&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

De conformitat amb els apartats sisè d'ambdues resolucions, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i de la Resolució de modificació de la Presidenta del Fogaiba, per a l'any 2023, de determinats ajuts comunitaris directes i al desenvolupament rural a l'Agricultura i a la Ramaderia, de data 25 de maig de 2023, publicada en el boib 71 de 30 de maig de 2023, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de les convocatòries va acabar el 30/6/23, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 299 d'ajuda de foment de races autòctones, 551 d'ajuda d'agricultura ecològica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;i&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;162 d'ajuda de pastures de ramaderia ecològica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquestes &amp;nbsp;ajudes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En data 2 de febrer de 2024 es va notificar, mitjançant publicació a la pàgina web &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;http:ll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.caib.es,&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;l'informe i proposta provisional de denegació de les ajudes anteriorment mencionades, emesa per Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural als interessats, concedint-los un termini de 10 dies per presentar les al.legacions escaients.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
