    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que en data 29 de febrer de 2024 el Ple de l'Excm. Ajuntament d'Eivissa, va acordar aprovar definitivament el Reglament de Protocol i Ceremonial de l'Excel·lentíssim Ajuntament d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant el present, es publica el text íntegre del Reglament de Protocol i Ceremonial de l'Excel·lentíssim Ajuntament d'Eivissa, per al seu general coneixement, de conformitat amb l'article 103 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, en relació amb l'article 113 de la mateixa Llei, a l'efecte de la seva entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que esgota la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el terme de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, de conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ciutat d'Eivissa és un municipi adscrit a la jurisdicció de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en el si de l'Estat Espanyol, segons la legislació vigent emanada de la Constitució Espanyola de 1978.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1 El municipi d'Eivissa ostenta el títol de Ciutat, concedit pel rei Carles III l'any 1782 a través d'una Reial Cèdula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 La ciutat d'Eivissa és la capital de l'illa d'Eivissa, d'acord amb la Llei autonòmica 6/2019, de 8 d'abril, per la qual se li reconeix l'estatut especial de capitalitat, com a seu de les principals institucions insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 3r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1 L'Excel·lentíssim Ajuntament d'Eivissa té un escut propi: en camp blau sostingut d'ones de plata i blau. Sobre ell, murades d'or de quatre torres, amb merlets i maons, un castell del mateix metall igualment amb merlets i maons. Culminat amb una Corona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2 L'Escut de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa haurà de figurar a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els Reglaments i Ordenances Municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les comunicacions oficials de l'Ajuntament segons ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els títols acreditatius d'honors, distincions i condecoracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els rebosters.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents, impresos, segells i capçaleres d'ús oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els distintius usats per les autoritats i funcionaris o treballadors municipals a qui correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots aquells impresos, publicacions i material de papereria municipal que així ho precisin, seguint les indicacions i recomanacions del Manual d'Identitat Corporativa de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Altres llocs que puguin contemplar les normes municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3 L'ús o difusió mitjançant qualsevol mitjà de reproducció, impresa, informàtica, fílmica o fotogràfica de l'escut de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, haurà de comptar amb l'autorització expressa, per escrit, de l'Excel·lentíssim Ajuntament havent-se cursat abans pels interessats, sol·licitud raonada a l'Il·lm./Il·lma. Sr./Sra. Alcalde/Alcaldessa, que contestarà amb informe o amb coneixement previ del departament de Comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4 El logo oficial s'emprarà en comptes de l'escut en els casos que consideri l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 4t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1 La bandera d'Eivissa consta de quatre barres vermelles sobre fons groc superposats a cadascun dels quatre cantons, un castell amb torres amb merlets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2 La bandera d'Eivissa ondejarà a l'exterior de les seus oficials, seguint la precedència protocol·lària corresponent. En els edificis on la seua ubicació o característiques impedeixin la col·locació exterior de les banderes, aquestes se situaran al seu interior a lloc visible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3 La bandera d'Eivissa ocuparà un lloc destacat al Saló de Plens, juntament amb la balear, l'espanyola i l'europea, seguint la precedència protocol·lària corresponent, sense que en cap cas la bandera d'Eivissa pugui sobrepassar en grossària a la bandera espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4 Als actes públics municipals, la bandera d'Eivissa estarà situada a un lloc destacat, junt amb la Bandera d'Espanya i la Bandera de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, seguint la precedència protocol·lària corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5 Als actes públics de caràcter supramunicipal que es duguin a terme al municipi d'Eivissa, l'ordre de precedència de les banderes serà el següent: 1r Espanya, 2n País Visitant, 3r Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, 4t Eivissa i 5è Municipi visitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.6 Sobre la bandera d'Eivissa, no es podran incloure sigles o símbols que representin partits polítics, sindicats, associacions o qualsevol altre tipus d'entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.7 La Corporació Municipal vetllarà perquè es prestin a les banderes el tractament, respecte i honors deguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.8 L'ús de la bandera d'Eivissa a edificis i establiments que no pertanyin a l'Administració, necessitarà la corresponent autorització municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.9 Els ultratges i ofenses a la bandera es castigaran conforme l'establert a les Lleis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 5è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1 Els rebosters d'Eivissa seran confeccionats amb pany ocre, portant al centre l'Escut del Municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2 Els rebosters es col·locaran als balcons i finestres de la façana principal de la Casa Consistorial, així com a altres llocs on s'organitzin actes oficials solemnes, durant les festes patronals de Santa Maria i Sant Ciriac i en altres ocasions solemnes, festivitats nacionals i regionals en què així ho disposi l'Alcaldia-Presidència, amb consulta del Departament de Protocol que determinarà la necessitat i característiques d'un major ornament dels actes que per la seua rellevància ho precisin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 6è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 Les maces, instrument conegut arreu d'Europa, tenien la funció d'obrir pas als polítics i alts càrrecs i protegir-los d'eventuals i/o possibles agressions, especialment quan sortien al carrer. Amb el temps, romangueren com a signe distintiu dels càrrecs als quals precedien i encara precedeixen en actes públics solemnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El joc de Maces de Cerimònies amb l'escut de l'Ajuntament, és un joc de plata realitzat probablement l'any 1788, quan en aplicació dels Decrets de Nova Planta, la Universitat d'Eivissa i Formentera havia passat a anomenar-se Ajuntament i els jurats es convertiren en regidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 Els/les Porters/Porteres-Macers/Maceres d'aquest Ajuntament seran els encarregats de desenvolupar la funció de Macer als actes solemnes protagonitzats per la institució municipal (Cerimònia de concessió de Títols Honorífics, Festes Patronals, Processons Oficials, Honres Fúnebres Oficials i tots aquells que designi l'Alcaldia-Presidència). Portaran la vestimenta corresponent, juntament amb les maces, les quals estaran custodiades pel departament de Protocol/Arxiu Històric de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TÍTOL II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre la Corporació, tractaments, ordre de precedència interna, atributs i els seus usos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 7è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Eivissa té el títol d'Excel·lentíssim, atorgat per Ordre Ministerial de 7 de març de 1945 (BOE núm. 72 de 13 de març de 1945). Es va atorgar el títol d'Excel·lentíssim segons l'informe de la Reial Acadèmia de la Història, que va realitzar-lo a partir de l'informe d'aleshores Arxiver Municipal, mossèn Isidor Macabich Llobet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2 En els actes cívics de caràcter institucional on cal la desfilada de la Corporació, aquesta se situarà de major a menor, encapçalant la desfilada l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa, seguit dels Tinents d'Alcalde pel seu ordre, Portaveus i resta dels membres de la Corporació. En cas de tancament de la desfilada, es farà per ordre invers, tancant l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa precedit per/per les Tinents d'Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3 En algunes ocasions excepcionals i sempre per disposició de l'Alcaldia atenent a normes de cortesia, els senyors Portaveus dels Grups Municipals precediran els/les Tinents d'Alcalde, únic espai unipersonal de representació que figura al Reial Decret sobre Ordenació de les Presidències a l'Estat 2099/83.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4 En aquells actes, de caràcter municipal, que així calgui, a continuació de la Corporació, se situaran les personalitats distingides amb honors municipals i els funcionaris/funcionàries municipals, segons l'ordre següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 9è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els atributs del càrrec d'Alcalde/Alcaldessa d'Eivissa són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Medalla d'or, o metall daurat, amb l'Escut Municipal, pendent d'un cordó daurat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bastó de comandament amb empunyadura i borles daurades amb l'escut de la Ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Insígnia de solapa o agulla de pit, d'or i amb l'Escut Municipal gravat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 10è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els atributs del càrrec de Regidor/Regidora són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Insígnia de solapa d'or o agulla de pit amb l'Escut Municipal gravat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Alcalde/Alcaldessa utilitzarà la medalla i bastó de comandament el dia de la seua presa de possessió i en aquells actes que per la seua solemnitat així ho requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 12è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els/les Regidors/Regidores utilitzaran la insígnia als actes que per la seua solemnitat així ho requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 13è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1 La insígnia de solapa o agulla de pit descrita a l'article 12è serà d'ús exclusiu dels Regidors/Regidores com a expressió de la representació popular que ostenten, la qual serà lliurada al principi del mandat i podran endur-se'n en finalitzar el seu mandat i pertinença en aquesta, significant i recordant el seu pas per l'Excm. Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2 L'Alcalde/Alcaldessa concedirà l'escut d'or (com a insígnia de solapa o agulla de pit) de l'Ajuntament a aquelles persones o col·lectius que, pels seus mèrits, es consideri adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TÍTOL III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre els actes oficials del Municipi, la seua classificació i presidència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 14è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Corporació Municipal en tots els actes oficials mantendrà l'ordre de precedència que s'estableixi en el present Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 15è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els actes oficials seran organitzats institucionalment per la Corporació, mitjançant el Departament de Protocol i amb coneixement de l'Alcaldia- Presidència, amb ocasió de commemoracions o esdeveniments que així ho requereixin per la seua importància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 16è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Presidència dels mencionats actes, qualsevol que sigui el seu caràcter, correspon a l'Alcalde-President/Alcaldessa-Presidenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 17è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan en un acte oficial concorrin altres autoritats de l'Administració estatal o autonòmica, o d'organismes o entitats públiques o privades, el Departament de Protocol assenyalarà l'ordre de precedències atenent al disposat pel Reial Decret 2099/1983, de 4 d'agost, a la normativa de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i a les normes establertes per al protocol privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 18è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els actes propis organitzats per una Regidoria que no presideixi l'Alcalde / Alcaldessa, ostentarà la presidència el Regidor/Regidora responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 19è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En absència o malaltia de l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa, ostentarà la Presidència dels actes Corporatius Municipals els /les Tinents d'Alcalde pel seu ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 20è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els Regidors/Regidores assistents als actes municipals, que no ocupin lloc a la presidència, se situaran en lloc preferent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 21è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.1 La proposta de realitzar un agermanament amb una altra ciutat serà a càrrec de l'Alcaldia. La preparació dels actes a desenvolupar amb aquest motiu correspondrà al Departament de Protocol, amb consulta prèvia amb l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.2 L'acte solemne de firma dels acords d'Agermanament, tendrà el següent ordre del dia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lectura de l'acord d'agermanament i del protocol que s'intercanviarà entre els dos municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Firma de l'acta d'agermanament pels Alcaldes/Alcaldesses d'ambdues ciutats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Paraules de l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa de la ciutat visitant (amb traducció simultània si fos necessari).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cloenda de l'Acte per l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa d'Eivissa (amb traducció simultània si fos necessari).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.3 La resta d'actes d'una visita de la delegació d'una ciutat agermanada tendrà una programació redactada per l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, mitjançant el Departament de Protocol, per cada cas concret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TÍTOL V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre les Distincions Honorífiques i obsequis institucionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 22è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.1 Les distincions honorífiques que concedeix l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa són les que es descriuen al Reglament d'Honors i Distincions de L'Excm. Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.2 La concessió d'aquestes distincions es regirà pel citat Reglament d'Honors i Distincions de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 23è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà concedir una sèrie de regals i obsequis institucionals quan l'ocasió així ho requereixi. Els mencionats regals seran definits i dissenyats pel Departament de Protocol, tenint sempre en compte que hauran de tenir una relació directa amb la tradició, els costums, la història o els aspectes culturals més representatius de la ciutat d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TÍTOL VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre la declaració de dol oficial i honres fúnebres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 24è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.1 L'Alcalde/Alcaldessa d'Eivissa determinarà, mitjançant Decret, la declaració de Dol Oficial, quan les circumstàncies o fets de transcendència nacional, regional o local, així ho requereixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.2 En el decret emès per l'Alcaldia-Presidència, s'inclouran totes i cadascuna de les accions a desenvolupar, en senyal de respecte i condolença pel dol declarat. Aquestes accions podran ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suspendre tots els actes públics oficials, organitzats per l'Excm. Ajuntament mitjançant qualsevol regidoria, delegacions, serveis o departaments, durant el temps que perduri el dol oficial decretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Arriar a mitja asta les banderes institucionals que ondegin a l'exterior dels edificis públics municipals. Quan es tracti de declaració de dol oficial local, retirar, en acte de respecte, la resta d'ensenyes nacionals i regionals dels mateixos edificis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posar a les banderes que ondegin a l'exterior dels edificis públics municipals un crespó negre, com a senyal de dol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altra que incideixi en significar i difondre la declaració del dol oficial decretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 25è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els casos que la declaració de dol oficial vengui decretada o ordenada per instàncies superiors de l'Administració Pública d'àmbit comunitari, estatal o regional, es disposarà conforme a l'indicat per les preceptives declaracions, podent l'Alcaldia adherir-se a aquestes mateixes declaracions oficials, mitjançant els mitjans i actes assenyalats en els apartats anteriors. En qualsevol cas, la bandera d'Eivissa ondejarà a mitja asta, sempre que ho facin les banderes d'Espanya i de les Illes Balears, després de tenir coneixement de la declaració de dol oficial en àmbits estatals o regionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 26è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableixen les següents honres fúnebres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.1 Corona de flors amb vetes, en cas de mort i en nom de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa a Exalcaldes/Exalcaldesses de la Corporació, funcionaris i personal laboral fix en actiu o jubilats/jubilades de l'Ajuntament i a aquelles persones rellevants que l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa consideri oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.2 S'inserirà una esquela mortuòria als diaris locals i una corona de flors amb vetes en nom de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, en el cas de mort de l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa de la Corporació en actiu, Fill/Filla Il·lustre de la Ciutat, Fill/Filla Adoptiu/Adoptiva, Tinent d'Alcalde de la Corporació en Actiu, Regidor/Regidora de la Corporació en actiu i persona rellevant que l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa consideri oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.3 Assistirà una parella de Policia Local de Gala i escorta en cas de mort d'un Alcalde/Alcaldessa de la Corporació en actiu, Exalcalde/Exalcaldessa, Fill/Filla Il·lustre de la Ciutat, Fill/Filla Adoptiu/Adoptiva de la Ciutat, membre de la Policia Local en actiu o personalitat rellevant que l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa consideri adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.4 Assistiran els/les Porters/Porteres–Macers/Maceres i escorta en cas de mort d'un Alcalde/Alcaldessa de la Corporació en actiu, Exalcalde/Exalcaldessa, Fill/Filla Il·lustre de la Ciutat, Fill/Filla Adoptiu/Adoptiva de la Ciutat, membre de la Policia Local en actiu o personalitat rellevant que l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa consideri adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.5 S'instal·larà capella ardent de cos present al Saló de Plens o Sala de Fills/Filles Il·lustres de la Ciutat amb escorta, amb consulta prèvia a la família, en cas de mort d'un Alcalde/Alcaldessa de la Corporació en actiu, d'un/una Fill/Filla Il·lustre de la Ciutat, d'un/una Fill/Filla Adoptiu/Adoptiva de la Ciutat, o d'una alta personalitat mereixedora d'aquesta honra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TÍTOL VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre el Departament de Protocol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 27è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Protocol tendrà al seu càrrec l'organització i atenció del protocol oficial en els actes públics que se celebrin, així com la custòdia i cura de les banderes, rebosters, distincions, obsequis i Llibre d'Honor de la Ciutat. Aquestes funcions seran executades pel/per la Cap de Protocol, que dependrà directament de l'Alcalde/Alcaldessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 28è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Protocol procedirà a encarregar l'elaboració de les distincions i obsequis assenyalats en l'articulat anterior, amb el vistiplau de l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 29è&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la Cap de Protocol, d'acord amb l'Alcaldia, confeccionarà i remetrà als membres de la Corporació les normes específiques de protocol i etiqueta que regiran als actes o commemoracions solemnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'àmbit de les normes i disposicions recollides en el present reglament queda limitat a l'àmbit municipal, sense que la seua determinació confereixi, per si, honor o jerarquia, ni impliqui, fora d'ell, modificació del propi rang, competència o funcions reconegudes o atribuïdes per llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició derogatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present Reglament deroga l'anterior Reglament Municipal d'Honors de l'Excm. Ajuntament d'Eivissa, aprovat pel plenari municipal de 24 de juny de 2009 i publicat al BOIB 112 / 16596 de l'1 d'agost de 2009 i els seus posteriors annexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
