&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atesa l&amp;apos;absència de la Sra. Batlessa del dia 2 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024 al dia 4 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atesa l&amp;apos;absència del Primer Tinent de Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;I atesa la normativa vigent sobre absències del Sr. Batlessa en el terme municipal, i en virtut de les atribucions que em confereix la vigent Llei de Règim Local, vinc a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLDRE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en el Segon Tinent de Batlia d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, Alberto Herrán de Viu, la totalitat de les funcions que com a Batlessa em pertoquen, tindrà efecte la referida delegació del dia 2 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024 al dia 4 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/strong&gt;Que es doni compte de la present Resolució en la primera sessió Plenària que es celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
