En altre cas, tendrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys des de la seva publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que esgota la via administrativa, es poden interposar, alternativament, els següents recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) Directament el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant la batlessa de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquest acord en el BOIB. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d&amp;apos;un mes des de la seva presentació sense que s&amp;apos;hagi resolt expressament ni s&amp;apos;hagi notificat, podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, es pot exercitar, si n&amp;apos;és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s&amp;apos;estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
