&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROVAR LES BASES REGULADORES I CONVOCATÒRIA PER A L'AUTORITZACIÓ D'ÚS PRIVATIU DE PARCEL·LES DISPONIBLES DELS HORTS URBANS ECOLÒGICS MUNICIPALS. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Del citat acord resulta la següent transcripció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORES I CONVOCATÒRIA PER A L'AUTORITZACIÓ D'ÚS PRIVATIU DE&amp;nbsp;PARCEL·LES DELS HORTS URBANS ECOLÒGICS MUNICIPALS 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquestes bases tenen la finalitat de regular el règim jurídic de la convocatòria 2024 &lt;/span&gt;d'atorgament d'autoritzacions d'ús privatiu del domini públic, destinades al projecte d'horts urbans ecològics de Maó. Regulen, per tant, els drets i les obligacions que han de complir les persones beneficiàries d'aquestes autoritzacions i el seu règim de licitació i adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els horts urbans són recintes de titularitat municipal, situats al camí de Santa Maria, a Sínia Costabella i a camí d'en Guixó, respectivament. Les persones usuàries podran optar a una parcel·la per conrear-hi, només per a autoconsum, mitjançant tècniques d'agricultura ecològica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Naturalesa jurídica de l'autorització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les autoritzacions municipals atorgades en virtut d'aquestes bases tindran la naturalesa d'ús privatiu del domini públic, segons la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'autorització s'atorga deixant de banda el dret de propietat; per tant, no suposa la transmissió del domini de la parcel·la d'hort utilitzada, que continuarà sent propietat de l'Ajuntament de Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les autoritzacions atorgades tenen caràcter personal; les persones titulars no podran, en cap cas, cedir, alienar, gravar o disposar —a títol onerós o gratuït— els drets que es derivin de l'autorització d'ús, ni transmetre-la a terceres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Característiques de les parcel·les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada recinte d'horts consisteix en un conjunt &lt;/span&gt;de parcel·les&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; d'entre 27 i 45 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; de superfície, aproximadament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els recintes compten amb una caseta d'ús comunitari, algunes eines d'ús comú a disposició de les persones usuàries, accés a cada parcel·la i preses d'aigua individuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#2f5496"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones usuàries podran conrear les parcel·les assignades només per a l'autoconsum i sempre mitjançant tècniques d'agricultura ecològica. S'hi podrà cultivar qualsevol varietat de fruita, verdura, llegums, plantes aromàtiques i medicinals o plantes ornamentals de flor, sempre d'acord amb les normes d'ús vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Parcel·les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En total, hi ha &lt;strong&gt;88 parcel·les&lt;/strong&gt; disponibles per aquesta convocatòria, totes al recinte del camí d'en Guixó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La convocatòria regula la concessió de totes les places disponibles a camí d'en Guixó i crea una borsa de persones interessades a les quals assignar parcel·les de qualssevol dels tres recintes, en cas de renúncies i noves places lliures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Persones beneficiàries &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podran ser beneficiàries de les parcel·les les persones que complesquin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comptar amb DNI/NIE vigent i estar actualment empadronades al municipi, amb una antiguitat mínima d'un any (ininterromput). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar una única sol·licitud per unitat de convivència (s'entén com a unitat de convivència el &lt;/span&gt;total de persones empadronades que conviuen en un mateix domicili).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No disposar, ni la persona sol·licitant ni cap altre membre de la unitat familiar, de l'ús de cap parcel·la agrícola o terreny de conreu, de titularitat pròpia o de lloguer, o d'una altra parcel·la dels horts municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per exercir les funcions derivades de l'hort.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de 15 dies naturals, a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria de les presents bases al diari oficial de la província (BOIB) i al lloc web de l'Ajuntament de Maó. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà improrrogable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;Forma de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones físiques podran presentar la sol·licitud telemàticament (www.ajmao.org i www.carpetaciutadana.org) o bé, presencialment, a l'Oficina d'Atenció Ciutadana de l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones interessades es poden acollir al que recull l'art. 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació al fet de no presentar documents que ja figurin en poder de l'Ajuntament o de qualsevol Administració pública. Amb aquesta finalitat, la persona interessada haurà d'autoritzar individualment quin servei de consulta i davant quin òrgan administratiu, i l'Ajuntament els haurà de recaptar electrònicament a través de les seves xarxes corporatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En els supòsits d'impossibilitat material d'obtenir la documentació o quan aquesta s'hagi d'esmenar, l'Ajuntament de Maó, amb anterioritat a la formulació de la proposta de resolució, requerirà a la persona interessada perquè aporti aquella o perquè esmeni el defecte/s dins el termini de deu dies que haurà de concedir, amb aquesta finalitat, l'òrgan administratiu, o d'un termini superior quan les circumstàncies del cas així ho requerissin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Procediment d'adjudicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'òrgan competent per a la instrucció del procediment realitzarà d'ofici totes aquelles actuacions que consideri necessàries per a la determinació, coneixement i comprovació de les dades de les persones sol·licitants, en virtut de les quals es formularà la proposta de resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La proposta de resolució serà formulada per la Comissió de Valoració, a la vista de l'expedient, i serà traslladada a l'òrgan competent, perquè aquest resolgui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració d'aquesta convocatòria estarà integrada pels següents membres: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;President:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. Jose Manuel García Pascual, tinent d'Alcaldia de Serveis Urbans i Medi Ambient, o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocals:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El president de la Comissió de Valoració podrà convidar a les sessions qualsevol altre membre de la corporació, amb veu i sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vegada revisades i valorades les sol·licituds, es procedirà a fer la proposta per adjudicar les parcel·les i la proposta de llista d'espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les parcel·les s'assignaran per ordre creixent de les parcel·les lliures al camí d'en Guixó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'autorització d'ús privatiu de les parcel·les d'horts municipals s'aprovarà mitjançant Decret d'Alcaldia, d'acord amb el Decret 2023/DA/0000153, de delegació de competències d'Alcaldia en matèria de Medi Ambient.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'aportarà a cada persona beneficiària l'autorització amb el número de parcel·la adjudicada, les claus d'accés al recinte &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i les normes d'ús (annex).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.Criteris objectius de valoració de les sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració puntuarà cada sol·licitud en funció dels següents criteris: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El criteri &lt;strong&gt;residència&lt;/strong&gt; serà puntuat segons el temps d'empadronament continuat al municipi de la persona sol·licitant, en el període dels darrers 20 anys. Puntuable a partir dels 18 mesos, atès que el requisit mínim és de 12 mesos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el criteri &lt;strong&gt;situació econòmica&lt;/strong&gt; es puntuarà la condició d'atur, que podrà serà convencional o de llarga durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas de percebre una prestació social oficial, amb independència de la situació d'atur o no, se sumaran 15 punts a aquest criteri. S'ha d'acreditar documentalment, mitjançant la comunicació oficial d'adjudicació d'una prestació econòmica estatal, autonòmica o municipal, a nom de la persona sol·licitant o d'un altre membre de la unitat de convivència (convivents empadronats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El criteri de &lt;strong&gt;situació sociodemogràfica&lt;/strong&gt; es puntuarà amb 30 punts en el cas de les persones formalment jubilades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;situació familiar &lt;/strong&gt;es puntuarà si la persona sol·licitant disposa del títol oficial de família nombrosa o monoparental, de les categories general o especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es puntuaran, en aquest criteri, les sol·licituds de persones amb discapacitat (no incapacitant per a les tasques a l'hort) o de persones a càrrec d'algun membre de la família convivent amb discapacitat, segons el barem indicat. S'ha d'aportar el carnet de discapacitat o &lt;/span&gt;declaració administrativa del grau de discapacitat reconeguda per l'òrgan competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds aptes d'acord amb els requisits del punt 5è que no obtenguin punts en cap criteri de valoració també s'inclouran a la proposta d'adjudicació, amb puntuació zero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada valorades totes les sol·licituds, aquelles que obtenguin igual puntuació total entre si s'ordenaran a raó de l'aplicació del següent barem: de major a menor temps d'empadronament al municipi, segons el primer criteri (residència); de major a menor puntuació, segons el segon criteri (situació econòmica); de major a menor puntuació, segons el tercer criteri (situació sociodemogràfica); de major a menor puntuació, segons el quart criteri (situació familiar); i si, així i tot, hi ha qualque cas d'empat, es realitzarà l'ordenació de les sol·licituds per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Termini de resolució i de notificació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució serà de tres mesos. El termini es computarà a partir de l'endemà de la finalització del termini de presentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Notificació per publicació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La &lt;/span&gt;resolució de l'atorgament de les llicències, que&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; posarà fi a la via administrativa, serà notificada a les persones sol·licitants d'acord amb el que prescriuen els articles 40 i següents de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Llista d'espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Totes les sol·licituds correctes que no resultin adjudicatàries d'una parcel·la passaran a formar part d'una única llista d'espera, numerada segons el resultat de la valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les parcel·les que, en el transcurs del temps, quedin vacants, o les noves places que es puguin oferir, a qualsevol dels tres recintes d'horts urbans ecològics municipals &lt;/span&gt;—&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Santa Maria, Sínia Costabella i camí d'en Guixó&lt;/span&gt;—&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, seran assignades per rigorós ordre a les persones de la llista d'espera d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La llista d'espera serà vigent fins que es realitzi una nova convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Termini de l'autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les autoritzacions d'ús privatiu de cada un dels horts s'atorgaran per a un període màxim i improrrogable de 4 anys, comptats a partir de la notificació de l'adjudicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'autorització d'ús de la parcel·la podrà ser revocada per aplicació de la màxima sanció, en cas d'infracció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Drets i obligacions de les persones titulars&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposar del bé objecte de llicència en els termes previstos en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comptar amb protecció jurídica per part de l'Ajuntament de Maó, a fi que sigui respectat enfront de tothom en la seva condició de persona cessionària, impedint o fent cessar qualsevol pertorbació del normal acompliment de l'activitat per a la qual s'atorga la llicència, llevat que hi concorri la circumstància de força major o quan la persona cessionària tengui el deure jurídic de suportar la pertorbació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones que tenen adjudicada una parcel·la tenen el dret de renunciar-hi voluntàriament, mitjançant comunicat formal a l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14.2&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Obligacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conèixer, respectar i donar compliment a les normes d'ús dels horts urbans&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;ecològics del municipi de Maó, que s'aproven conjuntament com a annex d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar a l'Ajuntament de Maó qualsevol canvi en la seva situació personal d'ocupació durant el període d'adjudicació de l'autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Complir tota la normativa que resulti d'aplicació i respectar les decisions de l'Ajuntament de Maó que, en cas d'aplicació de la normativa sanitària, puguin afectar la gestió de l'espai (tancament, establiment de límits horaris, cabuda, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas restriccions d'aigua per situació de sequera, les persones usuàries s'hauran d'adaptar a les condicions establertes, i fins i tot prescindir completament del rec, sense dret a cap tipus d'indemnització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tota aquella activitat no contemplada a les normes d'ús haurà de ser autoritzada prèviament per l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Retornar les instal·lacions quan finalitzi l'ús autoritzat, lliures de qualsevol càrrega i en bones condicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Drets i obligacions de&amp;nbsp; l'Ajuntament de Maó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.1 Drets:&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Maó no es farà responsable, ni directament ni subsidiàriament, dels danys materials, personals o morals que, per acció o omissió, es puguin produir en l'àmbit objecte de la llicència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan finalitzi el termini, totes les instal·lacions afectades per la llicència revertiran a la plena propietat de l'Ajuntament de Maó, incloent-hi les millores realitzades, si és el cas, sense cap indemnització a favor de les persones adjudicatàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament tindrà la facultat de deixar sense efecte la llicència abans del venciment, si ho justifiquessin circumstàncies sobrevingudes d'interès públic, mitjançant rescabalament dels danys que es causessin o sense aquest, quan no fos procedent. En concret, la llicència d'ús privatiu pot ser revocada per incompliment d'alguna de les normes d'ús dels horts urbans ecològics, segons informe municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones usuàries no tindran dret, en cap cas, a una indemnització, sota cap concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.2 Obligacions:&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L'Ajuntament de Maó es farà càrrec de les despeses per subministrament d'aigua a les instal·lacions objecte de la llicència. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No s'establirà cap taxa com a cànon, atès l'interès general del projecte i que en la present utilització d'un bé de domini públic prevalen els aspectes socials sobre qualsevol possible utilitat econòmica; i, atesa la naturalesa de la llicència, no se n'estableix cap tipus de garantia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L'Ajuntament assessorarà les persones usuàries sobre les normes d'ús i sobre altres aspectes tècnics propis de l'hort ecològic.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vetlar pel correcte ús de les parcel·les i els recintes, inspeccionar i procedir a sancionar, si és el cas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Infraccions &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16.1&amp;nbsp;Es consideraran infraccions lleus: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La utilització de plàstics o altres elements (separadors, tutors, etc.) de materials no autoritzats pel personal tècnic municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No tenir cura dels estris i les eines aportades per l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Permetre l'accés al recinte a terceres persones no autoritzades per l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No mantenir sanejada i cuidada la parcel·la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No tancar el recinte o les casetes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Accedir-hi amb animals de companyia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No respectar l'horari establert. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No informar les persones responsables municipals sobre avaries dins la parcel·la adjudicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.2&amp;nbsp;Es consideraran infraccions greus: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Desatendre l'hort durant un període major de 3 mesos i inferior a 6 mesos, sense causa justificada i sense comunicar-ho a l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Envair intencionadament les parcel·les dels veïns/veïnes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sostreure la collita d'altres persones usuàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donar de menjar a animals dins els recintes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acumular deixalles i elements no constitutius de l'hort durant un període de temps superior a una setmana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Envair els espais comunitaris o l'interior de la caseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Utilitzar adobs químics o fems de bestiar no permesos en l'agricultura ecològica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Plantar-hi arbres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modificar-ne les delimitacions o instal·lar-hi separadors de qualsevol tipus, així com la realització d'obres i similars sense prèvia autorització de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.3&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Es consideraran infraccions molt greus: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No cultivar l'hort durant un període superior a 6 mesos i sense la prèvia comunicació a les persones responsables municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Faltes de comportament, insults o agressions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Malmetre intencionadament els cultius d'altres persones usuàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Encendre foc dins el recinte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Emprar fitosanitaris no autoritzats en l'agricultura ecològica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contaminar el sòl (vessaments, residus, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criar animals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vendre els productes obtinguts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.&amp;nbsp; Sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Maó actuarà segons les faltes acumulades, amb previ avís a les persones afectades. Atesa la finalitat social del projecte, no es preveuen sancions econòmiques, però l'acumulació de faltes podrà esdevenir en la sanció màxima, que és la revocació de la parcel·la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La revocació d'ús de les parcel·les podrà ser efectiva quan es detecti que una persona usuària ha comès:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1 infracció molt greu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2 infraccions greus en un període de 12 mesos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5 infraccions lleus en un període de 12 mesos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En qualsevol cas, la gravetat de la infracció i la proposta de revocació es determinarà mitjançant l'informe de les persones responsables municipals, que avaluaran cada cas concret, mitjançant procediment administratiu amb tràmit d'audiència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, la Llei 33/2003, de 3 de novembre, de patrimoni de les administracions públiques, i, en tot el que no prevegin les normes anteriors, s'estarà al que disposen les restants normes aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
