&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Mitjançant Decret dictat dia 12 de juliol de 2023 la Presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm.97, de 13 de juliol de 2023), modificat pel Decret de dia 21 d'agost de 2023 (BOIB núm.117 de 24 d'agost de 2023), pel Decret de dia 24 d'octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.145 de dia 26 d'octubre de 2023) i pel Decret de 27 d'octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.148, de 31 d'octubre de 2023) es varen crear les direccions insulars i les secretaries tècniques en que s'estructuren els departaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El conseller executiu de Territori, Mobilitat i Infraestructures, el dia 24 d'abril de 2024, ha proposat modificar l'estructura del seu departament, en el sentit que la Direcció Insular d'Activitats assumirà la competència de mobilitat de manera que les direccions insulars quedaran de la manera següent: la Direcció Insular d'Infraestructures i Mobilitat passarà denominar-se Direcció Insular d'Infraestructures i d'Inspecció Tècnica de Vehicles i la Direcció Insular d'Activitats passarà a denominar-se Direcció Insular de Mobilitat i d'Activitats. La modificació&amp;nbsp; proposada no afecta als nomenaments dels titulars de les direccions insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments jurídics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb els articles 21.1.g) i 31 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, correspon a la Presidència del Consell dictar els decrets de creació i extinció dels departaments insulars en què s'organitza per a l'exercici de competències que corresponen als diferents sectors funcionals homogenis de l'activitat administrativa de la institució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar el Decret de 12 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm 97, de 13 de juliol de 2023), modificat pel Decret de dia 21 d'agost de 2023 (BOIB núm.117 de 24 d'agost de 2023), pel Decret de dia 24 d'octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.145 de dia 26 d'octubre de 2023) i pel Decret de 27 d'octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm.148, de 31 d'octubre de 2023), en el sentit següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Direcció Insular d'Infraestructures i Mobilitat passa a denominar-se Direcció Insular d'Infraestructures i d'Inspecció Tècnica de Vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Direcció Insular d'Activitats passa a denominar-se Direcció Insular de Mobilitat i d'Activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar aquest Decret en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que comença a vigir el mateix dia en què s'hi publiqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar aquest Decret en la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Derogar totes les disposicions de rang igual o inferior que s'oposen al que s'estableix en aquest Decret. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Donar-ne compte al Ple en la primera sessió que tingui lloc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
