&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cosa que fem pública al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia, als efectes establerts a l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, hauran de comunicar l'ordre de preferència dels llocs de treball oferts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.-&lt;/strong&gt; En el cas que un o diversos aspirants proposats no reuneixin els requisits exigits, o no els acreditin en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar el nomenament de l'aspirant o aspirants següents per ordre de puntuació en el concurs-oposició, si n'hi hagués, d'acord amb l'anterior proposta del Tribunal. En cas que no existís cap altre aspirant que hagués superat la fase d'oposició, es declararia deserta la convocatòria per dita plaça. L'adjudicació dels llocs de treball es farà per ordre de prelació, atenent a les preferències de les persones seleccionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
