&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per acord del Ple municipal, en sessió celebrada el 25 d'abril de 2024, s'ha adoptat el següent &lt;strong&gt;ACORD:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. Modificar l'article 23 del Pacte de funcionaris de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Les hores extres realitzades fora de la jornada efectiva de treball, es pagaran a partir del càlcul que s'obtingui de la següent fórmula i seguint la següent distribució de grups:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Valor de l'hora extraordinària = Salari brut anual / Número hores anuals * 45 % &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per al càlcul del salari brut anual es prendrà com a referència per a cada un dels grups de classificació el sou dels següents llocs de treball: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Subgrup A1: Retribucions del lloc de treball: Tècnic/a superior de medi ambient&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Subgrup A2: Retribucions del lloc de treball: Tècnic/a economista&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Subgrup C1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Escala Administració General o Escala Administració Especial/Subescala tècnica: Retribucions del lloc de treball: Administratiu/iva de gestió &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Escala Administració Especial/Subescala de Serveis especials: Retribucions del lloc de treball: Oficial de policia local i agent de policia local, segons correspongui &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Subgrup C2: Retribucions del lloc de treball: Auxiliar de gestió administrativa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Agrupacions professionals (AP): Retribucions del lloc de treball: Zelador/a obres, medi ambient i platges &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquestes quantitats tindran un increment del 15% quan es tracti d'hores realitzades dins de l' horari nocturn o festiu (de 23:00 hores a 7:00 hores, o es tracti d'hores realitzades pel personal sortint de torn nocturn, així com s'entén festiu des de les 23.00 hores de dissabte). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quan concorrin les dues circumstàncies serà d'un 35% més”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. Modificar l'article 60 del Pacte de funcionaris de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, &lt;/strong&gt;en el sentit següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Article 60. Festivitats &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per les dates assenyalades de les festes Nadalenques i dels festius nacionals, es compensarà amb 125, 00 € als policies, amb 138, 00 € als oficials i amb 144, 00 € als sotsinspectors, en els torns i dies que es descriuen a continuació: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El 24 de desembre en els torns de TARDA i NIT, el 25 de desembre TOTS ELS TORNS, el 31 de desembre els torns de TARDA i NIT, el dia 1 de gener TOTS ELS TORNS i el 5 de gener els torns de TARDA I NIT. Aquests serveis es realitzaran seguint el rotatiu de serveis i com a molt podrà haver-hi, ateses les necessitats del servei, policies voluntaris fora de servei però que realitzin normalment torns rotatius. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;També en aquest cas es podrà accedir a una llista de voluntaris per a aquestes necessitats i serà rotatiu”. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. Ordenar la publicació de les modificacions aprovades en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les esmentades modificacions entraran en vigor al dia següent de la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
