Aprovació de la proposta MF-876-MFU-63, relativa a la modificació del lloc de feina F22150012 cap de secció de Comptabilitat l]] text/html CAIB 13614 2024-03-28 CAIB 191098 13617 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 28/02/2024, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-876 relativa a la modificació del lloc de feina F22150012 Cap de Secció de Comptabilitat l, d'acord amb la petició de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.-</strong> Aprovar la proposta MFU-63, que s'adjunta, relativa a la modificació de funcions del lloc de feina F22150012 Cap de Secció de Comptabilitat l.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.- </strong>Establir com a data d'efectes la de dia 1 d'abril de 2024.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.- </strong>Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
