    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de l' Acord pel qual s'aproven les Bases de la convocatòria, per a l'any 2022, d'ajudes de minimis al desenvolupament rural de l'illa de Mallorca, vinculades a projectes relacionats amb els àmbits agrari i/o ambiental i emmarcats en l'Estratègia de Desenvolupament Local Participatiu&amp;nbsp;2014-2020 de Mallorca, de data 27 de gener de 2022&amp;nbsp;, especifica que la resolució es notificarà&amp;nbsp;a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu&amp;nbsp;l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en Matèria Agrària del FOGAIBA en&amp;nbsp;data 27&amp;nbsp;de febrer&amp;nbsp;de 2024, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ DE CONCESSIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antecedents&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Acord pel qual s'aproven les Bases de la convocatòria, per a l'any 2022, d'ajudes de minimis al desenvolupament rural de l'illa de Mallorca, vinculades a projectes relacionats amb els àmbits agrari i/o ambiental i emmarcats en l'Estratègia de Desenvolupament Local Participatiu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2014-2020 de Mallorca&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, varen tenir entrada en el Registre dels Fons de Garantia Agraria i Pesquera de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; un total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;40&amp;nbsp;sol·licituds d'ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els interessats assenyalats a l'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Annex I adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Una &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d'elegibilitat de la convocatòria, als beneficiaris els hi correspon una ajuda màxima detallada a l'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Annex I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, després d'aplicar la deducció d'inversions i/o actuacions que no són elegibles per aquesta línia d'ajudes descrita a l'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Annex II&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent cobreix la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria no hi ha cap impediment per resoldre aquests expedients sense afectar el que disposa els apartats setè i vuitè de la convocatòria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. El &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;dia &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;19 d'octubre de 2023&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;amb NRGE GOIBE658123/2023&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;va tenir entrada al FOGAIBA la proposta del Grup d'Acció Local d'aprovació dels expedients de referència.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;8. En data 9 de febrer de 2024 el Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural ha emès informe favorable i proposta provisional de concessió d'ajuda als beneficiaris relacionats a l'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Annex I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.En data 9 de febrer de 2024 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es notifica, mitjançant publicació a la pàgina web &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://www.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; l'esmentada proposta provisional als interessats, concedint-los un termini de 10 dies per presentar les al·legacions escaients.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. El dia 19 de febrer de 2024 amb NRGE GOIBE102186/2024 va tenir entrada al FOGAIBA el manifest de l'interessat de no efectuar al·legacions a l'esmentada proposta provisional. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;IV.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reglament delegat (UE) núm. 640/2014 de la Comissió, d'11 de març de 2014, pel qual es completa el Reglament (UE) núm. 1306/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, pel que fa al sistema integrat de gestió i control i a les condicions sobre la denegació o retirada dels pagaments i sobre les sancions administratives aplicables als pagaments directes, a l'ajuda al desenvolupament rural i a la condicionalitat. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;V.Reglament d'execució (UE) núm. 808/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juliol de 2014, pel qual s'estableixen disposicions d'aplicació del Reglament (UE) núm. 1305/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, relatiu a l'ajuda al desenvolupament rural a través del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;VI.Reglament d'execució (UE) núm. 809/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juliol de 2014, pel qual s'estableixen disposicions d'aplicació del Reglament (UE) núm. 1306/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, pel &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;que fa al sistema integrat de gestió i control, les mesures de desenvolupament rural i la condicionalitat.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;VII.Reial decret 1075/2014, de 19 de desembre, sobre l'aplicació a partir del 2015 dels pagaments directes a l'agricultura i a la ramaderia i altres règims d'ajuda, així com sobre la gestió i control dels pagaments directes i dels pagaments al desenvolupament rural.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;VIII.Reial decret 1078/2014, de 19 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes de condicionalitat que han de complir els beneficiaris que rebin pagaments directes o determinades primes anuals de desenvolupament rural, o pagaments en virtut dels programes de suport a la reestructuració i reconversió o de suport a la collita en verd, de la vinya. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;XIV.Llei 12/2014, de 16 de desembre, agrària de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;XV.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;XVI.Llei &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;del procediment administratiu comú&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a l' Annex I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, que són un total d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;'1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;expedient i que comença amb&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PUIG DE SES COVES SL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;i acaba amb &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PUIG DE SES COVES SL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;, qu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e suma un import total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;8&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.16&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;8&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;75&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Support a l'implementació a les operacions incloses els EDL No Programats MALLORCA ”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, deduient les inversions/actuacions no elegibles especificades &amp;nbsp;l' Annex II&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l' Annex I. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris seran les indicades a l' Annex III&amp;nbsp;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Notificar la resolució a cada un dels beneficiaris de l' Annex I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Mantenir les inversions realitzades durant almenys cinc anys, comptats des de la data de pagament de l'ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Complir les normes comunitàries aplicables a la inversió i en especial les relatives a la durabilitat de les operacions previstes a l'article 71 del Reglament (UE) núm. 1303/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 17 de desembre de 2013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Sotmetre's als controls que dugui a terme l'administració, necessaris per comprovar la correcta concessió de l'ajuda i el posterior manteniment de compromisos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Atendre els requeriments del Grup d'Acció Local Associació Mallorca Rural relacionats amb el seguiment i l'avaluació del projecte i de l'Estratègia de Desenvolupament Local Participatiu.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquestes obligacions s'entendran sense perjudici de l'obligació de complir-ne la resta que s'estableixen a l'article 11 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i a l'article 11 de l'Ordre de bases reguladores de la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020, aprovat mitjançant l'Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, així com la resta que deriven de la normativa estatal i comunitària d'aplicació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;El règim jurídic aplicable per l'incompliment d'aquestes obligacions és el que preveu el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat per Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i comprèn des del reintegrament de l'ajuda i el pagament de l'interès de demora fins a la imposició de les sancions corresponents. En el cas d'incompliment de les obligacions anteriors s'aplicaran les reduccions previstes a la convocatòria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
