&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En data 20 de desembre de 2022 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 165 la Resolució de 19 de desembre de 2022, de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. En aquesta resolució s'han advertit les següents errades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- S'ha advertit una errada en la puntuació de les preguntes contestades correctament en el primer exercici, en el punt 1.1.2 de l'annex 3, exercicis grup C de torn lliure, que ha de ser de 0,58333... punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- S'ha advertit una errada en la puntuació de les preguntes contestades correctament en el primer exercici, en el punt 1.1.4 de l'annex 3, exercicis grup E de torn lliure, que ha de ser de 0,875 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- S'ha advertit una errada en el màxim de puntuació i en la puntuació mínima per superar el primer exercici, en el punt 1.2.2 de l'annex 3, exercicis del grup D de promoció interna que ha de ser de 30 punts i de 15 punts, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- S'han consignat, en el punt 1.2.2, exercicis Grup D de promoció interna de l'annex 3, dos apartats “b)” corresponents al segon exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- S'ha omès el punt 1.2.3, exercicis del grup E de promoció interna de l'annex 3, que s'han de desenvolupar d'acord amb el que s'estableix en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- S'han advertit errades en l'epígraf II de l'annex 3 en la numeració del temari de la categoria de patró d'embarcacions i en la numeració del temari de la categoria de recepcionista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. D'altra banda, s'han de modificar alguns dels temes de les categories que segueixen per adaptar-los a les funcions exercides&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- En el temari de la categoria d'oficial de segona manteniment (grup D, nivell 6), s'ha advertit que el segon epígraf del tema 5 ja està inclòs dins els altres temes específics, amb la qual cosa s'ha d'eliminar aquest epígraf.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- En el temari de la categoria d'empleat/ada de serveis (grup D, nivell 7), s'ha advertit que consta en el tema 6 un epígraf que no correspon a les funcions de la categoria, amb la qual cosa s'ha d'eliminar aquest epígraf.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- En el temari de la categoria de peó (grup E, nivell 8), s'ha advertit que, per error, el tema 6 no es correspon a les funcions de la categoria, amb la qual cosa s'ha de modificar amb un tema que correspongui a les funcions de peó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. S'ha d'afegir en el punt II. TEMARIS FASE D'OPOSICIÓ de l'annex 3 que la bibliografia de referència d'aquestes proves selectives es publicarà en el Portal de l'Opositor (oposicions.caib.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Finalment, es fa necessari, per qüestions organitzatives, establir un nou calendari per al desenvolupament dels exercici d'aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que aquestes poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics que hi hagi en els seus actes.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. D'altra banda, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratius correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Els articles 6 i 49 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. El Decret 27/1994, d'11 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'ingrés del personal al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (modificat pel Decret 25/2021, de 8 de març i pel Decret 1/2022, de 27 de juliol de la presidenta de las Illes Balears).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, i fent ús de les competències que m'atorga de l'article 6.3.&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;de la Llei 3/2007, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Corregir les errades advertides en l'annex 3, sobre exercici i temaris, de Resolució publicada en el BOIB núm. 165 de 19 de desembre de 2022, de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en els termes establerts en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Modificar els temaris de les categories d'oficial de segona manteniment , d'empleat/ada de serveis, i de peó de la Resolució publicada en el BOIB núm. 165 de 19 de desembre de 2022, de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en els termes establerts a l'annex d'aquesta resolució.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Modificar el calendari de realització dels exercicis de les proves selectives per a l'accés, pel torn lliure, a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears convocades per Resolució de 19 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 165, de desembre), els quals s'han de desenvolupar d'acord amb el calendari següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Primer exercici: de l'1 de febrer de 2025 al 28 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Segon exercici: de l'1 de maig de 2025 al 30 de juny de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Afegir en el punt II. TEMARIS FASE D'OPOSICIÓ de l'annex 3 que «&lt;em&gt;La bibliografia de referència d'aquest procés selectiu es publicarà en el portal de l'opositor (oposicions.caib.es)&lt;/em&gt;».&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en la seu electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i en la pàgina web http://oposicions.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
