    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;En compliment de l&amp;apos;article 45.1.a) de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, el present anunci publica la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;d&amp;apos;AUTORITZACIONS DE PARADES PER VENDA AMBULANT EN EL MERCAT DEL PARC ROCHINA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;, aprovada pel Decret d&amp;apos;Alcaldia núm. 2024/DA/0000834, de data 12 de març de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;. Aprovar les bases reguladores de la convocatòria pública que regeixen l&amp;apos;atorgament de les autoritzacions per a l&amp;apos;exercici de la venda ambulant en el mercat del parc Rochina per als anys 2024-2027, i aprovar així la convocatòria per a l&amp;apos;adjudicació de 8 autoritzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; Convocar les persones interessades perquè presentin la seva sol·licitud, durant el termini establert amb aquesta finalitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les sol·licituds presentades fora del termini assenyalat amb aquesta finalitat no tindran efecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es presentaran de forma telemàtica, a través del lloc web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;. Establir les condicions de funcionament del mercat, els requisits de participació i els criteris d&amp;apos;adjudicació de les parades així com els documents que han d&amp;apos;acompanyar la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria és establir les normes que han de regir les autoritzacions d&amp;apos;ocupació de la via pública per a la venda ambulant, o no sedentària, en el mercat del parc Rochina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les llicències tindran una validesa de quatre anys, una vegada atorgades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. UBICACIÓ DEL MERCAT, PARADES I HORARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;El mercat del terme municipal de Maó se situa a la zona del parc Rochina, al pla de Baixamar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Els dies de realització del mercat seran els compresos entre l&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;abril i el 31 d&amp;apos;octubre, i la seva suspensió durant algun d&amp;apos;aquests dies, per motius de força major a causa de les condicions meteorològiques o d&amp;apos;altres, no implicarà la seva obertura en dies diferents als previstos, excepte en el supòsits expressament autoritzats per l&amp;apos;alcalde o persona en qui delegui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Excepcionalment, i com a conseqüència de modificacions en el calendari de creuers o altres esdeveniments, es podrà ampliar la temporada de venda, mitjançant Decret d&amp;apos;Alcaldia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;L&amp;apos;horari de venda serà de 8.00 a 20.00 hores, si bé excepcionalment se&amp;apos;n podran autoritzar ampliacions. La instal·lació s&amp;apos;efectuarà, en qualsevol cas, abans de les 9.00 hores, per a les persones titulars, i a partir d&amp;apos;aqueixa hora per a les persones suplents; i el muntatge de les parades i la descàrrega de materials haurà d&amp;apos;haver conclòs a les 10.00 hores; finalitzada aquesta hora, no es permetrà la instal·lació. Les tasques de desmuntatge i càrrega no s&amp;apos;iniciaran abans de les 20.00 hores i hauran d&amp;apos;estar finalitzades a les 21.30 hores. En els mesos de juliol i agost, l&amp;apos;horari de venda es perllongarà una hora més. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;El nombre màxim de parades serà de 8. Es distribuiran segons el plànol que s&amp;apos;adjunta com a annex 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;A l&amp;apos;hora d&amp;apos;iniciar el mercat, els cotxes, camions i vehicles de tota classe han d&amp;apos;haver efectuat les seves operacions de descàrrega i romandre aparcats fora del recinte del mercat, excepte aquells que siguin inherents a l&amp;apos;exercici de l&amp;apos;activitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;CARACTERÍSTIQUES DE LES PARADES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Hi haurà un màxim de 8 parades. Les seves dimensiones seran de 3 x 3 m. Les instal·lacions utilitzades per al comerç en el mercat han de ser desmuntables i reunir les condicions necessàries per servir de suport als productes, amb uns mínims requisits de seguretat, presentació i higiene. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;No es podran ocupar els terrenys del mercat amb altres elements que no siguin desmuntables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;4. ARTICLES I PRODUCTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Aquest mercat estarà destinat a la venda de productes artesanals, teixits, calçat, marroquineria, joieria, antiguitats i altres de similars. Queda prohibida la venda de productes alimentaris i begudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Es poden vendre els productes relacionats a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES SOL·LICITANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Els requisits exigits per optar a la concessió de les autoritzacions seran els que es detallen a continuació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;a. Figurar d&amp;apos;alta en el Cens d&amp;apos;obligats tributaris corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;b. Figurar d&amp;apos;alta en el Règim de la Seguretat Social que correspongui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Disposar de l&amp;apos;oportú permís de residència i treball per compte propi, en cas de no disposar de la nacionalitat d&amp;apos;algun dels països membres de la Unió Europea, conforme a la normativa vigent en la matèria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;d. Tenir una pòlissa d&amp;apos;assegurances de responsabilitat civil per danys a terceres persones i estar-ne al corrent del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Els anteriors requisits s&amp;apos;hauran de mantenir durant el termini de vigència de l&amp;apos;autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;TERMINI I LLOC DE PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La sol·licitud s&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;acompanyar amb la documentació que figura en el punt 7 d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria. Altrament, per a la valoració dels criteris recollits en aquestes bases s&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;aportar la documentació acreditativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de 15 dies naturals, a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria de les presents bases al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i en el lloc web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;En cas que l&amp;apos;últim dia sigui inhàbil, el termini es prorrogarà automàticament fins al següent dia hàbil. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà improrrogable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La presentació de sol·licituds pressuposa l&amp;apos;acceptació, per part de la persona interessada, de les clàusules d&amp;apos;aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Cada sol·licitant podrà sol·licitar un màxim d&amp;apos;una parada i haurà d&amp;apos;indicar l&amp;apos;activitat concreta dels productes a oferir, i aquesta s&amp;apos;haurà de mantenir durant el període de vigència de l&amp;apos;autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no reuneix els requisits establerts a la convocatòria, es requerirà la persona interessada perquè l&amp;apos;esmeni, en el termini màxim i improrrogable de cinc dies, indicant-li que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que desisteix de la seva sol·licitud, prèvia resolució que haurà de ser dictada en els termes previstos a l&amp;apos;article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es presentaran de manera telemàtica (www.ajmao.org i www.carpetaciutadana.org). Serà obligatori presentar la sol·licitud per mitjans electrònics, tant per a persones físiques com jurídiques, així com per a entitats sense personalitat jurídica, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;art. 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;7. DOCUMENTS I INFORMACIONS QUE HAN D&amp;apos;ACOMPANYAR LA SOL·LICITUD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La petició es realitzarà mitjançant la presentació telemàtica de la sol·licitud, correctament emplenada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les persones interessades poden acollir-se al que recull l&amp;apos;art. 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació al fet de no presentar documents que ja figurin en poder de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament o de qualsevol Administració pública. Amb aquesta finalitat, la persona interessada haurà d&amp;apos;autoritzar individualment quin servei de consulta i davant quin òrgan administratiu l&amp;apos;Ajuntament haurà de recaptar-los electrònicament, mitjançant les seves xarxes corporatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Serà necessari efectuar, a la mateixa sol·licitud, declaració responsable de la persona o persones sol·licitants, sobre: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;a. Declaració responsable de figurar d&amp;apos;alta o d&amp;apos;haver presentat la sol·licitud en el cens d&amp;apos;empresaris, professionals i retenidors davant l&amp;apos;Agència Estatal Tributària, sota un epígraf de l&amp;apos;Impost d&amp;apos;Activitats Econòmiques corresponent a l&amp;apos;activitat comercial sense establiment de la qual se sol·licita autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;b. Declaració responsable de figurar d&amp;apos;alta en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;c. Compromís d&amp;apos;aportar pòlissa d&amp;apos;assegurança de responsabilitat civil, amb una cobertura mínima de 150.000 €, així com el document que justifiqui estar-ne al corrent del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;PROCEDIMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Totes les sol·licituds que compleixin els requisits de les presents bases tindran dret a ser valorades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les llicències s&amp;apos;atorgaran a aquelles persones sol·licitants que obtinguin una major puntuació, atenent els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;El procediment es realitzarà en dues fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;FASE PRIMERA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Criteris objectius de valoració de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;FASE SEGONA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; Assignació de les parades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1) PRIMERA FASE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; Es procedirà a valorar a la puntuació que correspongui a cada sol·licitud, tenint en compte els següents aspectes que es relacionen, als quals s&amp;apos;assignarà la puntuació que correspongui segons els criteris que s&amp;apos;indiquen, fins a un total de 100 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Haver estat titular d&amp;apos;una parada al mercat del parc Rochina a la convocatòria anterior: Puntuació: 50 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Haver format part de la llista d&amp;apos;espera del mercat del parc Rochina, segons anunci de data 15 de novembre de 2019 publicat al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Maó (annex 2): Puntuació: 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; Participació com a suplent, en els darrers 2 anys, al mercat del parc Rochina. Puntuació: 0,05 punts per dia que s&amp;apos;hi hagi assistit (màxim de 15 punts). Només es valorarà aquesta participació si consta de manera expressa a la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; Participació en els darrers 2 anys en mercats de venda o en mercats temàtics, organitzats al municipi de Maó. Puntuació: 1,25 punts per mercat i any (màxim de 10 punts). Només es valorarà aquesta participació si consta de manera expressa a la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Seran puntuables els mercats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Mercat de s&amp;apos;Esplanada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Mercat Artesà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Mercat de Nit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Titulació acadèmica en Arts i Oficis o en Belles Arts, o ser titular de carta d&amp;apos;artesà/ana o la carta de mestre artesà/ana. Puntuació: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;S&amp;apos;acreditarà amb la titulació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Els productes a la venda han de ser assimilables a la titulació o carta de què disposi la persona sol·licitant, com a mínim en un 50 % de la parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Posseir les persones sol·licitants qualque distintiu de qualitat en matèria de comerç. Puntuació: 1 punt per cada distintiu de qualitat que posseeixi la persona sol·licitant (màxim: 1 punt). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;S&amp;apos;acreditarà amb el certificat o equivalent del distintiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Mercaderia innovadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;S&amp;apos;atorgarà una puntuació de 2 punts si la mercaderia per a la qual es sol·licita l&amp;apos;autorització de venda no existeix en el mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Els productes a la venda considerats mercaderia innovadora han de cobrir, com a mínim, un 50 % de la parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;S&amp;apos;acreditarà mitjançant fotografies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2) SEGONA FASE. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Es procedirà a valorar a la puntuació que correspongui a cada sol·licitud, segons el criteri que s&amp;apos;indica, fins a un total de 100 punts del procediment d&amp;apos;assignació de parades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. Criteri de permanència al mateix lloc que ocupa en l&amp;apos;actualitat i que se sol·liciti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;. Es valorarà la permanència durant els darrers 4 anys, per la persona titular de la llicència o per les persones a qui s&amp;apos;hagués transmès, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 12 de l&amp;apos;Ordenança reguladora de la venda ambulant a Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1)&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;1 any: 25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2)&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;2 anys: 50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;S&amp;apos;assignaran les parades tenint en compte la parada sol·licitada i la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en les dues fases, segons els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. Ordre de puntuació obtinguda; i, en cas de possibles empats, es desempatarà segons la puntuació dels punts 1, 2, 3 i 4, per aquest ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. Per sorteig, que serà públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;9. CLASSIFICACIÓ I ADJUDICACIÓ DE PARADES A LES PERSONES SOL·LICITANTS ADMESES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;El procediment per a l&amp;apos;adjudicació de les llicències establirà la classificació de persones sol·licitants i la distribució d&amp;apos;autoritzacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Valorades totes les propostes, s&amp;apos;elaborarà una llista de les sol·licituds presentades, ordenades per la puntuació obtinguda en cada cas, de major a menor, que es publicarà al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes del lloc web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Maó (https://www.ajmao.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La corporació aprovarà, mitjançant decret de la tinenta d&amp;apos;Alcaldia de Promoció Econòmica, la llista definitiva, ordenada, que s&amp;apos;exposarà al tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis digital municipal del lloc web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Maó (https://www.ajmao.org), amb la finalitat de la notificació a les persones adjudicatàries, atorgant-los un termini per complir l&amp;apos;obligació d&amp;apos;aportar la resta de documentació necessària per a la finalització del corresponent expedient d&amp;apos;autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta llista definitiva ordenada equival a l&amp;apos;atorgament provisional de l&amp;apos;autorització, l&amp;apos;eficàcia de la qual quedarà condicionada a la presentació, per part de la persona interessada, de la documentació que segueix i en les dates que s&amp;apos;assenyalen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Serà necessària la presentació, per part de la persona interessada, de la documentació que segueix, en el termini màxim de 5 dies hàbils:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;a. &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;b. Alta en el règim de la Seguretat Social que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;c. Documentació acreditativa de la subscripció d&amp;apos;una pòlissa de responsabilitat civil per danys a terceres persones, així com del pagament de la corresponent prima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;d. Document nacional d&amp;apos;identitat o document anàleg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;e. Dues fotografies tipus carnet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La manca de presentació de la documentació anteriorment descrita en termini s&amp;apos;entendrà com a renúncia a l&amp;apos;autorització, per part de la seva persona titular. En aquest cas, es procedirà a autoritzar les persones sol·licitants corresponents, en funció de l&amp;apos;ordre establert a la llista d&amp;apos;espera, concedint-los un termini de 5 dies hàbils, a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà del requeriment, per aportar la documentació abans indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;10. LLISTA D&amp;apos;ESPERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;En el supòsit que es presentin més sol·licituds que número d&amp;apos;autoritzacions a atorgar, es constituirà una llista d&amp;apos;espera, vigent durant la convocatòria, a la qual poder acudir en els supòsits de renúncies o vacants sobrevingudes, formada per les sol·licituds que no s&amp;apos;hagin adjudicat, ordenades conforme a la puntuació obtinguda fins a la nova convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;L&amp;apos;òrgan concedent notificarà aquesta opció a les persones interessades, a fi que accedeixin a la llicència en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La llista d&amp;apos;espera també servirà per les suplències que es puguin produir durant el funcionament del dia a dia del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

NOTIFICACIÓ I PUBLICACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La resolució de concessió de llicències, que posarà fi a la via administrativa, serà notificada a les persones sol·licitants d&amp;apos;acord amb el que prescriuen els articles 40 i següents de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;No obstant això, s&amp;apos;efectuarà notificació per publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;art. 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, quan l&amp;apos;acte tingui per destinatària una pluralitat indeterminada de persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;12. TERMINI DE RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució serà de tres mesos. El termini es computarà a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la finalització del termini de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini sense que s&amp;apos;hagi dictat resolució expressa, la persona interessada podrà entendre desestimada la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;13. OBLIGACIONS DE LES PERSONES ADJUDICATÀRIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Les persones físiques o jurídiques titulars de l&amp;apos;autorització municipal, en l&amp;apos;exercici de la seva activitat comercial, hauran de complir les següents obligacions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. Tenir exposada al públic, amb la suficient notorietat, la placa municipal identificativa i els preus de venda de les mercaderies. S&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;indicar que es disposa de fulls de reclamació per a la clientela que ho sol·liciti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. Tenir a la disposició de l&amp;apos;autoritat competent les factures i comprovants corresponents als productes objecte de comerç. Igualment, hauran de tenir a la disposició de l&amp;apos;autoritat les llicències municipals i les cartes de pagament originals, acreditatives de la liquidació de la corresponent taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3. Complir les condicions exigides per la normativa reguladora dels productes objecte de comerç i, de forma especial, d&amp;apos;aquells que puguin presentar qualque risc per a la salut i seguretat dels consumidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;4. Expedir comprovant de la venda quan així ho exigeixi la clientela. Aquest comprovant o rebut haurà de complir el que preveu la legislació vigent i, en qualsevol cas, haurà de permetre la identificació de la persona titular de la llicència, la de l&amp;apos;objecte venut, el preu final, la data de venda i l&amp;apos;adreça on s&amp;apos;atendran, si escau, les reclamacions que es puguin presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;5. Finalitzat l&amp;apos;horari de venda autoritzat en cada cas, l&amp;apos;espai assignat s&amp;apos;haurà de deixar lliure per a la circulació urbana i net de tot tipus de residus imputables a l&amp;apos;activitat, que s&amp;apos;hauran de dipositar en els contenidors habilitats amb aquesta finalitat i, en tot cas, complint les normes que tinguin establertes els serveis municipals de neteja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;6. Queda expressament prohibida la utilització del clàxon. La utilització de mitjans mecànics, acústics, elèctrics o electrònics requerirà la prèvia autorització municipal i no podrà superar els decibels establerts en la matèria per la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;7. Es prohibeix la venda o el dipòsit d&amp;apos;articles fora de les parades marcades i assignades. Els tendals i vols de les parades s&amp;apos;hauran de col·locar de manera que no causin molèsties a les parades adjacents, ni a la circulació de vianants, especialment en dies de pluja. En cap cas podran superar en més de 50 centímetres l&amp;apos;alineació assenyalada per a cada parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;8. L&amp;apos;Ajuntament, per raons d&amp;apos;interès públic, podrà acordar la reubicació dels mercats, prèvia audiència, no vinculant, de les persones titulars de les parades i de les associacions veïnals i de comerciants afectades, i inscrites en el Registre d&amp;apos;Associacions Municipals. El canvi d&amp;apos;ubicació requerirà la modificació de l&amp;apos;Ordenança, llevat de raons d&amp;apos;urgència motivada o quan es tracti de trasllats temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;9. Obligació de canviar els tendals de les parades per a cada període de vigència de les citades llicències. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;10. La vigilància i conservació de l&amp;apos;espai serà responsabilitat exclusiva de la persona autoritzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;11. L&amp;apos;autorització no eximeix la persona titular de sol·licitar i obtenir llicències d&amp;apos;altres administracions, d&amp;apos;acord amb les normatives que li són d&amp;apos;aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En qualsevol moment, es realitzarà visita d&amp;apos;inspecció per comprovar el compliment de les condicions exigides en l&amp;apos;autorització, així com l&amp;apos;ocupació continuada de la parada segons sol·licitud, i es podran imposar, si escau, les sancions pertinents, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;Ordenança reguladora de la venda ambulant a Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;INCOMPATIBILITATS I MODIFICACIONS SUBJECTIVES DE LES LLICÈNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;La concessió de la llicència és incompatible per a l&amp;apos;obtenció de llicència a l&amp;apos;altre mercat tradicional (s&amp;apos;Esplanada) durant la seva vigència, llevat que s&amp;apos;opti per donar de baixa la llicència amb la qual comptava inicialment. Queda prohibida la cessió, traspàs o permuta de les llicències. Únicament seran transmissibles, prèvia comunicació a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, en cas de defunció o impossibilitat sobrevinguda de la persona titular de dur a terme l&amp;apos;activitat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A favor del cònjuge o parella de fet, d&amp;apos;ascendents i descendents en primer grau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A favor de les persones ocupades per compte de qui ostenti la titularitat de l&amp;apos;autorització municipal i que acreditin una antiguitat mínima d&amp;apos;un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Contra la present convocatòria, les bases i les resolucions administratives que s&amp;apos;adoptin en execució d&amp;apos;aquestes, es podran interposar els següents recursos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
