&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons les diferents línies d'ajuts, poden ser-ne beneficiàries: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línia 1. Restauracions de béns del patrimoni històric&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques que siguin titulars d'un bé moble o immoble integrant del patrimoni històric de Menorca, o que tenguin autorització del titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Els beneficiaris que hagin obtingut un ajut anterior del Consell Insular de Menorca per a la restauració de béns mobles o immobles han de justificar la finalització dels treballs o presentar el compromís de lliurament a què fa referència la base 7.3.B lletra &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; corresponent a la Línia 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línia 2. Intervencions arqueològiques i paleontològiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques, o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns, o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o de patrimoni separat sens personalitat jurídica que presenti un projecte signat per un arqueòleg professional amb experiència que assumeixi la direcció dels treballs d'acord amb el que estableix el Reglament d'intervencions arqueològiques i paleontològiques de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Els que hagin estat beneficiaris d'un ajut anterior per a intervencions arqueològiques han d'haver lliurat al CIM l'informe o la memòria de la campanya anterior o presentar el compromís de lliurament a què fa referència la base 7.3.B lletra e corresponent a la Línia 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Una mateixa entitat o equip no pot sol·licitar més d'un ajut per al mateix jaciment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. No haver estat sancionat amb caràcter ferm per incompliment de les obligacions o condicions establertes en l'atorgament d'intervencions arqueològiques o paleontològiques anteriors, d'acord amb el que estableix l'art. 109 de la Llei 12/1998, del patrimoni històric de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línia 3. Investigacions de tipus històric&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques, o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns, o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o de patrimoni separat sens personalitat jurídica que presenti un projecte signat per una persona responsable amb titulació superior universitària especialitzada en la matèria objecte de la investigació històrica, arqueològica o paleontològica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. També hi poden optar les associacions vinculades a l'estudi, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni històric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Els sol·licitants de l'ajut únicament poden presentar un projecte per convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Els beneficiaris que hagin obtingut un ajut anterior del Consell Insular de Menorca per a investigacions de tipus històric, arqueològic i paleontològic han de justificar la finalització dels treballs o presentar el compromís de lliurament a què fa referència la base 7.3.B lletra &lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; corresponent a la Línia 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línia 4. Publicacions científiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques, o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns, o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o de patrimoni separat sens personalitat jurídica que presentin un projecte signat per una persona responsable amb titulació superior universitària especialitzada en la matèria objecte de la investigació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. També hi poden optar les associacions vinculades a l'estudi, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni històric, inclòs el patrimoni cultural immaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Els sol·licitants de l'ajut únicament poden presentar un projecte per convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Els beneficiaris que hagin obtingut un ajut anterior del Consell Insular de Menorca per a publicacions científiques han de justificar la finalització dels treballs o presentar el compromís de lliurament a què fa referència la base 7.3 B lletra f) corresponent a la Línia 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línia 5. Organització i realització de jornades i activitats de difusió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques, o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns, o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o de patrimoni separat sens personalitat jurídica que presenti un projecte signat per una persona responsable amb titulació superior universitària especialitzada en la matèria objecte de la realització de les jornades i/o activitats de difusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. També hi poden optar les associacions vinculades a l'estudi, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni històric que presentin el projecte esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Queden excloses d'aquesta convocatòria les activitats que hagin rebut un ajut dins una altra convocatòria del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Els sol·licitants de l'ajut únicament poden presentar un projecte per convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Els beneficiaris que hagin obtingut un ajut anterior del Consell Insular de Menorca per organitzar i portar a terme jornades o activitats de difusió han de justificar la finalització dels treballs o presentar el compromís de lliurament a què fa referència la base 7.3.B lletra &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; corresponent a la Línia 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línia 6. Accions de salvaguarda, coneixement i difusió del patrimoni cultural immaterial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les associacions i entitats vinculades a l'estudi, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni cultural immaterial que presentin un projecte que s'adeqüi al que estableix la base 4 per a aquesta línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. També hi poden optar les persones físiques o jurídiques, o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns, o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o de patrimoni separat sens personalitat jurídica que presenti un projecte signat per una persona responsable amb titulació superior universitària especialitzada en la matèria objecte de la realització de l'acció de salvaguarda o difusió, o amb experiència demostrable en la gestió del patrimoni cultural immaterial de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Queden excloses d'aquesta convocatòria les activitats que hagin rebut un ajut dins una altra convocatòria del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Els sol·licitants de l'ajut únicament poden presentar un projecte per convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En qualsevol cas, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries de cap de les esmentades línies: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Millorar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el coneixement, la salvaguarda i la difusió del patrimoni cultural immaterial (PCI) de Menorca promovent la elaboració de plans de salvaguarda per als elements del PCI en risc de desaparició, així com també donant suport econòmic a les activitats que signifiquen ampliar i millorar el coneixement i la salvaguarda del patrimoni històric a través d'intervencions arqueològiques, paleontològiques, investigacions de tipus històric, restauració de béns i la difusió dels mateixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà per les bases aprovades pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 08.0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
