&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'article 30.26 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, aprovat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, té la competència exclusiva en matèries artístiques i culturals i en el foment de la creació i la producció teatrals, musicals, cinematogràfiques i audiovisuals, literàries, de dansa i d'arts combinades, i també la de fer-ne la difusió nacional i internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'altra banda, l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears també té la competència exclusiva respecte de la protecció i el foment de la cultura autòctona i del llegat històric de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'article 34 de l'Estatut d'autonomia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, per reforçar i protegir el sector cultural, el Govern de les Illes Balears va aprovar, mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 14 d'octubre de 2020, declarar la cultura com un bé essencial per a la societat i per al desenvolupament integral de la personalitat individual i col·lectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Com a marc de referència del patrimoni cultural immaterial, es compta amb la Llei 18/2019, de 8 d'abril, de salvaguarda del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, que indica, en l'article 7, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d'actuacions de les administracions públiques, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en l'apartat 1, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que constitueix un deure&lt;/span&gt; de les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears fomentar el patrimoni cultural immaterial, en els marcs competencials respectius, per tal que es manifesti plenament en els àmbits socials i culturals de les Ille&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s Balears, i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;se n'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;assegur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; així, la &lt;/span&gt;pervivència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la lletra &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;) &lt;/em&gt;de l'apartat 2 del mateix article 7, s'assenyala que un dels objectius que han de perseguir les administracions públiques és promoure el coneixement i l'inventari de les manifestacions, i també dels agents portadors, àmbits, béns i creacions, del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les illes de Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera; i en la lletra &lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;s'indica que un altre objectiu és fomentar, a través de línies d'actuació i ajuda específiques, l'intercanvi i el coneixement de les diferents manifestacions culturals immaterials pròpies de cada illa o comunes a totes, i també la projecció exterior a la resta de territoris de parla catalana i a la resta de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a això, s'han de revitalitzar, potenciar, prestigiar i donar a conèixer les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, que, com exposa l'article 3 de la Llei 18/2019, són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Formes de comunicació, tradicions i expressions orals i les seves produccions, incloses la llengua i les seves modalitats i particularitats lingüístiques com a vehicle del patrimoni cultural immaterial, com també la toponímia tradicional com a instrument per a la denominació geogràfica del territori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Activitats productives, processos i tècniques artesanals tradicionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Festes, creences, rituals i cerimònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Arts de l'espectacle, representacions, jocs i esports tradicionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Manifestacions sonores, música, danses i balls tradicionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Salut, alimentació, gastronomia i elaboracions culinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Coneixements i usos relacionats amb la naturalesa i l'univers, aprofitaments específics i percepció del territori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Formes de sociabilitat col·lectiva i d'organització social, com també els usos i els costums tradicionals i el dret consuetudinari de cadascuna de les illes, inclosa la tradició jurídica privativa pròpia de cada illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de juliol), modificat pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, i el Decret 17/2023, de 23 d'agost, i pel Decret 1/2024, de 4 de gener, atribueix a la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, per mitjà de la Direcció General de Cultura, les competències, entre d'altres, de difusió i foment de la cultura, i promoció de la cultura balear a l'exterior i del patrimoni cultural immaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d'abril de 2024 pel qual s'aprova el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;-202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; (BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;52&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;0 d'abril&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;), pel que fa a l'objectiu I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;II,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; sobre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;mi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;llora de la qualitat de vida dels ciutadans, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en l'apartat I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, «Protecció i foment de la cultura», preveu, en la línia III.7.1, ajuts per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i els projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Les subvencions&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;establertes en aquesta convocatòria no constitueixen a&lt;/span&gt;judes d'estat en el sentit definit en l'article 107 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea (TFUE), ja que no falsegen o amenacen de falsejar la competència, afavorint determinades empreses o produccions. Les ajudes incloses en aquesta convocatòria es consideren compatibles amb el mercat interior segons la previsió de l'apartat 3.&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; de l'article esmentat, ja que estan destinades a la promoció i la difusió del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears. Igualment, se circumscriuen dins l'àmbit local, per la qual cosa no alteren els intercanvis comercials, ni tenen cap efecte sobre la competència ni el comerç entre els estats membres. A més, aquests ajuts estan emmarcats dins una de les categories compatibles amb el mercat interior a què fa referència l'article 53 del Reglament UE núm. 651/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juny de 2014, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d'ajudes compatibles amb el mercat interior en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del TFUE. Així mateix, tampoc no estan sotmesos al règim &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; ni al marc nacional temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta Resolució és convocar subvencions d'acord amb el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb l'article 15 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i l'article 4 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura, amb la fiscalització prèvia de la Intervenció General de la Comunitat Autònoma, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2024&lt;/span&gt;, durant el període comprès entre e&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ls dies&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1 de novembre de 2023&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;15 d'octubre de 2024, d'acord amb l'annex &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aprovar el pressupost d'aquesta convocatòria, que té un import màxim de 60.000 euros, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostaria 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per a 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb els articles 10.1.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt; i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria té com a objecte contribuir a la projecció exterior i donar suport econòmic a la mobilitat de les entitats sense ànim de lucre de les Illes Balears que duguin a terme activitats i projectes que donin a conèixer, fomentin, difonguin i promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immate&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;rial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que es concreten&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, en particular, en els àmbits que exposa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l'article 3 de la Llei 18/2019,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 8 d'abril, de salvaguarda del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, durant el període comprès entre els dies 1 de novembre de 2023 i 15 d'octubre de 2024, p&lt;/span&gt;er fomentar l'intercanvi i la relació entre Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera, i entre les Illes Balears i la resta del territori de l'Estat espanyol i l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Activitats subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El desplaçament i estada de persones per participar en fires, festivals, mercats populars i tradicionals, jornades, presentacions, mostres, trobades, simposis, congressos, amb actuació en directe o sense fora de l'illa de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El desplaçament i estada dels representants de les entitats per participar en fires, festivals, mercats populars i tradicionals, jornades, presentacions, mostres, trobades, simposis, congressos, sense actuació en directe o estand de promoció fora de l'illa de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; El desplaçament i estada de persones relacionades amb l'àmbit del patrimoni cultural immaterial per participar en estades de formació o residències culturals fora de l'illa de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; El desplaçament i estada de persones relacionades amb l'àmbit del patrimoni cultural immaterial per participar en concursos i audicions fora de l'illa de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. Només són subvencionables les activitats i projectes que estiguin inclosos en la programació d'esdeveniments relacionats amb l'àmbit del patrimoni cultural immaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

S'inclouen exclusivament les despeses següents, subvencionables, en cada cas, fins a l'import màxim estipulat en el punt 11 d'aquesta convocatòria&lt;em&gt;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;desplaçament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de les persones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que duguin a terme l'activitat, de la càrrega i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; fins a dos tècnics. No&lt;/span&gt;més s'accepten bitllets &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e classe turista, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;econò&lt;/span&gt;mica o similar&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El quilometratge en els desplaçaments per carretera que no es facin en transport públic, amb un preu màxim de 0,244944 euros per quilòmetre. En aquest cas, el combustible i els peatges estan inclosos dins el preu del quilometratge. En la memòria descriptiva (annex 4) s'ha d'especificar la ruta concreta que se seguirà (origen i destinació de cada trajecte) i el nombre de quilòmetres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El lloguer de vehicles per al desplaçament. En aquest cas, es pot incloure el quilometratge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;L'allotjament, sempre que es pugui justificar amb factures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; La manutenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2. Queden expressament excloses de la possibilitat de subvenció les despeses següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Les dietes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Els tiquets de combustible i aparcament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; Les despeses de procediments judicials derivats de l'activitat o projecte subvencionat o &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que hi tenguin relació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Període subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El període subvencionable està comprès entre els dies 1 de novembre de 2023 i 15 d'octubre de 2024, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Crèdit assignat i imputació pressupostària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. El crèdit assignat a aquesta convocatòria és de 60.000 euros, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per a 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. L'import consignat inicialment es pot incrementar, sempre que la disponibilitat pressupostària ho permeti, per mitjà d'una resol&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports. Aquesta a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;pliació, tret que s'estableixi altrament, n&lt;/span&gt;o implica necessàriament un nou termini de presentació de sol·licituds, i no afecta la tramitació ordinària de les sol·licituds presentades i no resoltes de forma expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.1. Poden ser beneficiàries de la subvenció a la mobilitat les entitats sense ànim de lucre, tals com associacions, fundacions o cooperatives, que duguin a terme l'activitat subvencionada, o qui les representa, independentment de la seva residència fiscal, sempre que la finalitat de la subvenció sigui donar a conèixer, fomentar, difondre i promocionar el patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears o els seus portadors i la seva obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.2. En el cas d'agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques sense personalitat, s'han de fer constar de manera explícita, tant en la sol·licitud com en la resolució de concessió, els compromisos d'execució assumits per cada membre de l'agrupació, com també l'import de la subvenció que hi ha d'aplicar cadascun, que també tenen la consideració de beneficiaris. En tot cas, s'ha de nomenar un representant o apoderat únic de l'agrupació, amb poders suficients p&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;er complir &lt;/span&gt;les obligacions que, com a beneficiària, corresponen a l'agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.3. Queden excloses com a beneficiàries les persones físiques, les empreses privades, les societats públiques, les entitats de dret públic i qualsevol altra empresa o organització en la qual participi alguna administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.4. No poden ser beneficiàries d'ajudes les entitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Les que incorrin en qualsevol de les prohibicions que estableix l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Les que hagin estat sancionades o condemnades en els darrers tres anys per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, sancionades per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resolució administrativa ferma o condemnades per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;una sentència judicial ferma, d'acord amb l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Les que hagin estat sancionades mitjançant una resolució ferma amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir una subvenció, d'acord amb la Llei 8/2016, de 30 de maig, per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erradicar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l'LGTBI-fòbia, o qualsevol altra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aplicable; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tampoc &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;no poden ser beneficiàries d'ajudes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entitats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que cometin, incitin o promoguin LGTBI-fòbia, incloent-hi la promoció o realització de teràpies de conversió, &lt;/span&gt;d'acord amb l'article 82 de la Llei 4/2023, de 28 de febrer, per a la igualtat real i efectiva de les persones trans i per a la garantia dels drets de les persones LGTBI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Poden sol·licitar els ajuts que estableix aquesta convocatòria les entitats que compleixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Estar constituïdes com a entitats sense ànim de lucre i disposar d'organització i capacitat suficients i necessàries per garantir el compliment de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Estar al corrent de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social i de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Estat i amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Pre&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sentar la sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els termes i amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que s'estableix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en els apartats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8 i 9 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Complir&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; amb e&lt;/span&gt;ls principis de l'article 3 de la &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Llei 11/2016, d'igualtat de dones i homes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Terminis de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds s'inicia a partir del desè dia hàbil comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;finalitza en&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;les dates següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Per a les activitats que es duguin a terme entre l'1 de novembre de 2023 i el 15 de juny de 2024, finalitza el dia 31 de maig de 2024 (inclòs).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Per a les activitats que es duguin a terme entre el 16 de juny i el 15 d'octubre de 2024, finalitza el dia 30 de setembre de 2024 (inclòs).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.2. No s'admet cap sol·licitud presentada fora dels terminis indicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Sol·licitud i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar exclusivament de forma telemàtica a través del tràmit específic disponible en la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. No es consideren com a presentades les sol·licituds telemàtiques fetes a través d'un altre mitjà electrònic que no sigui el tràmit específic esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. A la sol·licitud s'h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Una còpia dels documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. La targeta d'identificació fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. El DNI, NIE, passaport o NIF de l'entitat o de la persona representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3r. Un document acreditatiu de la representació legal amb la qual actua la persona física que signa la sol·licitud, el qual ha d'estar vigent en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4t. El document constitutiu de l'entitat i els estatus socials vigents a la data de la sol·licitud, inscrits degudament en el registre corresponent. No cal aportar aquests documents en el cas de les associacions i fundacions inscrites en el Registre d'associacions i en el Registre de fundacions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Una declaració responsa&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ble conjunta, signada electrònicament, mitjançant el model normalitzat (annex 3), en què l'entitat sol·licitant declari que compleix els punts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1r. &lt;/span&gt;No incórrer en cap de les prohibicions per ser beneficiari de subvencions establertes en l'ar&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ticle 10 del Text refós de la Llei de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ubvencions &lt;/span&gt;de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. Compli&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;r amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; les oblig&lt;/span&gt;acions establertes en l'article 11 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, i en l'article 11 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d'1 de juliol de 2009 &lt;/span&gt;per la qual s'estableixen les bases regulado&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;res de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3r. Complir amb els principis de l'article 3 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4t. &lt;/span&gt;No haver estat sancionada o &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;condemnada, en els darrers tres anys, per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, per una resolució administrativa ferma o per una sentència judicial ferma, en compliment de l'arti&lt;/span&gt;cle 11 de la Llei 11/2016. Les entitats i empreses que estiguin en la situació esmentada, es poden tornar a presentar a les convocatòries sempre que hagin comp&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;lert la s&lt;/span&gt;anció o la pena imposada i hagin elaborat un pla d'igualta&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;t en les c&lt;/span&gt;ondicions previstes en aquesta Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5è. No haver estat sancionada mitjançant una resolució ferma amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir una subvenció, d'acord amb la&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Llei 8/2016, de 30 de maig, &lt;/span&gt;per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per erradicar &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l'LGTBI-fòbia, o qualsevol altra d'aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6è. &lt;/span&gt;No haver comès, incitat o promocionat LGTBI-fòbia, inclosa la promoció o realització de teràpies de conversió, d'acord amb l'article 82 de la Llei 4/2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 28 de febrer, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a la igualtat real i efectiva de les persones trans i per a la garantia dels drets de les persones LGTBI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7è. Aportar documentació vertadera i correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8è. Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(només per a subvencions de quantia igual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o inferior a 3.000 euros, &lt;/span&gt;ja que en cas de subvencions de quantia superior s'han d'aportar els certificats acreditatius corresponents si no s'autoritza l'Administració perquè comprovi aquest punt&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9è. Respecte de l'impost sobre el valor afegit (IVA), indicar si l'entitat sol·licitant n'està exempta, és consumidor final i no el pot deduir, o no és consumidor final i el pot deduir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10è. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11è. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6è. Una previsió d'ingressos per al projecte (s'ha d'indicar si es tenen prevists ingressos per a aquesta activitat; en el cas que no n'hi hagi, s'ha d'indicar que no se'n preveuen).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10è. Segons l'activitat duita a terme, s'ha d'aportar algun dels documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. El comprovant de participació en fires, festivals, mercats populars i tradicionals, jornades, mostres, trobades, simposis o congressos, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. La carta d'invitació o el contracte d'actuació, s&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i s'esca&lt;/span&gt;u.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant això, si en la data de presentació de sol·licituds l'activitat no s'ha pogut confirmar, es pot presentar l'acreditació esmentada juntament amb la justificació de la subvenció referida en el punt 14.2.&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Els certificats d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica (només en el cas de subvencions superiors a 3.000 euros, ja que en les de quantia igual o inferior a 3.000 euros, com s'ha indicat abans, és suficient la declaració responsable prevista en el punt 9.2.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;è&lt;/span&gt; d'aquest annex).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; La «Declaració de veracitat de les dades bancàries», signada electrònicament, en cas de no ser perceptors de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, els interessats tenen dret a no aportar documents que ja estiguin en poder de l'administració actuant o que hagi elaborat qualsevol altra administració. La Direcció General de Cultura pot obtenir, excepte si la persona interessada s'hi oposa expressament, la verificació de dades d'identitat (DNI i NIE) i els certificats d'estar al corrent d'obligacions amb la Seguretat Social, l'Agència Tributària estatal i la hisenda autonòmica. En cas que la persona interessada no autoritzi o s'oposi a aquestes consultes, ha d'aportar la documentació acreditativa juntament amb la sol·licitud de l'ajut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3. Si la sol·licitud o documentació presentada no compleix els requisits exigits, s'ha de requerir a l'entitat interessada que esmeni o aporti els documents preceptius en el termini de deu dies hàbils, d'acord amb l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, amb l'advertiment que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que desisteix de la petició, amb la corresponent resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar en els termes prevists en l'article 21.1 de la mateixa Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els documents presentats en blanc no es consideren defectes esmenables, sinó que continuaran amb la seva tramitació a efectes de la instrucció de l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.4. La Direcció General de Cultura pot sol·licitar, en qualsevol moment, la documentació i la informació complementària que consideri necessàries per resoldre l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.5. Tots els models d'annexos normalitzats estaran a disposició de les persones interessades en la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.6. Si la documentació presentada no compleix els requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria o en la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions, no s'admetrà la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.7. La presentació de la sol·licitud implica l'acceptació de les prescripcions que conté aquesta convocatòria i de tota la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Règim de concessió de les subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.1. Per a la concessió de les subvencions que estableix aquesta convocatòria s'ha d'aplicar un criteri de resolució per ordre rigorós d'entrada de les sol·licituds en el registre del tràmit específic disponible en la Seu Electrònica d&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;omunitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;utònoma de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;lles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;alears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, en els t&lt;/span&gt;ermes del punt 9.1, atès que, d'acord amb la seva naturalesa, no són necessàries la comparació ni la prelació de les sol·licituds en un únic procediment, segons l'article 6.3 de l'Ordre de la c&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;onsellera d'Educació i Cultura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d'1 de juliol de 2009&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i l'article 17.2 i 3 del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.2. Això&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; no obstant, si la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;presentada és incompleta o no compleix els requisits exigits, l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a data de presentació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de l'esmena és la que estableix &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l'ordre de prelació per r&lt;/span&gt;esoldre l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Import de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.1. L'import màxim total que es pot concedir, per a aquesta convocatòria i per entitat sol·licitant, és &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 6.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.2. Les subvencions s'han de concedir en funció dels màxims establerts en aquest apartat, sempre que els beneficiaris no hagin rebut cap altra subvenció pel mateix concepte. En aquest darrer cas, l'import màxim objecte de la subvenció variarà en funció de les altres subvencions rebudes, en els termes del punt 17.1 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.3. Cadascuna de les entitats sol·licitants pot rebre suport per a tres activitats de les que s'inclouen en el punt 2.1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Pel que fa a les activitats i els projectes relacionats exclusivament amb la mobilitat, les quantitats s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atorgar d'acord amb el que s'indica tot seguit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.3cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Per a desplaçaments i estades de persones i càrrega entre les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. Si es fa una activitat o més a les Illes Balears fora de l'illa de residència: un màxim de 60 euros per persona per al transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. Es preveu un màxim de 300 euros per transportar la càrrega o dos seients extra per a instruments o lloguer d'instruments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3r. La quantitat atorgada augmenta de manera proporcional al nombre de persones que s'han de desplaçar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tretze persones o més: no pot ultrapassar els 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Per a desplaçament&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;i estades &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de persones &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; càrrega &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;amb doble insularitat a les Illes Balears o desplaçament i estades de persones i càrrega &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a l'Espanya peninsular&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. Si es fa una activitat o més a la mateixa població amb doble insularitat a les Illes Balears o a l'Espanya peninsular: un màxim de 150 euros per persona per al transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. Si es fa una activitat o més a diferents poblacions amb doble insularitat a les Illes Balears o a l'Espanya peninsular: un màxim de 250 euros per persona per al transport. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3r. Un màxim de 400 euros per transportar la càrrega o dos seients extra per a instruments o lloguer d'instruments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4t. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0.1cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. Si es fa una activitat o més a la mateixa població de les illes Canàries o d'Europa: un màxim de 350 euros per persona per al transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si es fa una activitat o més a la mateixa població d'Amèrica, Àfrica, Àsia o Oceania: un màxim de 600 euros per persona per al desplaçament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) En tots els tipus de desplaçaments&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. Per a l'allotjament: 60 euros per persona i dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. Per a la manutenció, si es fa una activitat o més a la mateixa població: 25 euros per persona i dia, fins a un màxim de 5 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3r. Per a la manutenció, si es fa una activitat o més a diferents poblacions: 25 euros per persona i dia, fins a un màxim de 7 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4t. Per a l'acreditació a fires, festivals, mercats populars i tradicionals, jornades, mostres, trobades, simposis, congressos o residències culturals: fins a dues acreditacions per projecte amb un màxim de 150 euros per persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Instrucció del procediment&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.1. L'òrgan competent per instruir el procediment és la directora general de Cultura, adscrita a la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, a qui correspon fer d'ofici totes les actuacions que consideri necessàries per determinar, conèixer i comprovar les dades de cada sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.2. La instrucció del procediment s'ha de dur a terme d'acord amb l'article 16 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears i l'article 8 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.3. La directora general de Cultura ha d'emetre les propostes de resolució de concessió o denegació de les subvencions, les quals han de contenir la relació de les entitats sol·licitants proposades com a benefi&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ciàries,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l'import de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; subvenció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i la relació de les sol·licituds denegades amb el motiu de la denegació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;També s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;hi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;inclourà, si escau, la relació de sol·licituds inadmeses i el motiu d'inadmissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.4. Les propostes de resolució s'ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de publicar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la pàgina web de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Direcció General de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cultura per tal que les persones interessades puguin formular-hi al·legacions en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; termini &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, comptadors des de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;endemà de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a publicació esmentada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si, tran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;corregut aquest termini, l'entitat interessada no ha presentat al·legacions, s'ha de considerar que hi està conforme i s'ha de continuar el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Com a avís, i sense efectes de notificació, la Direcció General de Cultura ha de comunicar als interessats per via telemàtica, a l'adreça electrònica indicada en la sol·licitud, la data i l'enllaç en què s'ha publicat la proposta de resolució de concessió o denegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada publicades les propostes de resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es entitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; benefici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;àries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; han de comunicar a l'òrgan instructor l'acceptació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la renúncia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la proposta de resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mitjançant el model normalitza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;annex 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;),&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;disponible dins el tràmit telemàtic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.6. En qualsevol cas, l'acceptació s'entén produïda automàticament si, en el termini de deu dies, comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat o notificat, no es fa constar el contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Resolució de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.1. L'òrgan competent per resoldre la concessió de subvencions en el marc d'aquesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; convocatòria és &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conseller de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Turisme, Cultura i Esports,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'acord amb l'article 10 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 i en concordança amb l'article 8 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.2. La resolució de concessió o denegació ha de ser motivada i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;relació d'entitats beneficiàries, l'import de la subvenció concedida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la relació de les sol·licituds denegades amb el motiu de la denegació, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a més d'informar dels recursos administratius pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Igualment, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;inclourà, si escau, la relació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;definitiva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de sol·licituds inadmeses i el motiu d'inadmissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.3. Es preveu la possibilitat de dictar resolucions parcials i successives de concessió o denegació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, a mesura que l'òrgan instructor formuli les propostes corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.4. Les sol·licituds de subvencions es poden resoldre individualment, encara que no hagi acabat el termini de presentació, fins que s'exhaureixin els crèdits destinats a la convocatòria i, si escau, fins que es resolguin tots els expedients presentats dins el termini, d'acord amb l'article 6.3 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 i l'article 17.3 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.5. El termini per dictar i notificar la resolució de concessió o denegació és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; mesos,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;comptadors des de l'endemà de l'acabament del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds. S'entenen desestimades les sol·licituds no resoltes en el termini indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.6. La resolució s'ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Contra la resolució de concessió o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;denegació de les subvencions, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conseller de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Turisme, Cultura i Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el termini &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'un mes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; comptador &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a partir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'endemà d'haver-se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; publica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'1 d'octubre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ontenciosa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia en el termini de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dos mesos,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;article&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Justificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.1. Les entitats beneficiàries tenen l'obligació de justificar l'aplicació dels fons percebuts i el compliment de la resta de condicions imposades a la finalitat que hagi servit de fonament a la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.2. La subvenció s'ha de justificar mitjançant la presentació del compte justificatiu &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(annex &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, s&lt;/span&gt;ubscrit per l'entitat beneficiària, amb el contingut següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Una memòria d'actuació justificativa (annex 8) del compliment de les condicions imposades a la concessió de la subvenció, en què es manifestin les activitats duites a terme; el nombre de persones participants; la ruta concreta que s'ha fet, amb l'origen i la destinació de cada trajecte, i el nombre de quilòmetres recorreguts (si s'ha fet el desplaçament en vehicle particular o llogat); els resultats obtinguts, i els ingressos, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Una memòria econòmica justificativa (annex 9) del cost de les activitats, que ha de contenir una relació classificada de les despeses de l'activitat, amb la identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, la data d'emissió i la data de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Les factures, que han de complir els requisits que estableix el Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació, aprovat pel Reial decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La descripció de l'operació ha d'aportar informació suficient sobre el concepte i el període objecte de facturació perquè es pugui verificar la relació de la despesa amb l'objecte de l'ajut. En tot cas, s'ha de poder verificar el preu unitari de l'operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A les factures d'allotjament i d'acreditacions o inscripcions, ha de quedar constància de la relació de persones incloses, en concordança amb la memòria justificativa. A les factures de desplaçament, a més de l'indicat anteriorment, ha de quedar constància de l'origen i destinació del trajecte o recorregut. En cas que no sigui possible acreditar aquests detalls, es poden substituir per una declaració responsable del representant de l'entitat en què figurin les persones incloses i es declari que l'import de les factures es correspon amb el nombre de persones de la memòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) El justificant de pagament de totes les factures, que pot ser, segons els casos, una còpia dels documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1r. El comprovant bancari, en el qual figurin les dades següents: les dades de l'ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb l'entitat beneficiària i amb l'emissor de la factura, respectivament; l'import pagat; la data del pagament; la identificació del concepte del pagament a fi que quedi identificat el pagament de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2n. Una còpia del xec nominatiu, el pagaré nominatiu, la lletra de canvi o similar, sempre que estiguin vençuts, acompanyada del corresponent extracte bancari del beneficiari de la subvenció que acrediti el càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3r. Si el pagament es fa amb targeta de crèdit o dèbit, cal lliurar una còpia del rebut del pagament i una còpia de l'extracte bancari de la targeta en què figuri l'apunt del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4t. Per a les factures d'un import igual o inferior a 200 euros, IVA exclòs, el pagament es pot justificar per mitjà d'un rebut de pagament del proveïdor. En qualsevol cas, s'han d'indicar en el compte justificatiu i s'han d'aportar juntament amb les altres factures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) L'acreditació fotogràfica de l'activitat, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Un exemplar dels materials gràfics elaborats o editats amb motiu de l'activitat subvencionada, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) L'acreditació de la programació o de l'assistència a l'activitat referida en el punt 9.2.e), si no s'ha presentat juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es pot consultar el següent quadre resum explicatiu de les despeses subvencionables del punt 3 i de la documentació justificativa d'aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Cal que les factures i els justificants de pagaments es presentin en el mateix ordre en què figuren en la memòria econòmica justific&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ativa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(annex 9).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.4. El compte justificatiu i la resta de documentació s'han de presentar, en els termes del punt 9.1, en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució de concessió en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/em&gt;o, si l'acabament de l'activitat és posterior a aquesta publicació, en un màxim de deu dies hàbils després d'haver duit a terme l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, el compte justificatiu i la documentació justificativa, esmentats en el punt 14.2, es poden lliurar en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud, en el cas que s'hagi duit a terme l'activitat abans de publicar-se la resolució de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.5. En el cas que el compte justificatiu no inclogui la informació o documentació necessàries que s'indiquen en el punt 14.2 anterior, l'òrgan instructor ha de sol·licitar al beneficiari que esmeni els defectes o aporti els documents justificatius dins un termini de deu dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment, amb l'advertiment que, en cas que no ho faci, no es farà el pagament de les despeses justificades incorrectament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14.6. Si l'import de les factures presentades és inferior a la despesa prevista en la relació d'activitats o es presenta documentació de despeses no subvencionables, l'òrgan instructor ha de revisar i minorar l'import sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14.7. No es pot abonar un import superior al que es justifiqui mitjançant factures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut el termini sense &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que s'hagi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presentat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el compte justificatiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'ha de requerir a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'entitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; benefici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que en el termini improrrogable de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;quinze&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dies &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presenti. La manca de presentació de la justificació en el termini establert en aquest apartat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;po&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; donar lloc a l'inici d'un procediment de revocació d'acord amb l'article 43 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, i es pod&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n exigir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la resta de responsabilitats establertes en la normativa reguladora de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentació de la justificació en el termini addicional establert en aquest apartat no eximeix la persona beneficiària de les sancions que, de conformitat a&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;mb la Llei general de subvencio&lt;/span&gt;ns, corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.1. El pagament de les subvencions s'ha de fer una vegada que quedi acreditat el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual s'ha concedit l'ajut i un cop justificada correctament l'activitat subvencionada, en els termes d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.2. El pagament s'ha de fer, amb caràcter general, en un únic pagament, mitjançant una transferència bancària, en el termini màxim de sis mesos, comptadors des de la data d'entrada del compte justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16. Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.1. Són obligacions dels beneficiaris, a més de les establertes en l'article 11 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Comunicar a l'òrgan competent l'acceptació o la renúncia de la proposta de resolució, mitjançant el model normalitzat (&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;annex&lt;/span&gt; 6), com està previst en els pun&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ts 12.5 i 12.6 d&lt;/span&gt;'aquesta convocatòria. En qualsevol cas, l'acceptació s'entén produïda automàticament si no es fa constar el contrari en el termini de deu dies des que es publica o notifica la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar, davant l'òrgan que els ha concedit la subvenció, el compliment efectiu dels requisits i les condicions que s'exigeixen per a la concessió de les ajud&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;es i, si s'escau, el m&lt;/span&gt;anteniment de l'activitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació i control que siguin procedents de les administracions autonòmica, estatal i comunitària, la Sindicatura de Comptes o altres òrgans de control extern, i també facilitar-los tota la informació que requereixin en relació amb les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Fer constar, sempre que sigui possible, el suport de la Direcció General de Cultura de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports en tots els materials promocionals, programes, cartells i elements propagandístics i de comunicació de l'activitat mitjançant el logotip de la Direcció General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; En el cas que no adoptin les mesures de difusió de l'apartat anterior, han de justificar-ne l'omissió a la memòri&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d'actuació ju&lt;/span&gt;stificativa (annex 8). En cas contrari, és aplicable el que s'estableix en &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l'article 20.3 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar que estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajuts o finançament per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualsevol administració pública o ens privat o públic, tant nacionals com estrangers,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; especificant-ne la quantia exacta, la procedència i la finalitat dels fons atorgats. Aquests fets poden donar lloc a modificar la resolució de concessió de la subvenció, segons l'article 24 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; No transferir a organitzacions intermediàries diferents de les entitats beneficiàries i dels socis designats en el formulari els fons atorgats, ni permetre que aquestes els gestionin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o dificulti el desenvolupament del projecte subvencionat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Informar en tot moment, a requeriment de la Direcció General de Cultura, de l'estat de la justificació del projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.2. En el cas que no s'hagin pogut complir les comunicacions o fer constar el suport de la Direcció General de Cultura perquè l'acti&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;vitat s'hagi duit a terme en unes dates en què no ha estat possible fer-ho, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;atès que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;aquest fet &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;està &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;condicionat a la data de publicació de la resolució de la convocatòria, no són aplicables els punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17. Concurrència i compatibilitat de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.1. Aquesta subvenció és compatible amb altres subvencions concedides &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;als beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per a la mateixa finalitat, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;llevat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de les que s'indique&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. Ara bé, l'import derivat de la suma de totes les subvencions no pot ser d'una quantitat que superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.2. No poden optar a aquestes subvencions les activitats o els projectes que obtenguin una subvenció pel mateix concepte de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics o de la mateixa Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.3. Aquesta subvenció és incompatible amb les activitats que la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports o l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics hagin organitzat i finançat directament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18. Revocació i criteris de gradació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.1. D'acord amb l'article 43 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, pertoca revocar la subvenció quan, posteriorment a una resolució de concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, el beneficiari incompleix totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.2. Com a conseqüència de la revocació de la subvenció, queda sense efecte, totalment o parcialment, l'acte de concessió i pertoca reintegrar les quantitats percebudes indegudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.3. La gradació de possibles incompliments s'ha de determinar en funció d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que estableix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l'article 20 de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19. Reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.1. Pertoca el reintegrament, total o parcial, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les quantitats rebudes i exigir l'interès de demora des del moment del pagament de la subvenció fins a la data de la resolució per la qual s'aprova el reintegrament, en els supòsits &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;prevists en l'article 44.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.2. Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.3. En cas d'incompliment parcial o de justificació parcial, s'ha de reintegrar la quantitat rebuda mitjançant l'aplicació d'un percentatge de minoració i segons la naturalesa de l'incompliment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.4. En el cas que la causa del reintegrament sigui&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la invalidesa de la resolució de concessió, s'ha de revisar prèviament aquesta resolució en els termes establerts en l'article 25 del Text re&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fós de la Llei de subvencion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de les Illes Balears i en la resta de disposicions aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20. Responsabilitat i règim sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.1. L'entitat beneficiària de la subvenció és l'única responsable de realitzar el projecte que és el fonament de la concessió, en la forma i amb les condicions establertes, com també de justificar les despeses que deriven d'executar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.2. Les entitats beneficiàries queden sotmeses a les responsabilitats i al règim sancionador establerts en la normativa en matèria de subvencions sobre infraccions administratives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.3. Constitueixen infraccions administratives en matèria de subvencions les accions o omissions dels beneficiaris previstes en els articles 51, 52 i 53 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, quan hi intervengui dol, culpa o simple negligència, i és aplicable el títol V d'aquesta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocat&lt;/span&gt;òria es regeix per les bases reguladores aprovades mitjançant l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions&lt;/span&gt; de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre&lt;/span&gt;; la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i la resta de normativa comunitària, estatal o autonòmica aplicable a les subvencions atorgades per l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
