&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“TERCER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar inicialment el Reglament del Servei Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació de Persones Adultes, un cop rebut el dictamen previ del projecte de la Comissió d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 99 del Reglament Orgànic del Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar l&amp;apos;acord al BOIB i al tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, perquè durant 30 dies s&amp;apos;hi puguin presentar reclamacions i suggeriments. Si no s&amp;apos;hi presenten, l&amp;apos;acord inicialment adoptat s&amp;apos;entendrà definitivament aprovat, sense necessitat d&amp;apos;un nou acord exprés, i el Reglament íntegre es publicarà al BOIB.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per mitjà del BOIB núm. 15 de dia 30 de gener de 2024, es va publicar l&amp;apos;anunci de l&amp;apos;aprovació inicial del Reglament i es va obrir un període d&amp;apos;informació pública i d&amp;apos;audiència als interessats de 30 dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Un cop transcorregut dit termini sense que es presentes cap reclamació o suggeriment, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;art. 102 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears i l&amp;apos;art. 101 del Reglament orgànic del Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma, de 29 de juliol de 2004 (BOIB núm. 127, d&amp;apos;11 de setembre de 2004), l&amp;apos;Acord inicialment adoptat s&amp;apos;ha convertit en definitiu, sense necessitat d&amp;apos;un nou acord exprés i es procedeix a la publicació del text íntegre del Reglament, que s&amp;apos;incorpora com a annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest Reglament entrarà en vigor un cop publicat al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, atès que un cop esdevingut definitiu el text, ha transcorregut el termini de quinze dies hàbils des de la recepció de la norma per part de les administracions autonòmica, insular i estatal d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposen els articles 103 i 113 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;REGLAMENT DEL SERVEI MUNICIPAL D&amp;apos;EDUCACIÓ DE PERSONES ADULTES (SMEA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;EXPOSICIÓ DE MOTIUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;aprovació d&amp;apos;una norma de caràcter reglamentari per a regular el funcionament del Servei Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació de persones Adultes (SMEA), respon a la necessitat de disposar d&amp;apos;un marc jurídic adequat per a l&amp;apos;exercici de les atribucions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma en aquesta matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest marc ha de tenir present, en primer lloc, la mateixa evolució general del servei des de l&amp;apos;origen l&amp;apos;any 1990, lligada a l&amp;apos;evolució del marc legal específic que regula el dret a l&amp;apos;educació, als ensenyaments de règim especial i a l&amp;apos;aprenentatge al llarg de la vida, a l&amp;apos;empara de la LODE (Llei orgànica 8/1985 reguladora del Dret a l&amp;apos;Educació), la LOE (Llei Orgànica 2/2006 d&amp;apos;Educació) i més recentment la LOMLOE (Llei Orgànica 3/2020 per la que es modifica la LOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Constitució estableix a l&amp;apos;article 27 el dret fonamental a l&amp;apos;educació per a tota la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre (LOMLOE) per la qual es modifica la Llei Orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d&amp;apos;Educació (LOE) que a la mateixa vegada modificava la Llei orgànica 8/1985, de 3 de juliol, que regula el dret a l&amp;apos;educació (LODE); té la finalitat d&amp;apos;establir un ordenament legal que augmenti les oportunitats educatives i formatives de tota la població i que contribueixi a la millora dels resultats educatius de l&amp;apos;alumnat i satisfaci la demanda generalitzada de la societat espanyola d&amp;apos;una educació de qualitat per a tota la població.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb la Llei 4/2006 de 30 de març de 2006, d&amp;apos;Educació i Formació Permanents de Persones Adultes de les Illes Balears, l&amp;apos;educació permanent comprèn tant activitats destinades a la formació personal, cívica i social de la persona com d&amp;apos;altres orientades a l&amp;apos;ocupació, i té lloc en una varietat d&amp;apos;entorns dins i fora dels sistemes d&amp;apos;educació i formació formals. És necessari promoure l&amp;apos;adquisició de les capacitats bàsiques i incrementar les oportunitats d&amp;apos;accedir a formes d&amp;apos;aprenentatge innovadores i més flexibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per això, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma i en el marc de l‘esmentada llei vol potenciar l&amp;apos;educació i la formació permanent de les persones adultes perquè tinguin com a prioritats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Adquirir i actualitzar la seva formació bàsica i facilitar l&amp;apos;accés als distints nivells del sistema educatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Millorar la seva qualificació professional o adquirir una preparació per a l&amp;apos;exercici d&amp;apos;altres professions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Desenvolupar la seva capacitat de participació en la vida social, cultural, política i econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els principis generals de les actuacions en l&amp;apos;educació i la formació permanents de persones adultes es desenvoluparan seguint els següents principis: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. La igualtat d&amp;apos;oportunitats en l&amp;apos;accés a un aprenentatge permanent eficaç i de qualitat, amb especial atenció a les persones i als col·lectius que, en funció de les seves circumstàncies, tenguin més dificultats per accedir-hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. La concepció de l&amp;apos;educació com un procés permanent que s&amp;apos;estén al llarg de tota la vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. La capacitat de transmetre valors que garanteixin la igualtat de drets entre els sexes, que contribueixin a superar qualsevol classe de discriminació i d&amp;apos;exclusió, així com la pràctica de la tolerància, la solidaritat i la valoració de la diversitat cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d. La cooperació i la coordinació entre les institucions i les entitats públiques i privades i les diferents administracions públiques per elaborar polítiques educatives, d&amp;apos;inserció laboral i de desenvolupament comunitari que fomentin la cohesió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. L&amp;apos;adaptació a les necessitats i demandes dels individus, la societat i els canvis del món laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f. La llibertat en l&amp;apos;elecció de diferents programes educatius i formatius, fomentant la conciliació de la vida familiar i les activitats laborals i socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g. La promoció de la llengua catalana i la cultura pròpies de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h. L&amp;apos;ús de metodologies pedagògiques obertes i flexibles que permetin la màxima adaptació a les característiques socials, psicològiques i laborals de les persones adultes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;En el marc de la Llei 27/2013, de 27 desembre, de Racionalització i Sostenibilitat de l&amp;apos;Administració Local i d&amp;apos;acord amb les modificacions de la llei 7/1985 de 2 d&amp;apos;abril reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local i en concret de l&amp;apos;article 25 apartats m) i ñ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“L&amp;apos;article 25 queda redactat com segueix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Municipi, per la gestió dels seus interessos i en l&amp;apos;àmbit de les seves competències pot promoure activitats i prestar els serveis públics que contribueixin a satisfer les necessitats i aspiracions de la comunitat veïnal en els termes prevists en aquest article.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Municipi exercirà en tot cas com a competències pròpies, en els termes de la legislació de l&amp;apos;Estat i de les Comunitats Autònomes, en les següents matèries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Promoció de la cultura i equipaments culturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 120px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ñ. Promoció en el seu terme municipal de la participació dels ciutadans en l&amp;apos;ús eficient i sostenible de les tecnologies de la informació i les comunicacions.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Conforme al Decret Llei 2/ 2014, de 21 de novembre, de mesures urgents per aplicar a les Illes Balears la Llei 27/ 2013 de desembre, de racionalització i sostenibilitat de l&amp;apos;Administració local, que preveu en el seu article 6 “... en matèria d&amp;apos;educació a les quals es refereixen la disposició addicional quinzena i transitòries primera, segona i tercera de la Llei 27/2013 continuaran essent exercides pels municipis en els termes prevists en l&amp;apos;Estatut d&amp;apos;Autonomia, la normativa autonòmica sobre règim local i les lleis sectorials autonòmiques, mentre no hagin estat assumides per part de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears...”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Recomanacions de l&amp;apos;informe mundial sobre aprenentatge i l&amp;apos;Educació d&amp;apos;Adults “Global Report on Adult Learning and Education, Hamburg: UIL, 2013. UNESCO”. L&amp;apos;educació d&amp;apos;adults té un paper important en l&amp;apos;oferir espai, temps i entorns en què els adults poden -emprat els termes de l&amp;apos;Informe Delors, aprendre a conèixer, aprendre a fer, aprendre a viure junts i aprendre a ser.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Informe Delors de 1996 també marca un canvi en l&amp;apos;ús del terme &amp;quot;educació al llarg de tota la vida&amp;quot;, utilitzat en l&amp;apos;Informe Faure, pel &amp;quot;d&amp;apos;aprenentatge al llarg de tota la vida&amp;quot;, que avui s&amp;apos;usa més freqüentment. Això no només assenyala un canvi semàntic, sinó que reflecteix un desenvolupament substancial en aquest camp. L&amp;apos;educació al llarg de tota la vida, tal com el presenta l&amp;apos;Informe Faure, estava associat amb l&amp;apos;objectiu més comprensiu i integrat de desenvolupar persones i comunitats més humanes enfront del ràpid canvi social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Entre les recomanacions sobre l&amp;apos;informe mundial sobre aprenentatge i educació d&amp;apos;adults, destaca que la descentralització cap als nivells regional i local s&amp;apos;ha convertit en un instrument clau, però la seva implementació eficaç demanda un finançament adequat. D&amp;apos;aquesta forma els ajuntaments juguen un paper fonamental en la implementació de l&amp;apos;educació d&amp;apos;adults. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També en l&amp;apos;àmbit de política d&amp;apos;alfabetització explicita que s&amp;apos;ha de concentrar en incrementar i desenvolupar de forma integral les competències bàsiques, i incloure la creació d&amp;apos;entorns i societats de l&amp;apos;aprenentatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El present Reglament regula el règim jurídic de les prestacions que ofereix el Servei de Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació de Persones Adultes, d&amp;apos;acord amb els principis que estableix l&amp;apos;article 129 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques: el principi de necessitat, es compleix ja que no existeix norma que reguli les competències, organització i funcionament del Servei Municipal de l&amp;apos;Escola d&amp;apos;Adults a dia d&amp;apos;avui; eficàcia, atès que mitjançant la aprovació del referit Reglament passa a quedar regulat el funcionament del servei; proporcionalitat, atès que recull la regulació imprescindible i bàsica del funcionament del Servei; seguretat jurídica, ja que recull en un únic document tota la normativa relativa a les competències, organització i funcionament; transparència, ja que la normativa es trobarà a l&amp;apos;abast de tothom; i eficiència, atès que l&amp;apos;aprovació del Reglament resulta la manera més òptima per aconseguir els objectius de regulació del règim jurídic de les prestacions que ofereix el Servei Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació d&amp;apos;Adults.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;També&lt;/span&gt; amb l&amp;apos;establiment dins el present reglament de les prestacions necessàries per a complir amb l&amp;apos;objectiu de contribuir, amb l&amp;apos;educació, formació i al desenvolupament integral de les persones, duent a terme cursos sempre relacionats amb els valors educatius, es justifiquen els principis d&amp;apos;eficàcia i eficiència; així com la proporcionalitat en el règim regulador dels drets i deures de les persones usuàries, que no implica restriccions de drets o imposicions d&amp;apos;obligacions no ajustades a la legalitat vigent; i el principi de seguretat jurídica, adequant-se en totes les seves prescripcions a l&amp;apos;ordenament jurídic que l&amp;apos;hi és d&amp;apos;aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Aquest Reglament té per objecte regular les competències, organització i funcionament així com descriure les prestacions que ofereix el Servei&lt;/span&gt; Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació de Persones Adultes (SMEA)&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;amb la finalitat de millorar l&amp;apos;atenció i adequar-la a les necessitats de les persones usuàries i de la ciutadania en general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així mateix, el present document té per objecte facilitar la convivència als espais de formació, així com afavorir la participació de tots els col·lectius de la comunitat educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTICLE 2.&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt; &lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;TITULARS DE DRET D&amp;apos;ACCÉS A L&amp;apos;SMEA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;El Servei anirà dirigit a la ciutadania de Palma, persones adultes i joves, donant resposta a les seves necessitats de formació, preferentment les quals pertanyen a grups o sectors socials amb mancances i necessitats de formació bàsica o amb dificultats per a la inserció laboral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;L&amp;apos;edat mínima de les persones usuàries del servei és de 18 anys (fets abans del 31 de desembre). També es poden matricular als cursos els i les joves de més de 16 anys que hagin finalitzat l&amp;apos;educació obligatòria, amb situacions personals extraordinàries o amb un contracte de formació o d&amp;apos;aprenentatge. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Serà competència de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament la selecció i l&amp;apos;aprovació de les llistes de l&amp;apos;alumnat admès als cursos, tallers, seminaris organitzats pel Servei. &lt;/span&gt;El procés d&amp;apos;admissió i matrícula a les activitats es regula al Títol III d&amp;apos;aquest Reglament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Servei Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació de Persones Adultes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma ofereix a la ciutadania de Palma, des de l&amp;apos;existència dels ajuntaments democràtics, la possibilitat d&amp;apos;iniciar o continuar una formació al llarg de la vida, prioritzant aquells que pertanyen a grups o sectors amb mancances o necessitats de formació específica, i especialment aquells amb dificultats per a la integració social o inserció laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte de l&amp;apos;SMEA és posar a l&amp;apos;abast de la ciutadania de Palma una oferta de cursos descentralitzada i variada, flexible i adaptable a les necessitats i demandes de les persones i la societat, per tal de potenciar l&amp;apos;adquisició de coneixements i habilitats, destinada a la formació personal, cívica i social que faciliti la presa de decisions i autonomia personal. L&amp;apos;objectiu és també oferir informació, orientació i suport a la població interessada en temes relacionats amb l&amp;apos;educació i la formació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La finalitat general del servei és potenciar l&amp;apos;adquisició de coneixements i habilitats, desenvolupant la capacitat de comunicació i de crítica, que faciliti la presa de decisions i autonomia personal i laboral plena dins el context de la nostra Comunitat. Posant a l&amp;apos;abast de la ciutadania els recursos educatius, formatius i culturals que ofereix la ciutat. Els cursos tenen com a finalitat desplegar les capacitats i destreses bàsiques de la població adulta que no varen tenir l&amp;apos;oportunitat de poder adquirir en altres moments de la vida, potenciar la reincorporació a diferents nivells del sistema educatiu reglat, millorar la capacitat d&amp;apos;inserció laboral i facilitar la integració lingüística, social i cultural de les persones estrangeres que viuen al nostre municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El coneixement del territori ens permetrà fer una distribució de l&amp;apos;oferta tenint en compte les necessitats pròpies de la població de cada barri. Des d&amp;apos;aquest punt de vista hi ha factors que poden determinar la distribució dels espais i la seva oferta formativa. Entre ells el nivell educatiu, les característiques socioeconòmiques i socioculturals dels barris. Per això, la nostra oferta es caracteritza per ser flexible en relació amb els espais, horaris i calendari. Amb l&amp;apos;objectiu de descentralitzar l&amp;apos;oferta i acostar la formació a la gent que ho necessita, realitzant cursos a diferents barris i s&amp;apos;utilitzaran, a més dels edificis municipals del PalmaFormació Son Malferit i PalmaFormació Mercat Camp Redó, altres espais com centres culturals, centres educatius, biblioteques, etc. ubicats a diferents barriades de la nostra ciutat, tant en format presencial com en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Servei Municipal d&amp;apos;Educació de Persones Adultes impartirà: Ensenyances inicials, nivell I i II, alfabetització, educació primària, proves d&amp;apos;accés, espanyol per a persones estrangeres, idiomes, noves tecnologies, alfabetització tecnològica, mòduls d&amp;apos;integració cultural i lingüística i qualsevol altre ensenyament que respongui a les necessitats del moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.1.- CURSOS DE FORMACIÓ INICIAL I BÀSICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cursos adreçats a aquelles persones que volen adquirir coneixements inicials de lectura, escriptura i càlcul, o que vol millorar i consolidar aquests coneixements per tal de poder accedir als certificats de professionalitat de nivell 1 que ofereix el SOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També comprèn aquella formació adreçada a persones migrants amb coneixement de llengua castellana, que té com a finalitat la preparació per la superació de les proves de Coneixements Constitucionals i Socioculturals d&amp;apos;Espanya (CCSE) per tal d&amp;apos;acreditar el grau d&amp;apos;integració a la nostra societat, per a l&amp;apos;obtenció de la nacionalitat espanyola per residència segons la Llei 19/2015, del 13 de juliol, dirigit tant a població alfabetitzada com no alfabetitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.2.- CURSOS DE PREPARACIÓ DE PROVES D&amp;apos;ACCÉS A ALTRA FORMACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cursos adreçats a aquelles persones que volen accedir a la formació i no disposen dels requisits acadèmics d&amp;apos;accés. Aquests cursos preparen per a les proves lliures d&amp;apos;accés, a cicles formatius, a les proves d&amp;apos;accés a la Universitat per a majors de 25 i 45 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cursos adreçats a l&amp;apos;adquisició de coneixements i habilitats comunicatives en diferents idiomes estrangers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cursos d&amp;apos;iniciació i consolidació de l&amp;apos;aprenentatge de la llengua espanyola i catalana. Amb la finalitat d&amp;apos;ajustar-se a les necessitats de les persones destinatàries, es fan cursos de diferents nivells de l&amp;apos;idioma i cursos per a col·lectius específics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.5.- CURSOS DE COMPETÈNCIES DIGITALS BÀSIQUES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cursos de diferent nivell de dificultat adreçats a l&amp;apos;obtenció i assoliment de destreses per a l&amp;apos;ús de les noves tecnologies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.6.- ALTRES CURSOS SEGONS NECESSITATS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ateses les peculiaritats del Servei, la prestació es podrà realitzar amb horari de matí i horabaixa i vespre majoritàriament de dilluns a divendres segons les necessitats d&amp;apos;aquest que es caracteritza per ser flexible en relació amb els espais, horaris i calendari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant el període no lectiu, per part del personal no docent es mantindrà un servei d&amp;apos;atenció al públic i informació, exceptuant els dies festius, es mantindrà un servei d&amp;apos;atenció i informació telefònica i per mitjans electrònics, de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cada inici de curs o fase s&amp;apos;establiran els dies i hores d&amp;apos;atenció i es difondran a la web i als espais de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Entre les formes de gestió directa es troben: la gestió per la pròpia entitat local, a partir d&amp;apos;un organisme autònom, amb una entitat pública empresarial local, a partir d&amp;apos;una societat mercantil pertanyent íntegrament a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament o qualsevol altra forma prevista a la normativa d&amp;apos;aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per al desenvolupament dels cursos i amb l&amp;apos;objectiu de descentralitzar l&amp;apos;oferta es realitzaran a diferents barris i s&amp;apos;utilitzaran, a més dels edificis municipals del PalmaFormació Son Malferit i PalmaFormació Mercat Camp Redó, altres espais com centres culturals, centres educatius, biblioteques, etc. ubicats a diferents barriades de la nostra ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;alumnat haurà de fer bon ús tant de les instal·lacions, com del mobiliari i el material del centre. La negligència en el seu ús, o el seu deteriorament podrà derivar en les responsabilitats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ascensor, elevador salva escales i porta per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Als edificis municipals del PalmaFormació Son Malferit i PalmaFormació Mercat Camp Redó es disposa d&amp;apos;una entrada habilitada i un ascensor per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Menjar i beure als espais de formació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;alumnat pot berenar a l&amp;apos;espai del vestíbul. En cap cas es podrà menjar o beure a cap aula. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L&amp;apos;SMEA a edificis de PalmaFormació Son Malferit i PalmaFormació Mercat Camp Redó està contemplada en el Pla d&amp;apos;Emergències dels edificis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Periòdicament, es du a terme un simulacre d&amp;apos;emergències per assegurar el bon funcionament i divulgació del pla entre els col·lectius de l&amp;apos;SMEA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Riscs Laborals. L&amp;apos;SMEA és avaluada periòdicament a tal efecte i, una vegada elaborat el corresponent informe, s&amp;apos;escometen aquelles accions que siguin necessàries per a complir la normativa vigent en aquest tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De la mateixa manera, tot el personal que fa feina al centre, docent i no docent, ha de realitzar la formació específica corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Protocol en cas de malaltia o accident d&amp;apos;un usuari. El centre té establert un protocol específic per aquests casos en consonància amb el protocol de primers auxilis i altres problemes de salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Respectar les normes vigents del Servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Usar correctament els mitjans posats a la seva disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTICLE 16. &lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PROTECCIÓ DE DADES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La recollida de dades personals i el seu tractament estan subjectes a la normativa que estableix la Llei Orgànica 3/2018 de Protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals i a la resta de normativa aplicable en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Direcció del centre vetllarà per evitar l&amp;apos;elaboració i sobretot la impressió de llistes amb dades creuades de l&amp;apos;alumnat, on apareix a la vegada nom i llinatges, número d&amp;apos;expedient i DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les dades de caràcter personal que permetin la seva identificació que faciliten les persones usuàries s&amp;apos;utilitza exclusivament per a la funció educativa del centre i no seran tractades amb una altra finalitat sense el consentiment explícit de l&amp;apos;usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El personal docent i no docent, que tingui accés, en exercici de les seves funcions, a les dades personals i familiars, està subjecte al deure de la confidencialitat. En aquest sentit, tot el personal del centre signa aquesta obligació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma (més concretament la Direcció General d&amp;apos;Educació i Infància) és el responsable del tractament de les dades, comptant en cada cas amb el/els encarregats de tractament que es considerin oportuns sempre i quan hagin subscrit un contracte d&amp;apos;encàrrec que garanteixi la protecció de les dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de voler exercir els drets d&amp;apos;accés, rectificació, oposició, supressió, portabilitat, limitació del tractament i de no ser objecte de decisions individuals automatitzades pel que fa a les dades facilitades i tractades us heu d&amp;apos;adreçar per escrit adreçant-vos al responsable del tractament, al carrer Gregorio Marañón 3A – 07007 Palma, al telèfon 971244976 i bé a l&amp;apos;adreça electrònica: infoeduca@palma.es. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Assistència de l&amp;apos;alumnat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;absència injustificada d&amp;apos;un nombre de classes igual o superior al 20% de l&amp;apos;acció formativa, donarà peu a la pèrdua de la plaça. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La justificació de les faltes d&amp;apos;assistència de l&amp;apos;alumnat s&amp;apos;acceptarà únicament per raons de malaltia, feina i per motius de força major greus. En tots aquests casos serà obligatòria la justificació documental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de malaltia greu o perllongada, i a la vista dels informes mèdics, el nombre de faltes d&amp;apos;assistència a classe podrà ser il·limitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Trencaments i desperfectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quan es trenqui o es causi algun desperfecte a qualque bé de l&amp;apos;SMEA d&amp;apos;una manera intencionada o per mal ús, la persona que l&amp;apos;haurà causat serà la responsable de la seva reposició o reparació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pagament de les quotes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas de les matrícules no abonades en els terminis previstos per part de l&amp;apos;administració de l&amp;apos;SMEA, es posarà en coneixement de l&amp;apos;alumne/-a, el deute pendent i se li facilitarà un termini de 5 dies hàbils per fer efectiu el pagament i entregar justificant del banc, o còpia, a la Secretaria del centre. El no pagament de la matrícula suposarà la baixa definitiva i la pèrdua de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A més de la normativa vigent s&amp;apos;estableixen tres nivells d&amp;apos;infraccions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Són infraccions lleus de l&amp;apos;alumnat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La manca de respecte lleu als docents, a altres alumnes o visitants del centre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Falsejar dades a l&amp;apos;Administració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No comunicar a Secretaria els canvis o les alteracions de les circumstàncies o dels requisits que varen determinar la concessió de la reducció de la quota&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. És infracció greu de l&amp;apos;alumnat produir danys a les instal·lacions o al material del Servei expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Es considerarà infracció molt greu l&amp;apos;agressió física o psicològica a altres alumnes o al personal de l&amp;apos;SMEA, així com les amenaces que suposin un risc per a la integritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;estableixen tres nivells de sancions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Per a les infraccions lleus s&amp;apos;advertirà verbalment a l&amp;apos;alumne/a i se&amp;apos;n deixarà constància escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Les infraccions greus i molt greus, suposaran expulsió temporal o baixa definitiva del curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;acta de la comissió servirà per informar i es guardarà l&amp;apos;original a l&amp;apos;expedient. La Direcció en donarà coneixement a l&amp;apos;alumne/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTICLE 18. &lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PRESENTACIÓ I TRÀMIT DE DEMANDES, SUGGERIMENTS, FELICITACIONS I RECLAMACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les demandes, preguntes, comentaris o reclamacions s&amp;apos;adreçaran, en primer terme, al docent responsable. En cas que no s&amp;apos;obtingui una resposta satisfactòria, caldrà adreçar-se a la direcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si cap d&amp;apos;aquestes vies no solucionen la situació plantejada, ho realitzarà mitjançant el sistema general que tingui l&amp;apos;Ajuntament per a atendre aquestes situacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quan s&amp;apos;ha utilitzat el canal verbal la professional que ho rebi registrarà la queixa, suggeriment, felicitació o reclamació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El centre li donarà entrada oficial i emetrà resposta en el termini màxim d&amp;apos;una setmana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
