    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&amp;apos;article 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;7.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; de la Llei 2/2023, de 7 de febrer, de l&amp;apos;activitat física i l&amp;apos;esport de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;estableix &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;que els estatuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; de les federacions esportives, com també les seves modificacions -una vegada que els ha ratificat l&amp;apos;administració esportiva del Govern de les Illes Balears- s&amp;apos;inscriuran en el Registre d&amp;apos;Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;El 17 de gener de 2024, el director general d&amp;apos;Esports va dictar la Resolució per la qual es denega la ratificació de la modificació dels Estatuts de la Federació Balear de Caça, motivada en què no s&amp;apos;havia obtingut el quòrum exigit per a considerar-lo vàlid.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;El 30 de gener de 2024 la Federació Balear de Caça va presentar un recurs d&amp;apos;alçada contra la Resolució de 17 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;El 27 de febrer de 2024, la secretària general-per delegació del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports- dicta Resolució per la qual s&amp;apos;estima el recurs d&amp;apos;alçada interposat per la Federació Balear de Caça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;En compliment d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució, el 29 de febrer de 2024 el director general d&amp;apos;Esports dicta la Resolució per la qual s&amp;apos;anul·la la Resolució de 17 de gener de 2024 i es ratifica la modificació dels articles&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;4.1e); 22.b); 25 i 42 e) i g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; dels Estatuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de la Federació Balear de Caça&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;aprova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; per l&amp;apos;Assemblea General en la sessió &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;extra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ordinària de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;13 de desembre&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;La Resolució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;del director general d&amp;apos;Esports de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;29 de febrer de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; qued&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; incorporada com a annex del text refós dels Estatuts ratificat pel conseller de Turisme i Esports el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;9 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;modificat mitjançant Resolució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;del conseller de Turisme i Esports de 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;7 de juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; de 2014, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Resolució del director general d&amp;apos;Esports de 15 de setembre de 2023 per la qual es ratifica parcialment la modificació dels Estatuts de la Federació Balear de Caça i Resolució del director general d&amp;apos;Esports de 22 de desembre de 2023 de rectificació d&amp;apos;errors de la Resolució de 15 de setembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Aquesta modificació dels Estatuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;entra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;rà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; en vigor l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació en el B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;utlletí Oficial de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;lles Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;. E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ls &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;statuts han d&amp;apos;estar permanentment accessibles en la pàgina web de la federació, sense perjudici de qualsevol altre mitjà que n&amp;apos;asseguri la publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
