font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>3.-</strong> Remetre una còpia d'aquesta modificació a l'Administració de l'Estat i a l'òrgan competent de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Contra el present acord plenari, que posa fi a la via administrativa, els interessats podran interposar alternativament o recurs de reposició potestatiu davant el Ple de l'Ajuntament, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà al de la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
