    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa de &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;data 29 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, s&amp;apos;ha &lt;/span&gt;aprovat inicialment el següent projecte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Proyecto básico y ejecución de Rehabilitación de edificio plurifamiliar de viviendas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; redactat pel Sr. David Calvo Cubero, Arquitecte col·legiat al Col·legi Oficial d&amp;apos;arquitectes de les Illes Balears núm. 327.409, amb el visat núm.&amp;nbsp; 13/00629/24 - 17/04/2024 i un preu d&amp;apos;execució sense IVA de 2.355.704,33€ (dos milions tres-cents cinquanta-cinc mil set-cents quatre euros amb trenta-tres cèntims) més 494.697,91€ (quatre-cents noranta-quatre mil sis-cents noranta-set euros amb noranta-un cèntims) corresponent al 21% d&amp;apos;IVA i un total de 2.850.402,24€ (dos milions vuit-cents cinquanta mil quatre-cents dos euros amb vint-i-quatre cèntims) pressupost amb IVA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;esmentat projecte romandrà en exposició pública als Serveis Tècnics del Departament de Presidència, Hisenda, Gestió Econòmica i Esports d&amp;apos;aquest Consell Insular (av. d&amp;apos;Espanya, núm. 49, ciutat d&amp;apos;Eivissa) per un termini de 20 dies, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 93 del Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d&amp;apos;abril, que aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals en matèria de règim local, i amb l&amp;apos;art. 83.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPAC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcorregut l&amp;apos;esmentat termini sense que s&amp;apos;hi hagin presentat al·legacions ni reclamacions, s&amp;apos;entendrà aprovat definitivament el projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
