&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En &lt;strong&gt;data 29 de desembre de 2022 &lt;/strong&gt;al BOIB número 169 es publicà la Resolució del director gerent de l'Institut Balear de la Natura número 11607 de dia 23 de desembre de 2022, per la qual s'aprovà la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs oposició per cobrir les places de personal laboral de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Mitjançant la Resolució del director gerent de l'Institut Balear de la Natura número 11607 de dia 23 de desembre de 2022, per la qual s'aproven les bases específiques que regeixen la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs oposició per cobrir les places de personal laboral de l'IBANAT (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'acord amb la &lt;strong&gt;base 18 de l'Annex 2 d'aquesta convocatòria sobre el nomenament dels membres dels tribunals&lt;/strong&gt;, composició, publicació i funcionament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'acord amb tot l'anterior i com a òrgan convocant, en virtut de les funcions establertes a l'article 17 del decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig , d'aprovació dels Estatuts d'IBANAT, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Determinar &lt;/strong&gt;que el número de tribunals serà de dos segons l'establert a la base 18.1.1 de les bases específiques de la convocatòria del &lt;strong&gt;concurs oposició&lt;/strong&gt; per cobrir les places de personal laboral de l'IBANAT, un tribunal per cada grup professional segons l'establert a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tribunal del grup C&lt;/strong&gt; que englobarà les categories/especialitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Operador/a de comunicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Guia del P.N. de Cabrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Capatàs/sa de brigada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tribunal del grup D&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; que englobarà les categories/especialitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Treballador/a forestal/biodiversitat Sotscap.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vigilant d'àrees marines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Designar&lt;/strong&gt; els/les presidents/es dels dos tribunals establerts al punt primer de la present resolució, i els respectius suplents. &lt;strong&gt;Annex 1&lt;/strong&gt; de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Publicar i nomenar &lt;/strong&gt;els/les vocals titulars i suplents dels dos tribunals establerts al punt primer de la present resolució segons el sorteig realitzat segons l'establert a l'apartat 18.1.3 de els bases de la convocatòria. &lt;strong&gt;Annex 2&lt;/strong&gt; d'acord a la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;aquesta resolució i els annexos establerts als punts 2 i 3 en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en els taulons d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el Consell d'Administració d'IBANAT en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l'article 40 del decret 24/2013 de 24 de maig d'aprovació dels Estatuts d'IBANAT. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se un recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-ne rebut la notificació de la desestimació, i contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta, d'acord amb els articles 8&amp;nbsp; i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
