    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa públic que mitjançant Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 300, de data 26/04/2024, s'ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Primer. ADMETRE a tràmit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el recurs potestatiu de reposició presentat per E.A.R.P., en data 11/12/2023 i registre d'entrada número GE/003742/2023 contra les bases i la convocatòria que han de regir el procés de selecció de persones aspirants a formar part d'una borsa extraordinària per a poder ser nomenades funcionaris/es interins/es de l'escala d'administració general, subescala tècnica (TAG) de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ESTIMAR parcialment &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el recurs potestatiu de reposició esmentat contra les bases abans citades, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificació de l'apartat 4 de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Base Tercera. Requisits que han de complir les persones aspirants per poder ser admeses al procediment selectiu"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, quedant redactat en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Estar en possessió de la titulació de llicenciat o graduat en Dret, Ciències Polítiques i de l'Administració Pública, Econòmiques, Empresarials, Administració i Direcció d'Empreses o Ciències Actuarials i Financeres, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-la en la data en què acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Respecte a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Base Setena. Procediment selectiu per mitjà del concurs" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s'han d'efectuar les següents correccions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inclusió en l'apartat 1 del present paràgraf al final: «Els mesos es computaran íntegrament, de data a data.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificació de l'apartat 1.3, quedant redactat en els següents termes: «Pels serveis professionals prestats en tasques d'assessoria a l'empresa privada: 0,05 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 2 punts.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificació de l'apartat 2.1, quedant redactat en els següents termes: «Per estar en possessió d'una altra titulació acadèmica addicional a la necessària com a requisit (Puntuació màxima: 2 punt):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Llicenciatura (o grau) relacionada amb el lloc de treball: 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Llicenciatura (o grau) no relacionada amb el lloc de treball: 0,25 punts»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificació de l'apartat 2.3, quedant redactat en els següents termes: «Per cursos, seminaris, jornades, etc. sobre matèries d'interès relacionades amb el lloc de treball, amb o sense còmput d'hores: 0,025 punts per certificat presentat fins a un màxim de 1,5 punts».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'adjunten com annex a la present resolució les Bases modificades en aquest sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.- CONCEDIR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;un nou termini de 15 dies hàbils per a la presentació de sol·licituds a la convocatòria de referència per a qui desitgi participar en el procés selectiu d'aspirants a formar part d'una borsa extraordinària per a poder ser nomenades funcionaris/es interins/es de l'escala d'administració general, subescala tècnica (TAG) de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es donen per admeses, a l'efecte de presentació, les sol·licituds ja existents i que es van efectuar dins el primer termini de presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOTIFICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la present resolució a l'interessat, E.A.R.P., als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la selecció, per mitjà de concurs, de candidats per formar part d'una borsa de treball de Tècnic d'Administració General (TAG) per a exercir tasques tècnicojurídicques en les diferents àrees i serveis municipals com a personal funcionari interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són funcionaris interins els que, per raons expressament justificades de necessitat i urgència, són nomenats com a tals per a l'acompliment de funcions pròpies de funcionaris de carrera, quan es doni alguna de les següents circumstàncies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'existència de places vacants, quan no sigui possible la seva cobertura per funcionaris de carrera, per un màxim de tres anys, en els termes previstos en l'apartat 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La substitució transitòria dels titulars, durant el temps estrictament necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) L'execució de programes de caràcter temporal, que no podran tenir una durada superior a tres anys, ampliable fins a dotze mesos més per les lleis de Funció Pública que es dictin en desenvolupament d'aquest Estatut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) L'excés o acumulació de tasques per termini màxim de nou mesos, dins d'un període de divuit mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Lloc de treball. Funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En general, es requereix que es dugin a terme tasques de suport, assistència i assessorament tècnic i/o jurídic (gestió, estudi, proposta a escala superior...) segons el lloc de treball que s'hagi de cobrir a les àrees i serveis municipals. En concret, les tasques seran les pròpies del lloc de treball que s'hagi de proveir en règim d'interinitat o, si escau, les que motivin el nomenament interí per excés o acumulació de tasques o bé constitueixin l'objecte de programes de caràcter temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Requisits que han de complir les persones aspirants per poder ser admeses al procediment selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tenir nacionalitat espanyola, o de qualsevol dels Estats Membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Haver complert 16 anys i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. Els aspirants menors de 18 anys i majors de 16 han de complir els requisits fixats per l'art. 7 de l'RDL 1/1995, de 24 de març, per mitjà del qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Posseir capacitat funcional suficient per al desenvolupament de les tasques i per a l'exercici de les funcions que corresponen al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Estar en possessió de la titulació de llicenciat o graduat en Dret, Ciències Polítiques i de l'Administració Pública, Econòmiques, Empresarials, Administració i Direcció d'Empreses o Ciències Actuarials i Financeres, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-la en la data en què acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Acreditar el coneixement adequat, oral i escrit, de la llengua catalana i, en concret, estar en possessió del certificat C1 de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística (DGPL) o qualsevol altre que sigui equivalent. Aquests coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació del títol o el certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o bé expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent de la Conselleria d'Educació i Cultura del Govern de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics, per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l' ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. No trobar-se inclòs en cap de les causes d'incompatibilitat previstes en la legislació per al desenvolupament del càrrec. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Disponibilitat per, si escau, incorporar-se immediatament al lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que vulguin prendre part en el procés selectiu han de presentar una sol·licitud de forma telemàtica o de forma personal al registre general de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, Oficina d'Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC), al carrer de Sant Bartomeu, 55, telèfon 971 37 30 03, en l'horari d'atenció al públic, o bé per qualsevol altre mitjà dels prevists en la normativa vigent, en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació del corresponent anunci en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant ha de fer constar en la sol·licitud que compleix tots i cadascun dels requisits que s'exigeixen per prendre part en la convocatòria i ha de facilitar en la petició un telèfon mòbil i una adreça electrònica per tal que l'Ajuntament s'hi pugui posar en contacte, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i la presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la sol·licitud, s'ha d'acompanyar la documentació que acrediti el compliment de les condicions previstes en la base 3a i, en concret, la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Índex dels documents que s'adjunten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia del document nacional d'identitat, o del passaport, vigent. En cas de no ser nacional espanyol/a o de qualsevol país de la Unió Europea, és necessari presentar també una fotocòpia del permís de residència vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia compulsada de la titulació exigida, o fotocòpia del rebut que acrediti el pagament dels drets d'expedició del títol. Si la titulació s'ha obtingut a l'estranger, és necessari adjuntar l'homologació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia del certificat o títol que acrediti els coneixements de llengua catalana que s'esmenten en la base 3, o bé indicació expressa que se sol·licita ser sotmès a les proves d'aptitud dels coneixements esmentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració jurada de no haver estat separat/ada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap administració pública, ni de trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de les funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia compulsada dels documents que acreditin els mèrits que la persona aspirant desitgi fer constar a fi que siguin valorats pel tribunal qualificador. Els mèrits que no s'acreditin documentalment en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud, o dins el termini que s'hagi fixat per fer-ho, no seran valorats pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per justificar l'experiència laboral s'ha de presentar la vida laboral de la persona aspirant, així com els justificants de contractació (ja siguin còpies compulsades dels contractes, dels certificats de feina, certificats de serveis prestats o bé de les nòmines). Hi han de restar reflectida la data d'inici i la de la finalització dels contractes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació d'una sol·licitud d'admissió al procediment selectiu implicarà l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex I: sol·licitud degudament emplenat i signat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex II: quadre resum de mèrits degudament emplenat i signat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. Llista de persones aspirants admeses i excloses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, s'exposarà en el tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries la resolució per mitjà de la qual es farà pública la llista de persones que han estat provisionalment admeses o excloses perquè, en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a comptar des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la resolució, puguin formular les reclamacions que siguin oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Passat el termini per presentar reclamacions es dictarà una nova resolució en la qual es resoldran aquestes i, posteriorment, es publicarà el llistat definitiu de persones admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució també s' exposarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries: https://www.ajferreries.org/tauler/edictes.aspx?TIPO=02&amp;amp;HISTORIC=1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol modificació o incidència, així com la publicació dels resultats, es faran públiques per mitjà d'un anunci en el tauler d'edictes de l' Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena. Òrgan de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estarà integrat per tres persones d'igual o superior categoria a la dels aspirants, totes integrants de la plantilla municipal o de la d'altres administracions públiques, nomenades amb aquesta finalitat per l'alcalde, que en designarà una per actuar com a president/a, una altra com a secretari/ària i la tercera, com a vocal del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició nominal de l'òrgan de valoració es fixarà en la resolució que declari aprovada la llista d'admesos i exclosos en el procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres ni sense la presència de la presidència i del secretari o secretària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal –si ho creu convenient– disposarà la incorporació d'assessors/res especialistes perquè col·laborin amb els seus membres en la valoració de les proves. L'informe que puguin emetre no tindrà caràcter vinculant, encara que es tindrà en compte a l'hora de determinar la puntuació dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, el tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendrà els acords necessaris per al bon ordre de la selecció en tot el que no prevegin aquestes bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adoptarà les seves decisions per majoria simple. Resoldrà les incidències i reclamacions que es puguin produir i podrà incorporar a les seves deliberacions els assessors que calguin. Podrà convocar els aspirants a una entrevista curricular. Proposarà a l'òrgan competent la llista d'aspirants de la borsa, ordenada segons ordre de puntuació descendent; o, si així ho considera, podrà declarar desert el concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants del tribunal s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, i ho hauran de notificar a l'autoritat convocant, quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes per l'article 28 de la Llei de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, o quan hagin realitzat tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives en els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, o quan es trobin en les situacions descrites per l'article 60 de la Llei 7/2007, de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic. Així mateix, les persones aspirants podran recusar les persones que integrin el tribunal quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies contemplades en aquest paràgraf.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'actuació de l'òrgan avaluador s'ajustarà a l'establert en aquestes bases i en la legislació vigent que resulti d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. Procediment selectiu per mitjà del concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consisteix a valorar els mèrits que s'hagin acreditat, d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Experiència professional (màxim 6 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Per haver prestat serveis a l'Administració Pública, ocupant una plaça de Tècnic d'Administració General (TAG) o Tècnic d'Administració Especial (TAE): 0,15 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Pels serveis prestats a l'Administració Pública Local en llocs de feina corresponents a una categoria inferior: 0,10 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Pels serveis professionals prestats en tasques d'assessoria a l'empresa privada: 0,05 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un mateix mèrit solament es podrà valorar en l'apartat en què obtengui la major puntuació. En tots els anteriors apartats es valoraran de la mateixa manera tant els serveis prestats a l'Administració pública com a funcionari com els prestats com a personal laboral, sempre que es tracti de les funcions de treballador/a que s'assenyalen en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prestació dels serveis s'acreditarà mitjançant l'informe de la vida laboral emès per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, juntament amb la còpia compulsada del contracte laboral, el nomenament o bé qualsevol altre mitjà que acrediti la naturalesa dels serveis prestats i la categoria laboral o el grup (certificats de feina, nòmines...), amb indicació de l'inici i la finalització de la prestació dels serveis professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mesos es computaran íntegrament, de data a data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació (màxim 4 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per altres titulacions, diferents de la que és requisit per presentar-se a les proves, es podran obtenir les puntuacions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Per estar en possessió d'una altra titulació acadèmica addicional a la necessària com a requisit (Puntuació màxima: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 Per estar en possessió d'alguna modalitat de postgrau, màster, doctorat, curs o estudis d'especialització organitzats o promoguts per universitats, o bé per acreditar haver superat satisfactòriament alguns mòduls/crèdits horaris d'aquests estudis d'especialització universitària. Tots ells han d'estar relacionats directament amb l'àmbit d'assessorament a l'Administració local (Puntuació màxima:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 1,5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 1.000 hores a 1.500 hores: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,75 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De 1.500 hores en endavant: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3. Per cursos, seminaris, jornades, etc. sobre matèries d'interès relacionades amb el lloc de treball, amb o sense còmput d'hores: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,025 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per certificat presentat fins a un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.4. Per assistència i aprofitament a cursos relatius a la utilització d'aplicacions ofimàtiques i de l'ús de les noves tecnologies (fulls de càlcul, processadors de textos, bases de dades, presentacions electròniques, etc.), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,004 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per cada hora de curs fins a un màxim d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en total. S'ha d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit pel centre que va impartir el curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos, les jornades, etc. que es valorin en un subapartat no es poden tornar a valorar en un altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Coneixements de la llengua catalana (màxim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Per coneixements orals i escrits de català. Es valoraran com a mèrit els certificats següents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. El certificat C2 de català (antic D): 0,75 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. El certificat LA de català (antic E): 0,25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tindrà en compte només un certificat (el de nivell superior), llevat del cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, cas aquest darrer en què la puntuació s'acumularà a l'altre certificat que s'aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació final s'obtindrà mitjançant la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Retribucions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les retribucions seran les que corresponen al lloc a ocupar segons la normativa que li és d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Aprovació de la borsa de personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el procés selectiu, el tribunal qualificador elevarà a l'Alcaldia (o regidor/a de personal delegat en la matèria) la proposta amb la llista de les persones que han aprovat el procediment selectiu, en una relació ordenada segons la puntuació total obtinguda, per tal que mitjançant una resolució aprovi la llista de persones que, per estricte ordre de puntuació, formaran la borsa de feina de TAG de conformitat amb l'objecte (base 1) d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat entre dos o més aspirants, aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut major puntuació en la base 7.1 (experiència professional), i de mantenir-se aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que acrediti una major puntuació en l'apartat de formació i de mantenir-se aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que acrediti una major puntuació en l'apartat de llengua catalana, i en última opció es resoldrà l'empat per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el tauler d'edictes electrònic de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, a l'efecte de considerar-se notificada a totes les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base desena. Funcionament de la borsa de treball i condicions per conservar l'ordre de prelació en la borsa de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi necessitat de cobrir interinament una plaça vacant, s'hagi de fer una substitució o s'hagi de cobrir un interinatge per raó d'excés o acumulació de feines, o bé per l'execució de programes de caràcter temporal, els aspirants seleccionats es cridaran d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Des de l'Ajuntament s'intentarà contactar amb la persona candidata, telefònicament un màxim de 3 vegades i, posteriorment, per mitjà de la tramesa d'un correu electrònic, que s'haurà de respondre en el termini improrrogable de 24 hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon als aspirants l'obligació de facilitar i actualitzar en tot moment el número de contacte telefònic i l'adreça de correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cas de no poder-hi contactar, el/la candidat/a passarà automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i es podrà cridar la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si la persona aspirant proposada no acceptés la proposta de contracte, passarà automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i es podrà contractar la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista, i així successivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No obstant l'exposat anteriorment, la persona candidata mantindrà la seva posició en la borsa de treball i restarà en situació de suspensió provisional en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en situació de permís de maternitat o paternitat, adopció o acolliment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per haver estat sotmès/esa a hospitalització o a una intervenció quirúrgica que li impedeixi acceptar l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que la persona candidata estigui treballant, com assessor jurídic o economista i ho acrediti per mitjà de la documentació corresponent (contracte, nòmines...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests casos s'han de justificar-se documentalment en el termini de 10 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà de produir-se aquestes situacions. Si no es justifiqués dins aquest termini, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Quan acabi un contracte de treball, la persona candidata tornarà a ocupar el lloc de prelació que tenia dins la borsa de feina abans de l'inici&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones que no vulguin continuar formant part de la borsa de feina podran sol·licitar que se'ls doni de baixa per qualsevol dels mitjans que s'indiquen en la base 4; és a dir, els que es preveuen per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que siguin cridades han de presentar a l'Àrea de Recursos Humans d'aquest Ajuntament els documents que acreditin els requisits que es demanen en aquesta convocatòria. Tret de casos de força major que s'hagin justificat de la manera deguda, si l'aspirant proposat no presentés els documents acreditatius de les condicions exigides no podrà ser contractat, i quedaran anul·lades totes les seves actuacions, sens perjudici de la responsabilitat en què hagués pogut incórrer per falsedat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'exercici de la seva relació laboral, s'aplicarà als treballadors la normativa vigent sobre el règim d'incompatibilitats del sector públic, així com la resta de normativa vigent que és d'aplicació al personal funcionari. En compliment del règim d'incompatibilitats que aplicable, l'aspirant, abans d'incorporar-se al servei de la corporació, haurà d'efectuar una declaració d'activitats, per tal que –si escau– la corporació n'acordi la declaració de compatibilitat d'acord amb la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base onzena. Cobertura dels possibles interinatges&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es doni la necessitat de cobrir interinament una plaça vacant, s'hagi de fer una substitució o sigui convenient un interinatge per excés o acumulació de feines, o bé per a l'execució de programes de caràcter temporal, les persones aspirants que hagin estat seleccionades es cridaran d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació, sempre que hi hagi consignació pressupostària suficient i adequada i es compleixin els requisits de la legislació pressupostària corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona cridada a prestar servei en aquesta corporació renunciés a l'exercici de les funcions assignades, passarà automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i es podrà cridar la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista, i així successivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, els integrants de la borsa de feina únicament seran titulars d'una expectativa de dret a ser nomenats temporalment, per ordre de puntuació, en el cas que hi hagués necessitat de personal funcionari interí de conformitat amb el que s'estableix en l'objecte de la convocatòria (base 1), i açò mentre no es faci un altre procediment selectiu per a cobrir llocs de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base dotzena. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria d'aquest procediment selectiu, i les seves bases, s'han de publicar íntegrament en el tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries i en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base tretzena. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 7.2 – FORMACIÓ COMPLEMENTÀRIA (màxim 4 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;OBSERVACIONS: Les titulacions anteriors a l'LRU, que inicià l'assignació de crèdits, s'equipararà:&amp;nbsp;Llicenciatura= 300 ECTS i diplomatura= 180 ECTS. La mateixa equivalència es farà amb els crèdits anteriors als ECTS.&lt;/p&gt;
