    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En data 26 de març de 2024 s'ha emès Decret de l'Institut Municipal d'Innovació de Palma (IMI) núm. 202400055, pel qual es constitueix la borsa de treball de la categoria d'operador de topografia, per a eventuals contractacions temporals de personal laboral (convocatòria i bases reguladores BOIB núm. 176; 25/12/2021). Aquesta borsa té caràcter preferent respecte de qualsevol altra borsa ordinària, d'acord amb la base reguladora 16a del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es publica extracte de la Resolució amb el resultat del procediment selectiu i la identitat de les persones que formen la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
