    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local en sessió de 06 de maig de 2024 acordà aprovar les bases reguladores de Ia convocatòria de subvencions,per concurrència competitiva de II Concurs de Videorecomenacions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Culturals per a Joves, que seguidament es transcriuen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases del II Concurs de Videorecomanacions Culturals per a Joves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Des de l'Àrea de Política Lingüística de l'Ajuntament de Manacor es promou aquest II Concurs de Videorecomanacions Culturals per a Joves per promoure la difusió de continguts i obres audiovisuals en llengua catalana entre la ciutadania del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objectius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El II Concurs de Videorecomanacions Culturals per a Joves té com a finalitats estimular la creació i la difusió de continguts audiovisuals a Internet en català i promoure la lectura i el consum d'obres audiovisuals en llengua catalana entre els joves del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Persones destinatàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden participar en el concurs els joves entre 14 i 30 anys que resideixin en el municipi de Manacor o que, sense residir-hi, cursin estudis en un centre educatiu radicat en el municipi. Amb la inscripció, els menors d'edat han d'adjuntar una autorització d'un progenitor o del tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La participació pot ser individual o per parelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Categories&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) Videorecomanacions de llibres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar-hi cal enregistrar i publicar un vídeo breu en el qual la persona participant exposi davant la càmera, preferiblement a peu dret, la seva opinió o valoració sobre un llibre (o llibres) que hagi llegit, o les expectatives sobre un llibre (o llibres) que hagi adquirit recentment, de manera que copsi l'atenció dels espectadors. La presentació ha de ser directa i dinàmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els llibres triats han de ser en català (original o traducció), i la llengua dels vídeos també ha de ser el català (tant la intervenció de la persona participant com el títol, les descripcions i els subtítols permanents, si n'hi ha). Els vídeos poden contenir subtítols d'activació opcional en altres llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'edició dels vídeos no és necessària. Si n'hi ha, es recomana que sigui edició al tall i no massa recarregada (no s'ha d'abusar de transicions, efectes, etc.). Per exemple, s'hi pot incorporar algun element (capçalera, subtítol) amb el títol i l'autor del llibre, o introduir la imatge de la portada, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La portada del llibre ha d'aparèixer clarament en el vídeo, ja sigui perquè la persona participant la mostri a càmera, o bé perquè hi introdueixi una imatge de la portada mitjançant un programa o una aplicació d'edició de vídeo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) Videorecomanacions de sèries i pel·lícules:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar-hi cal enregistrar i publicar un vídeo breu en el qual la persona participant exposi davant la càmera, preferiblement dempeus, la seva opinió o valoració sobre una (o més d'una) obra audiovisual (sèrie o pel·lícula, de ficció o documental...) que hagi vist, de manera que copsi l'atenció dels espectadors. La presentació ha de ser directa i dinàmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sèries o les pel·lícules triades han de ser en català (bé en versió original catalana, o bé amb versió doblada o subtitulada en català). La llengua dels vídeos també ha de ser el català (tant la intervenció de la persona participant com el títol, les descripcions i els subtítols permanents, si n'hi ha). Els vídeos poden contenir subtítols d'activació opcional en altres llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'edició dels vídeos no és necessària. Si n'hi ha, es recomana que sigui edició al tall i no excessivament recarregada (no s'ha d'abusar de transicions, efectes, etc.). Per exemple, s'hi pot incorporar algun element (capçalera, subtítol) amb el títol i algunes dades de l'obra, o introduir la imatge del cartell, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) Videorecomanacions de cultura popular:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar-hi cal enregistrar i publicar un vídeo breu en el qual la persona participant exposi davant la càmera, preferiblement a peu dret, la seva opinió o valoració sobre un (o més d'un) esdeveniment de cultura popular que es faci a Manacor (festes locals, música, danses rituals, etc.), de manera que copsi l'atenció dels espectadors. La presentació ha de ser directa i dinàmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La llengua d'ús dels esdeveniments triats ha de ser el català, i la llengua dels vídeos també ha de ser el català (tant la intervenció de la persona participant com el títol, les descripcions i els subtítols permanents, si n'hi ha). Els vídeos poden contenir subtítols d'activació opcional en altres llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'edició dels vídeos no és necessària. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Característiques comunes dels vídeos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada dels vídeos no pot ser inferior a 30 segons ni superior a 2 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició de la imatge ha de ser horitzontal, i preferiblement s'ha d'enregistrar sobre un trípode.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els vídeos s'han de publicar en una plataforma o aplicació per compartir vídeos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram...), preferiblement en el canal de la persona participant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran l'originalitat i la creativitat, la qualitat del contingut, la qualitat tècnica, la qualitat lingüística, la capacitat expressiva (comunicació fluida de les idees i de les emocions, teatralitat) i la capacitat per captar l'atenció de l'espectador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran especialment els vídeos en què els participants facin ús de la glosa o el rap, de tal manera que hi haurà un premi especial per a aquestes modalitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedaran automàticament exclosos aquells vídeos amb continguts violents, denigrants o ofensius. L'aplicació eventual d'aquest punt es farà a criteri del jurat, la decisió del qual serà inapel·lable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini d'inscripció serà de quinze dies hàbils posteriors a la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb els arts. 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publicarà l'extracte de la convocatòria al BOIB. El text complet es pot consultar a la base de dades nacional de subvencions on es publicarà les bases i convocatòria amb caràcter previ a la publicació a l'oportú diari oficial. A la BDS s'hi accedeix a través de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per inscriure's cal emplenar el formulari que figura en l'apartat del concurs del web de l'Ajuntament de Manacor (https://manacor.org). En tot cas, s'hi han d'indicar les dades de la persona participant (nom i llinatges, data de naixement, domicili de residència, centre educatiu si escau) i l'adreça URL del vídeo o vídeos amb què participen. També s'hi ha d'adjuntar l'autorització d'un progenitor o del tutor legal, degudament emplenada, signada i escanejada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada participant o grup de participants pot presentar un màxim de 2 vídeos a cada categoria; és a dir, dues videorecomanacions literàries, dues videorecomanacions audiovisuals i dues videorecomanacions culturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Difusió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els participants en el concurs autoritzen els organitzadors perquè difonguin els vídeos a les plataformes digitals i a les xarxes socials d'Internet, amb l'objectiu de compartir el contingut de les recomanacions de llibres, d'obres audiovisuals o de cultura popular, únicament en el marc del concurs i amb la finalitat de promoure la cultura popular, la lectura i el consum d'obres audiovisuals en llengua catalana entre els joves. També se'n podrà fer difusió en els actes de promoció i en l'acte de lliurament de premis, així com en els mitjans de comunicació generals (premsa escrita, ràdio, televisió, mitjans digitals...), si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la difusió dels vídeos participants a través de les xarxes socials d'Internet es recomana emprar les etiquetes #JovesManacor i #Videorecomanacions2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Premis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi únic: 100 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada participant pot rebre més d'un premi, si el jurat ho considera pertinent. També hi pot haver premis compartits. Els premis es poden declarar deserts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Jurat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El jurat estarà format per tres persones relacionades amb la cultura, la literatura, l'audiovisual, la creació i difusió de continguts digitals i la normalització de la llengua catalana, designades per la Junta de Govern Local, a proposta del regidor delegat de l'Àrea de Política Lingüística de l'Ajuntament de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució final del jurat es donarà a conèixer mitjançant el web de l'Ajuntament de Manacor i les xarxes socials municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució final del jurat serà inapel·lable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Exclusió de vídeos del concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que un participant suprimeixi el vídeo o en restringeixi el visionat (de manera que deixi de ser públic) abans de l'acte de lliurament dels premis, el vídeo serà exclòs del concurs. Si això s'escau, es retiraran les imatges del vídeo exclòs que hagin estat difoses pels organitzadors, si fos el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Acceptació de les bases i altres disposicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La participació en el concurs implica l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol cas no previst en aquestes bases i en el desenvolupament de la convocatòria del concurs serà resolt per l'organització d'aquests premis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els participants o tutors legals seran responsables de les reclamacions que es produeixin per danys a tercers (plagis, danys morals, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els beneficiaris hauran d'acreditar, amb anterioritat a dictar-se la proposta de resolució de condició, que es troba al corrent en el compliment de les seues obligacions tributàries i davant de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment del Reglament (UE) del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades (RGPD), i la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, us informam que l'Ajuntament de Manacor, com a responsable del tractament de les dades dels participants del I Concurs de Videorecomanacions Culturals per a Joves, tractarà les dades, amb el vostre consentiment, amb la finalitat de gestionar la participació en l'esmentat concurs. Les dades seran conservades mentre siguin necessàries per a les finalitats del seu tractament. L'Ajuntament de Manacor no cedirà les dades a terceres persones ni a altres destinataris, excepte en els casos prevists legalment o quan sigui d'obligat compliment, i tampoc no seran objecte d'altre tractament. D'acord amb la legislació vigent en matèria de protecció de dades, podeu exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, oposició i limitació del tractament o portabilitat mitjançant un escrit adreçat al delegat de Protecció de Dades, dpd@manacor.org, responsable del tractament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de concursar implica la total acceptació d'aquestes bases i el consentiment per al tractament de les dades personals amb les finalitats esmentades."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, potestativament es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant la Batlia de l'Ajuntament de Manacor en el termini d'un mes, comptat a partir de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí de les illes Balears, o directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el jutjat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;contenciós administratiu competent. Tot això, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 52.1 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local; els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i els articles 8.1, 25.1 i 46.1 de la Llei 28/1988, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sense perjudici que es puguin interposar qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
