Es varen registrar un total de 186 sol·licituds d'ajuda per la convocatòria de 2023. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>4.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les només reguladores d'aquestes ajudes, constatant que</em></span></em><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>24 d'aquestes sol·licituds no compleix els requisits establerts en la convocatòria.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>5.En data 26 de febrer de 2024 es a publicar a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA la Proposta Provisional de Denegació per la línia Foment i la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.S'han presentat 10 al·legacions de les quals 9 d'elles s'han acceptat i 1 s'ha denegat per no cumplir amb el requisit de l'apartat tercer punt 1.b. Hi ha 14 expedients que no han presentat al·legacions a la proposta provisional. Una vegada fet l'estudi i la revisió de la documentació aportada per diferents beneficiaris es procedeix a fer la resolució definitiva de denegació d'aquells perceptors que no han aportat res o bé la documentació aportada no és vàlida amb el requeriment.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
