    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El 19 de setembre de 2023 es va publicar l'acord de la Comissió Insular d'Ordenació del Territori, Urbanisme i Patrimoni Historicoartístic del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, de 13 de juliol de 2023, d'aprovació definitiva de la revisió del Pla General d'Ordenació Urbana d'Eivissa. Atès que s'ha advertit una omissió en els articles 7.3 i 8.4 de les Normes urbanístiques de la Revisió del PGOU que foren publicades juntament amb l'acord, es considera necessari esmenar l'omissió i publicar-ne la correcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, les administracions poden rectificar en qualsevol moment els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, segons l'acord de la CIOTUPHA de 14 de març de 2024, correspon publicar al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears la correcció d'errades dels articles 7.3 i 8.4 de les Normes urbanístiques de la Revisió del PGOU d'Eivissa, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Respecte de la redacció de l'article 7.3 de la Revisió del PGOU,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;On hi diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;«&lt;em&gt;Article 7.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;ACTES SUBJECTES A LLICÈNCIA URBANÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
