    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 9.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de data 21 de maig&amp;nbsp;de 2020, per la qual es convoquen, ajudes &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;per la Cooperació entre agents per crear i desenvolupar cadenes curtes de comercialització&amp;nbsp;amb venda domiciliària, corresponents a l' any 2020, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 12&amp;nbsp;d'abril&amp;nbsp;de 2024, va signar la següent resolució,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“&lt;/strong&gt;Correcció d'errades de la Res&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;olució de revocació total&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;als beneficiaris de les ajudes, exps. 013 i 018 de data 18 de març de 2024, a l'empara de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de data 21 de maig de 2020, per la qual es convoquen ajudes per la Cooperació entre agents per crear i desenvolupar cadenes curtes de comercialització amb venda domiciliària, per a l' any 2020&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Codi SIA: 2308921 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Codi BDNS: 506017&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El dia 04 d'abril de 2024 es va publicar en el B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;uttletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;45&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;la notificació de Resolució de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;revocació total&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;dels &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;beneficiaris de les ajudes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;COCC 2020_1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de data &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;18 de març de 2024&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;per la&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;línia d'ajuda “Cooperació entre agents per crear i desenvolupar cadenes curtes de comercialització amb venda domiciliària, per a l'any 2020”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'han detectat errades&amp;nbsp;que afecten a la identificació dels beneficiaris finals de l'ajuda, per la qual cosa procedeix publicar el punt 1 de la resolució corregit i l'Annex I corresponent :&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Procedir a la revocació total de les resolucions d'ajuda concedides als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l' Annex I , que són un total de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;expedients que corresponen a 3 beneficiaris finals i que comença amb &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SOCIETAT COOPERATIVA BESSONER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;i acaba amb &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;KARRETANIA BALEARICA SL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, que suma un import total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#003300"&gt;42.438,24 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;uros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cooperació entre agents per crear i desenvolupar cadenes curtes de comercialització amb venda domiciliària&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;per a l'any 2020”, ja que no han presentat sol·licitud de pagament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució –que no exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d'acord amb l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 de octubre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
