSICIÓ DE RECURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquestes bases específiques, que esgoten la via administrativa, les persones interessades poden interposar recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons els articles 8, 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos des de l'endemà de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
