font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><em>Atès que durant el termini d'exposició pública no s'han presentat reclamacions per les causes determinades a l'article 170.2 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la llei reguladora de les hisendes locals (TRLRHL), es</em> consideren definitivament aprovats el Pressupost general per a l'any 2023 i la Plantilla de personal, aprovats inicialment per acord del Ple de l'Ajuntament de 29 de desembre de 2022, d'acord amb allò que preveu l'article 169.1 TRLRHL.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
