    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;article 24 del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears disposa que el proveïment de llocs de treball de personal laboral es pot dur a terme mitjançant el sistema de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El concurs de mèrits constitueix el sistema normal de proveïment de places vacants i cal tenir en compte únicament els mèrits exigits en la convocatòria corresponent, els quals s&amp;apos;han de determinar d&amp;apos;acord amb els barems corresponents de cada convocatòria, acordats amb el comitè d&amp;apos;empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Constitueix l&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució l&amp;apos;aprovació del procediment de proveïment per concurs de mèrits del lloc de treball &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cap del Negociat L02540013_2&lt;/span&gt; adscrit a l&amp;apos;Àrea de Control Intern i Auditoria del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per tot això, d&amp;apos;acord amb la competència que preveu l&amp;apos;article 13.s) del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria pública per al proveïment mitjançant un concurs de mèrits de la plaça vacant &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cap del Negociat L02540013_2&lt;/span&gt; adscrit a l&amp;apos;Àrea de Control Intern i Auditoria del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases i el barem de mèrits que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, que s&amp;apos;adjunten com a annex I d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Nomenar els membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, els quals figuren en l&amp;apos;annex II d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; Contra aquesta resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; conseller d&amp;apos;Agricultura, Pesca i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Medi Natural en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva notificació, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableixen l&amp;apos;article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, tot això sense perjudici d&amp;apos;interposar-ne qualsevol altre que s&amp;apos;estimi pertinent en defensa dels interessos propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Participar i realitzar l&amp;apos;autoformació de l&amp;apos;Àrea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. Participar a les reunions organitzades pel FEGA d&amp;apos;acord amb el cap d&amp;apos;Àrea;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10. Suport al cap d&amp;apos;àrea en l&amp;apos;anàlisi de normatives, convenis de col·laboració, etc...que puguin afectar al funcionament de l&amp;apos;entitat;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;11. Control i revisió de la normativa europea, estatal i autonòmica, incloses circulars FEGA, sobre fons agrícoles i pesquers (actualització i seguiment);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;12. Recolzament al servei jurídic mitjançant la revisió de la normatives autonòmiques prèvia a la seva publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les sol·licituds s&amp;apos;han de formular utilitzant el model de l&amp;apos;annex III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en aquesta convocatòria s&amp;apos;han de dirigir al FOGAIBA i s&amp;apos;han de presentar en el registre d&amp;apos;entrada del FOGAIBA preferiblement per via telemàtica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;o en les oficines que preveu l&amp;apos;article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, dins els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;cinc dies hàbils següents a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Un cop hagi finalitzat el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, es farà pública la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, en la qual s&amp;apos;expressarà la causa d&amp;apos;exclusió per a cada persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Realitzats o homologats per universitats, centres o organismes oficials, escoles d&amp;apos;Administració Pública, Comissió de Formació Continuada o comissions autonòmiques equivalents o Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(Fundae).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- S&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;aportar un certificat que acrediti que s&amp;apos;ha superat el curs amb aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els cursos d&amp;apos;informàtica s&amp;apos;han de valorar d&amp;apos;acord amb la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Cursos amb una durada d&amp;apos;entre 10 i 19 hores s&amp;apos;assimilaran a cursos de nivell elemental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Cursos amb una durada d&amp;apos;entre 20 i 29 hores s&amp;apos;assimilaran a cursos de nivell mitjà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Cursos de 30 o més hores s&amp;apos;assimilaran a cursos de nivell superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si s&amp;apos;acredita més d&amp;apos;un curs d&amp;apos;un programa informàtic, només es valorarà aquell que doni més punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tots els cursos corresponents al present epígraf realitzats o amb el certificat emès abans de l&amp;apos;1 de gener de l&amp;apos;any 2.000 tindran el 50% de la puntuació establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Puntuació màxima:&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Formació complementària relacionada amb el lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats acreditatius expedits per centres oficials o escoles de l&amp;apos;Administració pública en les matèries relacionades a continuació &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(P = 0,025&lt;/span&gt; x hora). &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Puntuació màxima: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;S&amp;apos;han de valorar els cursos i les accions formatives que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt; Amb certificat que acrediti que s&amp;apos;han superat amb aprofitament i que e&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;stiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions del lloc de treball que s&amp;apos;hagi de cobrir, i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) S&amp;apos;hagin dut a terme en universitats, en centres o organismes oficials i en escoles d&amp;apos;administració pública, o es tracti d&amp;apos;accions formatives homologades per aquestes. S&amp;apos;han de valorar també els cursos acreditats per la Comissió de Formació Continuada i per les comissions autonòmiques equivalents o Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo (Fundae). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es considera que estan relacionats amb les funcions del lloc de treball els cursos relatius a les matèries següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cursos de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cursos de procediment administratiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cursos de contractació administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cursos de Fons Europeus relacionats amb les funcions del lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cursos de Sistemes d&amp;apos;informació geogràfica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cursos d&amp;apos;auditoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els cursos no inclosos en la llista anterior es valoraran sempre que estiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball objecte de la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Coneixements d&amp;apos;anglès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Únicament es valoraran els certificats oficials superats (no només realitzats) de coneixements d&amp;apos;anglès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, sempre entesos dins el Marc Comú Europeu. Es valoraran els certificats de les escoles oficials d&amp;apos;idiomes (EOI), de les universitats, i d&amp;apos;altres entitats amb els criteris següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Puntuació màxima &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Puntuació de cada nivell del Marc Comú Europeu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat que correspongui al nivell més alt acreditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. Exercicis superats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els exercicis superats de processos selectius per oposició o concurs oposició de la categoria i especialitat que s&amp;apos;oferta en la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per cada exercici superat, 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Puntuació màxima 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En cas d&amp;apos;empat en la puntuació, s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;aplicar els criteris següents de desempat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En cas que la valoració final dels mèrits resulti en un empat, per tal de dirimir aquesta situació es tindran en compte els criteris per aquest ordre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8.1 La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració estarà constituïda per quatre persones com a membres titulars i pels seus &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;suplents (annex II).&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8.2 Per a la constitució vàlida de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració a l&amp;apos;efecte de fer sessions, deliberacions i valoracions i prendre acords es requerirà sempre la presència de totes les persones que en són membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8.3 Les funcions bàsiques de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;) Valorar els mèrits al·legats per les persones concursants al lloc de proveïment d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;) Elaborar una llista en la qual, per ordre de puntuació, han de figurar totes les persones aspirants presentades i les puntuacions obtingudes per cadascuna d&amp;apos;elles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;) Fer la proposta corresponent de la persona candidata que hagi obtingut la puntuació més alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8.4 S&amp;apos;aixecarà acta de totes les reunions que la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració faci, que hauran de signar totes les persones que en són membres i que hi hagin assistit en acabar la sessió o abans de començar la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Resolució de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9.1. Un cop s&amp;apos;hagi publicat la llista definitiva d&amp;apos;admesos i exclosos, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració valorarà els mèrits, els publicarà a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA, i donarà un termini de 3 dies hàbils per presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9.3. Un cop s&amp;apos;hagin examinat les observacions i les al·legacions presentades dins el termini, si es considera convenient, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració adreçarà al gerent la proposta definitiva d&amp;apos;adjudicació de la plaça, la qual podrà incloure, si escau, els canvis que siguin conseqüència de les observacions i de les al·legacions esmentades, a més de l&amp;apos;esmena d&amp;apos;ofici dels errors detectats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9.4. Un cop hagi vist la proposta definitiva, el director gerent del FOGAIBA n&amp;apos;ha de dictar la resolució corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9.5. Les destinacions adjudicades pel sistema de concurs de mèrits seran irrenunciables i els trasllats voluntaris no donaran lloc a cap indemnització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Presa de possessió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10.1 El termini de presa de possessió de la nova destinació obtinguda serà de quinze dies si la resolució comporta el reingrés al servei actiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10.2 En la resta de casos, el termini de presa de possessió serà de cinc dies a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
