font-size:12px">L'apartat 8.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12&nbsp;de març&nbsp;de 2023 &nbsp;per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció, corresponents a l'any 2023, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em><em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em></em>d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Antecedents</em></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><em>En data de 15 d'abril de 2023 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolució de la Presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 d'abril, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes per al Foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció per a l'any per a l'any 2023.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><em>De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè d'aquesta Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el dia 30/06/2023, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 299 sol·licituds d'ajuda. </em></span>&nbsp;</em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquestes ajudes i han comprovat que els sol·licitats que figuren als annexes d'aquesta resolució de concessió compleixen amb els requisits per ser beneficiaris de l'ajuda. &nbsp;</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><em>Els òrgans gestors han comprovat que existeix crèdit adequat i suficient per cobrir totes les sol·licituds, per tant , </em></span><em>no fa falta aplicar el prorrateig de l'ajuda d'acord el que disposa el punt setè de la convocatòria.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Informe i Proposta &nbsp;de &nbsp;concessió </em></em></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb les certificacions de les associacions gestores dels llibres genealògics, i aplicades les reduccions indicades als informes–propostes provisionals de concessió i notificades mitjançant la seva publicació a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA -expedients marcats amb (*)-, &nbsp;els interessats que figuren a l'Annex I poden ser beneficiaris d'aquesta línia d'ajuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
