&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 18 de juny de 2022 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 79 l'Acord del patronat de la FISE pel qual s'aprova l'oferta pública d'estabilització per a l'any 2022. En aquesta publicació s'establien com a oferta pública d'estabilització per la via de Concurs de mèrits (DA 6a i DA 8a de la Llei 20/2021) un total de 19 places de la categoria/especialitat Educador/a de centre i 22 places de la categoria/especialitat Educador/a social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 30 de desembre de 2022 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 170 la Resolució de la gerent de la FISE per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En data 24 de gener de 2024 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 11 la Resolució de la gerent de la FISE per la qual es corregeix una errada advertida en l'Annex 1 de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per cobrir les places de personal laboral de la FISE. En aquesta resolució es corregia l'anterior publicació ja que per error s'havia convocat una plaça per la via del torn de discapacitat a l'especialitat d'Educador/a de Centre quan realment havia de correspondre a l'especialitat d'Educador/a Social. No obstant això, la correcció no va ser completa, ja que no es varen modificar els totals del torn lliure ordinari que, respectant allò determinat pel Patronat, també es veien afectats per la correcció, i que en l'especialitat d'Educador/a de Centre havien de ser 19 (i no 18) i en l'especialitat d'Educador/a Social havien de ser 21 (i no 22).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. De conformitat al que disposa l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics dels seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Així mateix, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de Illes Balears, disposa que la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o disposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Atès l'anterior, i tenint en compte que la resolució esmentada, de 30 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 170) encara produeix efectes, per quan el procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits encara no ha finalitzat, i s'ha detectat en aquests moments la incomplerta esmena de l'error material, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Rectificar l'errada material advertida en l'annex 1 (Places convocades) de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de la Fundació, publicada el 30 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 170), la qual havia estat esmenada de forma incomplerta el dia 24 de gener de 2024 (BOIB núm. 11), en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
