&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Vista la convocatòria del procés d&amp;apos;estabilització pel sistema concurs de mèrits per a la cobertura de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;nou (9) places d&amp;apos;Operari/a de Neteja de la categoria personal subaltern, classe personal de neteja, nivell VIII del Conveni col·lectiu,&lt;/span&gt; de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Llucmajor, les bases de la qual es varen publicar al BOIB núm. 154 de 26 de novembre de 2022 i l&amp;apos;anunci de la qual es va publicar al BOE núm. 307 de 23 de desembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; Vist el Decret 2024000458, de dia 8 de febrer de 2024 en el qual s&amp;apos;estableix que en el torn lliure les Sres. Maria Dolores Quintana Reina, Cristina Colomina Veny, Catalina Gelabert Abrines, Remedios del Cid Muñoz, Isabel Ramos Simon i Manuela Cañellas Martinez i, en el torn de reserva la Sra. Lucia Baena Bradaschia, el Sr. Gabriel Llompart Paredes i la Sra. Magdalena Vanrell Barceló, han superat el procés selectiu del concurs extraordinari de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.-&lt;/strong&gt; Atès que les Sres. Magdalena Vanrell Barceló, Manuela Cañellas Martínez, Maria Dolores Reina Quintana, Maria Cristina Colomina Veny, Constanza Recio Estudillo, el Sr. Pere Salvà Cerdà i la Sra. Catalina Mercedes Borras Llabres en data 06/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 02497), 06/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 02521), 13/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 03017), 13/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 03020), 13/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 03022), 22/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 03803) i 26/02/2024 (RGE. Núm. 03994)&amp;nbsp;respectivament, varen presentar la seva renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.-&lt;/strong&gt; Atès el que s&amp;apos;estableix a la base 15.3 «&lt;em&gt;...quan hi hagi renúncies d&amp;apos;aspirants seleccionats abans de la formalització del contracte, el tribunal ha d&amp;apos;elevar a l&amp;apos;òrgan convocant una relació complementària dels aspirants que estiguin situats a continuació de les persones proposades, per ordre de puntuació, per al seu possible contractació com a personal laboral fix en substitució de les que renunciïn a les places.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- &lt;/strong&gt;Vist l&amp;apos;anunci de la relació complementària de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu per ordre de prelació, realitzat pel Tribunal el dia 16 de novembre de 2023 i publicat el mateix dia. Resulta, de conformitat amb el previst a la base 15.3, que &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;les Sres&lt;/span&gt;. Carmen Vilchez Moya, Maria de los Reyes Abinareta Ferrer, Antonia Reus Mas i el Sr. Antonio Solano Jiménez son els aspirants situats a continuació de les persones proposades, per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.-&lt;/strong&gt; Donar trasllat d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament Ple, així com a la Unitat de Recursos Humans pel seu coneixement i efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra aquesta resolució les persones interessades podran interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant aquest Ajuntament, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació, de conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;També podran interposar alternativament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu amb seu a Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, de conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 30, 112.3 i 114.1.c) de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i 8, 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En cas d&amp;apos;optar per interposar el recurs de reposició no es podrà interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s&amp;apos;hagi notificació la resolució expressa del recurs de reposició o hagi transcorregut un mes des de la seva interposició sense haver rebut la notificació, data en què es podrà entendre desestimat per silenci administratiu.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tot això sense perjudici que hi puguin interposar qualsevol altre recurs que estimin oportú.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
