    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprovada per la Junta de Govern Local, en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 23/02/2024, les BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DE LES BEQUES PER A ESTUDIS A L'ESTRANGER, CURS 2023/2024, es fa públic l'extracte de la present convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«EXTRACTE DE LES BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DE LES BEQUES PER A ESTUDIS A L'ESTRANGER, CURS 2023/2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Codi de la Convocatòria: &lt;/strong&gt;745901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst en els articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text complet de la qual pot consultar-se en la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Podran sol·licitar aquestes ajudes els estudiants que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Estiguin cursant estudis en universitats o centres educatius públics o privats fora de l'estat Espanyol durant el curs acadèmic indicat a la convocatòria, segons la següent relació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Qualsevol estudi universitari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estudis tècnics superiors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Escoles adscrites a la Universitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Col·legis universitaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Cicles formatius de primer, segon cicle o tercer cicle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Beques a l'estranger (tipus Erasmus, Leonardo, Grundiwg...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estudis de règim especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Estar empadronat al municipi d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament, i no ser-hi deutors per qualsevol altre concepte tributari. De no ser així, tendran 10 dies hàbils per resoldre la deficiència detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Seran denegades automàticament les sol·licituds que no s'adaptin a allò descrit anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El simple fet de presentar la sol·licitud dels ajuts econòmics per a estudis a l'estranger suposa acceptar les bases d'aquest convocatòria i en cas de falsedat o omissió total o parcial de la documentació presentada s'incorrerà en responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;S'estableix la compatibilitat amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol Administració o ens públics o privats, nacionals, e la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals sempre i quan la quantia total de tots els ajuts no superin les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte i finalitat de la convocatòria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objecte d'aquests ajuts és el de completar les beques per les despeses que té un estudiant que du a terme els seus estudis fora de l'estat Espanyol amb independència del centre en el que estiguin matriculats per tal se sufragar les despeses consistents en escolarització, llibres, material escolar, allotjament, activitats de reforç i programes especials d'educació així com les despeses derivades del transport dels estudiants al centre educatiu matriculats, per al curs 2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenança General de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx publicada al BOIB núm. 47 de dia 20/04/2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;http://www.caib.es/eboibfront/ca/2017/10643&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUANTIA I CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El número total d'ajuts anirà en funció de les sol·licituds presentades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les quanties de les ajudes se liquidaran mitjançant un únic pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les quanties de les ajudes seran de 300,00€ per mes fins a un màxim de 1.500,00€ per alumne/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si a l'hora de determinar els ajuts corresponents a les sol·licituds, el crèdit pressupostari no fos suficient per concedir-les totes, es reduirien proporcionalment les quanties resultants fins que no es superi l'import global de la conce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ssió pressupostària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La dotació econòmica total de la convocatòria per al curs 2023/2024 és de 10.000.-€, a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 326.48102 "Ajudes estudis a l'estranger".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de les sol·licituds &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'estableix el termini de dia 11 de març a dia 11 d'abril de 2024 (ambdós inclosos) per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qual cosa es fa públic pel seu coneixement general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
