    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple del Consell Insular, en sessió de caràcter extraordinari i urgent, el dia 23 de febrer de 2024 ha adoptat el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;3.2. PRP2024-170. PROPOSTA D'APROVACIÓ INICIAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓ DE L'ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TAXA PER L'OBTENCIÓ I CONTROL DE L'AUTORITZACIÓ PER L'ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓ I ESTACIONAMENT DE VEHICLES DE MOTOR A LES VIES PÚBLIQUES DE L'ILLA DE FORMENTERA DURANT ELS PERÍODES DE L'ANY DE MAJOR AFLUÈNCIA TURÍSTICA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sotmès a votació dels 16 membres presents (dels 17 que formen Ple de la corporació), amb la següent composició i votació: per majoria absoluta, amb el vot a favor del president, no adscrit a cap grup polític, i dels 8 representants del grup polític Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís (que formen l'equip de Govern) i l'abstenció dels 4 representants presents del grup polític Gent x Formentera i dels 3 representants del grup polític PSIB-PSOE, adopta, sobre la base de la proposta transcrita, el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER.- APROVAR INICIALMENT LA MODIFICACIÓ DE L‘ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TAXA per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, amb el text que es transcriu com a annex (I i II), tot això de conformitat amb els articles 15 a 19 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, que regula el Text refós de la Llei d'hisendes locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Hom també està als següents preceptes de la Llei 4&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;/2022,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;28&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;juny,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;consells&amp;nbsp;insulars: l'article 17.1, lletra l (&lt;em&gt;ela&lt;/em&gt;), sobre competència del Ple, per a determinar els recursos de caràcter tributari i altres prestacions patrimonials públiques (si fossin preus públics, la competència del Ple prové de la lletra següent: m, lletra m, i la quantia concreta dels preus públics es delegable en la Junta de Govern, segons l'article 17.3); l'article&amp;nbsp;17.2,&amp;nbsp;sobre&amp;nbsp;competència&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;Ple (a&amp;nbsp;aprovar&amp;nbsp;per&amp;nbsp;majoria&amp;nbsp;simple); l'article&amp;nbsp;70,&amp;nbsp;sobre&amp;nbsp;marc&amp;nbsp;normatiu; l'article 71.1, sobre titularitat de la potestat reglamentària pel Ple, en matèria tributària; l'article 72.1, lletra &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; (sobre tipologia de la disposició general: ordenança fiscal), que ha de seguir, per a regular els tributs insulars, la legislació d'hisendes locals (article 72.2.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;); l'article 73.3, sobre supòsit especial: l'elaboració, el contingut i l'aprovació de les ordenances fiscals dels consells insulars s'han d'ajustar a la legislació d'hisendes locals, amb les especialitats organitzatives derivades de la Llei de consells insulars; l'article&amp;nbsp;76,&amp;nbsp;sobre&amp;nbsp;portal&amp;nbsp;web&amp;nbsp;i&amp;nbsp;participació&amp;nbsp;ciutadana i&amp;nbsp; l'article&amp;nbsp;78,&amp;nbsp;sobre&amp;nbsp;publicitat&amp;nbsp;i&amp;nbsp;eficàcia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGON.- PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera, així com a un diari dels de major difusió a l'illa de Formentera, edicte relatiu a l'acord d'aprovació provisional de modificació de l'Ordenança fiscal, per tal que la ciutadania i les persones legítimament interessades puguin examinar l'expedient i formular reclamacions durant el termini de 30 dies a partir de la publicació de l'edicte al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;REMETRE&lt;/strong&gt; còpia acarada del text del projecte de modificació de l'Ordenança aprovada provisionalment a l'Institut de la Dona de les Illes Balears en compliment del que estableix l'art. 5.3 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;SOL·LICITAR&lt;/strong&gt; informe a la Conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda del Govern de les Illes Balears, als efectes escaients atès el fons de l'Ordenança fiscal present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;CONSIDERAR&lt;/strong&gt; que si en el termini d'informació pública no hi ha reclamacions i si l'informe a la Conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda del Govern de les Illes Balears és favorable, s'haurà d'entendre definitivament aprovat l'acord provisional adoptat, sense necessitat d'un nou acord exprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;CONSIDERAR&lt;/strong&gt;, pel que fa a l'informe de l'Institut de la Dona, que queda facultat el secretari de la corporació a incorporar d'ofici el contingut del corresponent informe en el text definitiu a publicar, sempre que l'informe emès no desvirtuï el fons de l'acord objecte d'aprovació provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SETÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;ORDENAR&lt;/strong&gt; la publicació íntegra al BOIB de l'acord corresponent, ja sigui el provisional elevat a definitiu, ja sigui el derivat de l'estudi de les reclamacions, als efectes d'entrada en vigor, tot de conformitat amb el citat Text refós de la Llei d'hisendes locals i també l'article 103.2 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TAXA PER L'OBTENCIÓ I CONTROL DE L'AUTORITZACIÓ PER L'ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓ I ESTACIONAMENT DE VEHICLES DE MOTOR A LES VIES PÚBLIQUES DE L'ILLA DE FORMENTERA DURANT ELS PERÍODES DE L'ANY DE MAJOR AFLUÈNCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fonament i naturalesa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ús de les facultats concedides pels articles 133.2 i 142 de la Constitució i per l'article 106 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i conformement al que disposen els articles 15 a 19 del Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març i la Llei 7/2019, de 8 de febrer, per a la sostenibilitat mediambiental i econòmica de l'illa de Formentera, aquest Consell estableix la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística, que es regirà per la present Ordenança fiscal, les normes de la qual atenen el que estableix l'article 57 de l'esmentat Text refós i normativa concordant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fet imposable &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Constitueixen el fet imposable d'aquesta taxa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a)L'activitat administrativa amb motiu de l'expedició&amp;nbsp; per part del Consell Insular de Formentera de tota classe de documents que habilitin per l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies de l'illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b)El control de l'acreditació per l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament en vies públiques de l'Illa de Formentera dels vehicles de motor durant el període de limitació que estableixi el Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, de conformitat amb la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;No subjecció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No estan subjectes a la taxa present els següents vehicles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles al servei de persones amb mobilitat reduïda, acreditats degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles oficials i de servei públic, inclosos en tot cas els de les forces i cossos de seguretat, extinció&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;d'incendis, ambulàncies i vehicles del sistema sanitari, cotxes fúnebres, protecció civil, transport públic i&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;escolar, taxis, residus i neteja pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles de transport de béns i mercaderies, així com de distribució comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tractors, excavadores i vehicles similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentació a presentar per no estar subjectes a la taxa va annexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Subjecte passiu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Són subjectes passius de la taxa les persones titulars (propietari/a, primer/a conductor/a o segon/a conductor/a; o, si n'era el cas, posseïdor/a legal) de vehicles de motor que sol·licitin l'autorització o acreditació que permeti l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament en via pública durant el període de limitació establert en les mesures aprovades pel Consell Insular de Formentera per l'aplicació de la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Import de la taxa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les tarifes de la taxa per unitat de temps seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mesos de juny i setembre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Import per turisme (juny i setembre):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;6,00 €/dia, amb un import mínim de 30,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Import per moto (motocicletes i ciclomotors):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3,00 €/dia, amb un import mínim de 15,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mesos de juliol i agost:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Import per turisme (juny i setembre):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;9,00 €/dia, amb un import mínim de 45,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Import per moto (motocicletes i ciclomotors):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;4,50 €/dia, amb un import mínim de 22,50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficis fiscals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es bonificarà la taxa al 50% als següents vehicles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Vehicles híbrids.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es bonificarà la taxa al 100% als següents vehicles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones físiques o jurídiques amb residència a Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones físiques no residents a l'illa que siguin propietàries d'un habitatge a Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones residents a l'illa d'Eivissa que acreditin la necessitat habitual de desplaçar-se a Formentera per raons laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones no residents a Formentera que estiguin temporalment fora de l'Illa i acreditin la necessitat de desplaçar-s'hi per circumstàncies familiars greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles de lloguer que estiguin autoritzats a circular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular per persones residents a l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular per persones residents a les Illes de Mallorca o Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles elèctrics o de zero emissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles de serveis d'interès públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles històrics associats a clubs de vehicles clàssics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular de persones no residents a Formentera que disposin d'un contracte de&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;treball a Formentera. La bonificació s'aplicarà durant els 10 dies previs a l'inici del contracte laboral i durant&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;la vigència del mateix contracte laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentació per acollir-se a les bonificacions va annexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La present Ordenança fiscal, un cop aprovada definitivament, ja sigui per acord específic o per elevació a definitiu de l'acord provisional, entrarà en vigor l'endemà a la seua publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears en compliment de l'article 103.2 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Document d'identitat de la persona sol·licitant i titular del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Document d'identitat de la persona sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Targeta d'estacionament de vehicles per persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Vehicles oficials i de servei públic, inclosos en tot cas els de les forces i cossos de seguretat, extinció d'incendis, ambulàncies i vehicles del sistema sanitari, cotxes fúnebres, protecció civil, transport públic i escolar, taxis, residus i neteja pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Descripció del servei que es presta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tipus de vehicle (turisme, moto, camió...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permís de circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Vehicles de lloguer que estiguin autoritzats a circular d'acord amb allò que preveu l'article 6 de la Llei 7/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permís de circulació del vehicle, on consti el servei al qual es destina equivalent a &lt;em&gt;Público – Alquiler sin conductor.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Contracte de renting o document equivalent, en cas que el vehicle no sigui propietat de l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
