    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'11 d'abril de 2024 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 48 la Resolució del director gerent del FOGAIBA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la qual es convoca el procediment de proveïment per concurs de mèrits del lloc de treball &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cap del Negociat L02540013_2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;adscrit a l'Àrea de Control Intern i Auditoria del FOGAIBA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquesta resolució s'han detectat uns errors respecte a l'aplicació del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears al qual el FOGAIBA està adherit, pel que es considera necessari realitzar l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es modificacions pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, en virtut del que estableix l'article &lt;em&gt;13s)&lt;/em&gt; del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Modificar&lt;/span&gt; l&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolució del director gerent del FOGAIBA, de 9 d'abril, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la qual es convoca el procediment de proveïment per concurs de mèrits del lloc de treball &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cap del Negociat L02540013_2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;adscrit a l'Àrea de Control Intern i Auditoria del FOGAIBA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el sentit següent&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;'apartat &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;vuitè de l'Annex I&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«8.1 La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració estarà constituïda per &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;tres&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; persones com a membres titulars i pels seus &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;suplents (annex II)»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INTERPOSICIÓ DE RECURS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la seva notificació, d'acord amb el que estableixen l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, tot això sense perjudici d&lt;span style="font-size:10px"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;interposar&lt;span style="font-size:10px"&gt;-ne&lt;/span&gt; qualsevo&lt;span style="font-size:10px"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
