&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Jaime Ferriol Martí, en la seva condició de Batle President de l'Ajuntament de Maria de la Salut, província Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FA SABER: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que el Ple de la Corporació Local, reunit en Sessió ordinària, primera convocatòria dia 13 de maig de 2024, va aprovar, per unanimitat del seu nombre legal de membres, la modificació de l'article tercer de l'Acord regulador d'establiment i ordenació dels preus públics per finançar la prestació del servei educatiu de l'Escola infantil pública, de data 9 d'octubre de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, en compliment del que es disposa en l'article 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, es publica completament la redacció del nou Acord regulador per establir i ordenar els preus públics per finançar la prestació del servei educatiu de l'Escola infantil pública, per a general coneixement i els efectes que calguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;strong&gt;r&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. QUANTIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
