&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Sr. Jaime Ferriol Martí, en la seva condició de Batle President de l'Ajuntament de Maria de la Salut, província Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FA SABER: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que el Ple de la Corporació Local, reunit en Sessió ordinària dia 15 d'abril de 2024, va acordar l'aprovació inicial de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenança municipal reguladora del renou emès pels vehicles automòbils i ciclomotors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, en compliment del que es disposa en els articles 49.c) i 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, s'estableix un període d'exposició pública de trenta dies, dins dels quals les persones interessades podran examinar l'expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin oportunes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el període d'exposició pública, sense presentar-se reclamacions, s'entendrà definitivament adoptat l'acord, fins llavors provisional, sense necessitat d'acord plenari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acord d'aprovació inicial s'exposarà en el Tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació Local, també durant trenta dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
