    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 32 de 5 de març de 2024 s'han publicat les bases generals per a la selecció de personal laboral mitjançant un borsí de taquiller/a del castell de Capdepera per oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist que s'ha detectat un error material en la redacció del text i, vist el que disposa l'article 109 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i en ús de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, de Bases del Règim Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procedir a la rectificació de l'error material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On s'indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per Decret 2023-2137 de data 13/09/2023, s'ha disposat convocar procediment selectiu per crear una borsa de taquiller/a amb caràcter de personal laboral, mitjançant oposició, destinada al Castell de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ha d'indicar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per Decret de Batlia núm. 2024-0694 s'ha disposat convocar procediment selectiu per crear una borsa de taquiller/a amb caràcter de personal laboral, mitjançant oposició, destinada al Castell de Capdepera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir per presentades les sol·licituds ja dirigides a l'Ajuntament de Capdepera per prendre part del procés de selecció de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reobrir el termini de presentació d'instàncies per participar al procès selectiu, que tal i com s'indica a les bases de la convocatòria és de 10 dies hàbils desde l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta correcció d'erros al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fer pública la present resolució mitjançant un anunci en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
