&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FAIG SABER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que el passat &lt;strong&gt;24/04/2024,&lt;/strong&gt; ha finalitzat el nomenament de l&amp;apos;actual Jutge de Pau «&lt;em&gt;substitut»&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que correspon al Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament triar la persona per ser nomenades Jutge de Pau d&amp;apos;aquest Municipi, de conformitat al que disposen els articles 101 i 102 de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d&amp;apos;1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial i article 4 i 5.1 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que s&amp;apos;obre un &lt;strong&gt;termini de quinze dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; perquè les persones que estiguin interessades, i reuneixin les condicions legals ho sol·licitin per escrit dirigit a aquesta Batlia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les sol·licituds es presentaran en el Registre d&amp;apos;entrada d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament o bé mitjançant el procediment que regula l&amp;apos;article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El model d&amp;apos;instància es troba a la disposició dels interessats en les dependències municipals de la Corporació on podran ser presentades dins del termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Que en cas de no presentar-se sol·licituds, el Ple de la Corporació triarà lliurement, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que es preveu en l&amp;apos;article 101.1 de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d&amp;apos;1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial i l&amp;apos;article 4 i 6 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau, comunicant l&amp;apos;Acord al Jutjat de Primera Instància del partit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El que es publica per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
