&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió de caràcter Ordinari de 22 de març de 2024, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;celebrada en forma presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; va adoptar, entre d'altres, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer.- APROVAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l'atorgament de subvenció nominativa directa per l'import de &lt;/span&gt;15.000,00 €, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;al Club Tennis Formentera amb CIF G57285876, per a la gestió d'ús i manteniment de les pistes municipals de tennis i pàdel per a l'any 2024, el qual s'adjunta com Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon.- LA GESTIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; de la subvenció es durà a terme d'acord amb la signatura del conveni annex a la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer.- AUTORITZAR I DISPOSAR LA DESPESA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2024.1.341.4800001 dels pressupostos per l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart.- RECONÈIXER &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l'obligació de l' import concedit, ordenar el pagament i pagar l'import del 50% de &lt;/span&gt;15.000,00 € &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la subvenció i registrar l'operació com a pendent de justificar fins que el beneficiari no procedeixi a la justificació de la mateixa d'acord amb les normes de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè.- FACULTAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;al Sr. President del Consell Insular de Formentera, perquè una vegada estigui aprovada aquesta subvenció de concessió nominativa directa, pugui signar el conveni annex, segons l'estipulat a l'article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consell insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè.- GUARDAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; còpia d'aquest conveni en el Registre de Convenis que es troba ubicat a la secretaria de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setè.- NOTIFICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; aquest acord al Club Tennis de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vuitè.- PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el Conveni en BOIB i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REUNITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'una part, el Sr. Lorenzo Córdoba Marí, major d'edat, veí de Formentera, domiciliat a la plaça de la constitució núm. 1 a Formentera, amb Document Nacional d'Identitat núm. ***5363**.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Sr. Jorge Jiménez Martínez-Pantoja, major d'edat, amb DNI ***3725**, i domicili a efectes de notificacions a Av. Porto Salè, 88, Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;INTERVENEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Sr. Lorenzo Córdoba Marí, com a president del Consell Insular de Formentera, que actua en nom i representació d'aquesta Corporació, amb CIF P0702400C i amb domicili a la plaça de la Constitució núm. 1, de Sant Francesc (Formentera), en virtut del Decret de Presidència de 26 de juny de 2023, d'atribucions competencials als membres de l'equip de Govern, publicat al BOIB núm. 112, de 12 d'agost de 2023 i els Decrets de 26 de febrer de 2024, publicats al BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de març de 2024, d'acord amb l'article 136 del Reglament Orgànic del Consell Insular de Formentera (ROC) i en virtut de l'article 21.1.b de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, de la Llei Orgànica 5/1985, de 19 de juny, de règim electoral general i de l'article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars en relació al Títol IX d'aquesta Llei sobre Règim especial de Formentera, assistit pel secretari de la Corporació, el Sr. Angel Custodio Navarro Sánchez, de conformitat amb l'article 161 del ROC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Sr. Jorge Jiménez Martínez-Pantoja, president del Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, qui actua en representació del citat Club, el qual disposa de CIF G57285876, segons l'Acta de l'Assemblea General extraordinària del Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, de data 17 de febrer de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ambdues parts actuen en representació de les seves respectives entitats, es reconeixen mútuament plena capacitat jurídica per obrar, i,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;MANIFESTEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Que les pistes de Tennis i de Pàdel, situades al Camí de Porto Saler&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, Formentera, són de titularitat del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt; Que les esmentades instal·lacions esportives són béns de domini públic segons l'establert en l'article 125 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears i a l'article 6 de la Llei 6/2001, d'11 d'abril, de patrimoni de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Que, als efectes de donar ús a les instal·lacions i dotar-les dels serveis esportius adients, per tal d'exercir els interessos del Consell Insular de Formentera, aquest es troba habilitat per promoure tota classe d'activitats i donar serveis públics que contribueixin a satisfer les necessitats i aspiracions del municipi de Formentera, donada la competència establerta per l'article 70.9 de la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, que modifica l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears. A més, de forma específica, la Llei 2/2023, de 7 de febrer, de l'esport a les Illes Balears, estableix al seu article 9, entre d'altres, la competència del Consell Insular de Formentera per col·laborar, en el seu àmbit territorial, amb les entitats en el desenvolupament de l'esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En virtut de l'exposat anteriorment, ambdues parts acorden formalitzar aquest conveni, d'acord amb les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CLÀUSULES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objecte del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'objecte d'aquest conveni és &lt;/span&gt;l´atorgament d´una subvenció directa per a la Gestió, Manteniment i la Neteja de les instal·lacions de les pistes municipals de tennis i pàdel&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera cedeix a l'entitat Club Tennis Illa de Formentera l'ús de totes les instal·lacions, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;quant a la Gestió, Manteniment i la Neteja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Obligacions del Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera haurà de permetre l'accés, l'ús i el gaudir d'aquestes instal·lacions a entitats esportives de Formentera i a altres que, per necessitat d'espai esportiu, el Consell Insular de Formentera decideixi ubicar en aquest recinte, encara que no compleixin les condicions de membres pertanyents a l'esmentat Club Tennis Illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera és responsable del compliment de la normativa d'ús de les instal·lacions esportives especificada al Reglament de serveis d'instal·lacions esportives del Consell Insular de Formentera, publicat al BOIB núm. 74 de data 24/05/2012, i de disposar de les suficients mesures de seguretat, ja sigui amb els equipaments esportius, com pel que fa a l'entrada de públic al recinte de les instal·lacions, del compliment de la Llei de l'Esport de les Illes Balears, així com tota l'altra normativa vigent que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La cessió d'ús de les instal·lacions, que realitza el Consell Insular de Formentera al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, queda subjecte a les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La cessió d'ús podrà ser revocada unilateralment pel Consell Insular de Formentera en qualsevol moment per raons d'interès públic degudament justificades, sense generar dret a indemnització al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera haurà de sol·licitar totes les llicències i permisos necessaris per poder exercir la pràctica esportiva i de competició, i tenir-les concedides per poder realitzar el citat exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Es podrà disposar de publicitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;en la instal·lació, sense que aquesta pugui fer referència a marques i / o empreses que atemptin contra la dignitat humana, ni que donin a entendre o provocar activitats xenòfobes, sexistes, intolerants, etc. Així mateix, el Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, impedirà l'accés al recinte esportiu de tota mena de símbols, banderes i pancartes que incitin a la violència, així com tot el que regula la vigent Llei de l'Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Obligacions de les parts respecte a la Gestió, el Manteniment i la Neteja de la instal·lació municipal de tennis i pàdel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Per part del &lt;strong&gt;Club Tennis Illa de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) La instal·lació romandrà oberta de dilluns a diumenge en l'horari establert i es permetrà el lloguer d'espais esportius tant a la recepció de la instal·lació com mitjançant aplicacions electròniques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) El Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera durà a terme el &lt;em&gt;Manteniment Correctiu No Especialitzat&lt;/em&gt; de la instal·lació esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) La gestió del Manteniment de la instal·lació es durà a terme mitjançant el &lt;em&gt;Protocol de Manteniment:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;* Queda totalment prohibit contactar amb qualsevol membre de la Brigada de forma directa. La única persona interlocutora per gestionar les incidències serà el Cap de la Brigada (Julio), qui serà el que coordinarà els membres de la Brigada segons la incidència a resoldre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;* Única i exclusivament es podrà contactar amb el Cap de la Brigada (Julio) si la incidència és &lt;strong&gt;URGENT&lt;/strong&gt;, es a dir, una incidència que no pot esperar a ser resolta al dia següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;* No s'atendrà cap incidència&amp;nbsp; (excepte les urgents)&amp;nbsp; que no siguin comunicades seguint les pautes del Protocol de Manteniment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;* Totes les incidències han de quedar registrades en el full de càlcul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera durà a terme les reparacions en matèria de fontaneria, electricitat, renovació sempre i quan no afectin sistemes generals de la instal·lació (canonades generals, instal·lació elèctrica, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera&lt;/span&gt; durà a terme les tasques de manteniment preventiu i neteja de terreny i edificis, inclosos els materials fungibles i de subministraments necessaris per al correcte funcionament de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera&lt;/span&gt; durà a terme la neteja ordinària de les instal·lacions cedides, a més de portar el control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera haurà de disposar del personal necessari per desenvolupar aquestes tasques&lt;/span&gt;. Aquet personal haurà d'estar correctament contractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera ha de subscriure una assegurança per respondre dels danys que es puguin derivar del funcionament del servei de Gestió, Manteniment i Neteja, ocasionats tant a tercers com al Consell, amb exclusió d'aquells que es produeixin per actes realitzats en compliment d'una condició imposada pel Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera ha de realitzar un control dels usuaris que utilitzen les instal·lacions, d'acord amb les normes municipals vigents i tota la resta que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;j) El Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera ha de dur a terme un registre d'actuacions del manteniment dut a terme. Aquet registre contindrà l'actuació realitzada, la data i la persona/empresa encarregada de dur-la a terme,&amp;nbsp; la despesa conjuntament amb la seva corresponent factura i la data de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;k) El Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera també durà a terme un control de la Neteja de la instal·lació mitjançant un registre que es presentarà amb la memòria d'activitat.&amp;nbsp;El Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera farà un llistat de productes de neteja emprats en les pròpies tasques de neteja a més de tenir les fitxes de seguretat dels productes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;l) El Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera en tot moment aplicarà totes les mesures adients en compliment de la Llei 31/1995, de 8 de Novembre, de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;m) En quan a la presència d'alcohol en la instal·lació aquesta ha de complir les normatives respectives actuals: Estatal, Autonòmica i Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;n) Despeses deduïbles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Despesa màxima deduïble per gestoria:&amp;nbsp; màxim 400 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Despesa màxima deduïble per material de papereria:&amp;nbsp; màxim 250 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No es pot deduir despesa per la compra de material inventariable que no estigui vinculat a l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Per part del &lt;strong&gt;Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) La realització de les obres que suposin modificació substancial d'estructures (fonaments, cobertes, murs, façanes, torres d'il·luminació) o afectin&lt;/span&gt; sistemes generals (connexions elèctriques i d'aigües, tanques i tancaments, sistemes de reg, evacuació d'aigües, canvi de gespa etc.), que seran projectades i executades sota la supervisió dels tècnics competents del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Mantenir las façanes de les pistes de tennis i pàdel en perfectes condicions de salubritat i estètica, de manera que anirà a compte seu l'esborrat de grafits o similars a les façanes d'aquesta instal·lació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Mantenir en perfecte estat de conservació les zones enjardinades exteriors a la instal·lació, així com realitzar la neteja de les zones exteriors d'accés a les mateixes, i aparcaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Manteniment i control de les calderes de les instal·lacions, si ni ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Les revisions i manteniment dels sistemes de prevenció d'incendis i extintors, per empreses i instal·ladors autoritzats, d'acord amb la normativa vigent aplicable en matèria de protecció d'incendis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Els tractaments de desinsectació i desratització de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) El Consell en qualsevol moment podrà sol·licitar al Club de Tennis Illa de Formentera la presentació de qualsevol documentació que sigui requerida per comprovar que la prestació del servei s'adequa amb el Conveni signat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera realitzarà una aportació &lt;/span&gt;màxima de &lt;strong&gt;15.000 euros &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;IVA inclòs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, per realitzar la Gestió, el Manteniment i la Neteja de la instal·lació, amb càrrec a la partida &lt;/span&gt;pressupostària 2024.1.341.4800001 dels pressupostos generals del Consell Insular de Formentera, per l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La forma de pagament per part del Consell Insular de Formentera, serà la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'abonarà al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera un primer pagament del 50% de 15.000 euros&amp;nbsp; (7.500 €), en el moment de la signatura del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'abonarà un segon pagament del 50% (7.500€) restant, quan es presenti una memòria justificativa del primer 50% aportant una memòria responsable amb el contingut que determinen l'Àrea d'Esports i la d'Intervenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tècnic de l'àrea d'esports emetrà un informe favorable on digui que la contractació conveniada es du a terme amb normalitat, dins els objectius marcats en aquest conveni.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durant el més de gener de 2025 el Club haurà de justificar el 100% de la seua actuació. Aquest serà requisit indispensable per poder signar un nou conveni amb el Consell. Això no exempta de retornar la quantitat corresponent en el cas de no poder justificar el 100% de les quantitats rebudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El beneficiari està eximit de presentar garanties atenent la naturalesa de les activitats subvencionades i les seves característiques com beneficiari, de conformitat amb l´article 42 i següents del Real Decret 88/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s´aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En Compliment del que disposa l'article 11 del decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 25 de desembre, text refós de la llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, el Club Tennis Illa de Formentera queda sotmès, entre d'altres, a les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dur a terme les activitats o la inversió o adoptar el comportament que fomenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar fins al 31 de gener de 2025, els documents acreditatius de la justificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sotmetre´s a les actuacions de comprovació que duguin a terme els òrgans competents en qualsevol moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Notificar al CIF qualsevol modificació que es pretengui realitzar en el projecte inicialment presentat, en relació a les actuacions subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Deixar constància de la percepció i l'aplicació de la subvenció en els llibres de comptabilitat o en els llibres de registre que hagi de dur el beneficiari d'acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal que sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control almenys durant 5 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits prevists en l'article 44 d'aquesta Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera presentarà a l'àrea d'esports del Consell Insular de Formentera com a data límit el 31 de gener de 2025 la memòria justificativa simplificada i una relació de les activitats realitzades&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; incloses que acreditin que efectivament s'ha realitzat la despesa de la Gestió, el Manteniment i la Neteja de les instal·lacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentació que s'haurà d'aportar és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Acreditació d'estar al corrent de pagament de totes les obligacions tributàries i davant de la seguretat social, o autorització en favor del CIF, perquè pugui sol·licitar els certificats necessaris davant el Ministeri d'Economia i Hisenda i el Departament d'Economia i Hisenda de la Comunitat Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Pressupost d'ingressos i despeses realitzades, en el que s'haurà d'incloure el compte justificatiu de despeses que de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 72 del Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, General de Subvencions, contindrà la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Una relació classificada de les despeses mitjançant el Compte Justificatiu Simplificat, amb identificació del creditor i del document acreditatiu de la despesa, la seva data d'emissió, el seu import i la seva data de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Una Memòria d'Activitat amb els següents apartats on s'especificarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En quan a la Gestió: dades de lloguers d'espais esportius per activitat (tennis i pàdel) de cada un dels mesos. Quadrants mensuals d'ocupació d'espais. Quadrants mensuals d'atenció al públic en la recepció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En quan al Manteniment: llistat d'actuacions dutes a terme en cada un dels mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En quan a la Neteja: programa de neteja de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Qualsevol altra informació/documentació rellevant a tenir en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Reintegrament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'estableix l'obligació per part del Club Tennis Illa de Formentera de reintegrar els fons en el supòsit d'incompliment dels requisits i obligacions establertes per a la concessió, i en tot cas, en els supòsits regulats en l'article 44 del decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, text refós de la llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A més a més, el CIF es reserva el dret a disminuir proporcionalment la seva aportació, en el supòsit d'incompliment parcial del Conveni, o bé en el cas que les despeses justificades no arribin al total de les despeses pressupostades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Compatibilitat amb altres subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Club Tennis Illa de Formentera haurà d'informar al Consell Insular de Formentera, a través de l'òrgan competent en la matèria, la subvenció o subvencions que rebi per a la mateixa finalitat. En aquesta comunicació farà constar els diners obtinguts, així com totes les condicions aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cap cas, la quantia total de les subvencions podrà superar el cost total de l'activitat, ja que si és així, la subvenció concedida per aquesta Corporació es reduirà de manera proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Infraccions i sancions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera supervisarà el desenvolupament de les activitats de Gestió, Manteniment i Neteja esmentades en aquest conveni, i informarà al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, de qualsevol incidència que es pugui produir, perquè en tingui coneixement, i pugui realitzar les gestions pertinents al respecte. Si un cop avisats continuen sense esmenar la incidència produïda, es penalitzarà segons la seva transcendència, amb la sanció corresponent, d'acord a la clàusula onzena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Als efectes d'aquest conveni, es considerarà motiu de sanció tota acció o omissió del Club Tennis Illa de Formentera que suposi un menyscapte de les exigències especifiques en el conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les faltes que pugui cometre el cessionari es classificaran en lleus, greus i molt greus, ateses les circumstàncies, intencionalitat i el perjudici que el Club Tennis illa de Formentera ocasioni al servei o als usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es consideraran &lt;strong&gt;faltes lleus, &lt;/strong&gt;les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Descuidar el manteniment i la neteja de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Demora no justificada en l'aportació d'informes o documents sol·licitats pel Consell Insular de Formentera en compliment de la seva comesa de control de la cessió d'ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es consideren &lt;strong&gt;faltes greus&lt;/strong&gt;, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reiteració de dos o més faltes lleus en el període de vigència del conveni, després d'observacions presentades per actes d'inspecció de tècnics municipals competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inobservança reiterada de les instruccions donades en el termini d'un mes pels Serveis Municipals competents en relació amb el compliment de les prescripcions del present conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Negar-se a rebre instruccions o comunicacions del Consell o negar-se a acusar rebut d'aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No subscriure les pòlisses d'assegurances exigides en aquest conveni. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Accions o omissions que causin lesions a la seguretat, salubritat i els interessos legítims dels usuaris que utilitzen les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tota acció o omissió que escurci la vida útil de les instal·lacions, o menyscabi el seu valor econòmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es consideren faltes &lt;strong&gt;molt greus, &lt;/strong&gt;les següents&lt;strong&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La reiteració en la comissió de dos o més faltes greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les infraccions en la prestació del servei que el pertorbin o alterin greument en el volum i la qualitat, sense que s'arribi a la seva paralització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La desobediència per part del Club Tenis Illa de Formentera, de les disposicions de la Corporació sobre la conservació de les instal·lacions quan suposin la paralització o suspensió del servei, afectin la seguretat dels usuaris o el normal funcionament de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La interrupció del servei més de quinze dies consecutius o alterns en el transcurs del període de vigència d'aquest conveni, sempre que aquestes interrupcions no siguin per causa de força major o per ordre, comunicada per escrit del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El règim de sancions, és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les faltes lleus, es sancionaran amb una multa de 50 euros fins 500 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les faltes greus, es sancionaran amb multa de 501 euros fins a 1.500 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les faltes molt greus es sancionaran amb multa de 1.501 euros fins a 3.000 euros i/o resolució del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sancions esmentades en els paràgrafs anteriors són sense perjudici de les responsabilitats civils, penals o de qualsevol altre mena que, en el seu cas, se'n poguessin derivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a la imposició de sancions s'instruirà un expedient sancionador per part del Consell Insular de Formentera, amb audiència prèvia al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9. Vigència del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest conveni és vigent des del dia de la seva signatura fins al &lt;/span&gt;dia 31 de desembre de 2024&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, tenint efectes retroactius quant a les activitats objecte d'aquest conveni, des de l'1 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest conveni es podrà resoldre, amb audiència prèvia de les parts, entre d'altres, per les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El mutu acord entre les parts, que s'ha de formalitzar per escrit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'incompliment de les normatives d'aplicació i/o dels pactes establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No dur a terme la prestació de les activitats objecte del present conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que la resolució del conveni fos per incompliment per part del Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, aquest haurà de reintegrar la totalitat les quantitats econòmiques percebudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;10. Procediment d'atorgament de la subvenció i naturalesa del present conveni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El present conveni té &lt;em&gt;naturalesa administrativa&lt;/em&gt; i constitueix l'instrument a través del qual es canalitza una subvenció pel procediment de concessió directa previst a l'article 7.1 c) del decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, text refós de la llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, i en l'article 22.2 c) de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, perquè s'acrediten raons d'interès públic, social, econòmic o humanitari que dificulten la seva convocatòria pública, d'acord amb els informes que consten a l'àrea d'Esports del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;11. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el no previst en el Conveni present caldrà ajustar-se al que disposen les bases d'execució del pressupost general del Consell Insular de Formentera per al 2024, a l'esmentada Llei de consells insulars, article 96.2 de i disposició addicional 9a sobre Normativa en matèria de subvencions; al Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, text refós de la llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears; a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i al Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel que s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 8 de l'esmentada Llei 38/2003 i els articles 10 i següents del Reglament abans mencionat així com atès l'establert a l'article 6 i concordants del citat Decret legislatiu 2/2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es deixa palès que s'actua en sintonia amb el que va significar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions 2016-2019 del Consell Insular de Formentera, aprovat a la sessió plenària de 24 de juny de 2016 i publicat al BOIB núm. 93, de 23-07-2016 i el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per a l'any 2019 del Consell Insular de Formentera publicat al BOIB núm. 47, d'11-04-2019; el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per al període 2020-2021, aprovat a la sessió plenària de 22 de desembre de 2020 i publicat al BOIB núm. 4, de 9 de gener de 2021, el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Formentera per al període de 2022 i primer semestre de 2023, prorrogat per al segon semestre de 2023, i en particular el propi Pressupost general del Consell Insular de Formentera per a l'any 2024 citat anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;I en prova de conformitat, ambdues parts signen aquest conveni de col·laboració per duplicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
