&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA PROGRAMACIÓ D'EXPOSICIONS A CENTRES CULTURALS DE SANT JOSEP DURANT L'ANY 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objectiu de la present convocatòria és cobrir la programació cultural d'exposicions d'enguany, 2024, en els centres culturals del municipi. S'obri a totes les persones físiques o jurídiques interessades en l'exposició d'obres d'art o divulgació cultural o educativa en els espais esmentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La promoció de la cultura i dels equipaments culturals és una competència pròpia dels municipis, de conformitat amb l'article 25.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria pretén donar resposta a la necessitat de disposar d'una programació estable, participativa i oberta als artistes, des d'un procediment transparent i en consonància amb la línia que pretén seguir l'oferta cultural del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal de regular la sol·licitud de participació a la convocatòria, s'estableixen les bases a complir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base primera: espais expositius previstos a la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La programació d'exposicions dels centres culturals següents és responsabilitat de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Centre de Cultura Can Jeroni (carrer de sa Talaia, 21, Sant Josep de sa Talaia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sala d'exposicions de Can Curt (plaça de la Església, Sant Agustí des Vedrà)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta programació conjuga exposicions de producció pròpia, exposicions produïdes per altres institucions i exposicions de particulars que ho sol·licitin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base segona: destinataris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (d'ara endavant, l'Ajuntament), per mitjà de la Regidoria de Cultura, posa les sales d'exposicions de tots dos centres culturals esmentats a l'article 1 a disposició de la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Hi poden accedir totes les persones, entitats, grups o col·lectius amb inquietuds artístiques que vulguin exposar i mostrar la seua obra al públic. Hi tenen cabuda totes les arts plàstiques i visuals: la pintura, l'escultura, la fotografia i totes les activitats expositives que, ajustades a la programació i la demanda, hi puguin cabre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base tercera: forma de sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a exposar a les sales d'exposicions, els i les sol·licitants han de presentar a l'Ajuntament, en qualsevol de les formes establides a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, una sol·licitud mitjançant instància general adreçada a la Regidoria de Cultura amb número de registre general d'entrada de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Es pot fer presencialment, a les oficines municipals d'atenció a la ciutadania (carrer de Pere Escanellas, 12-16, Sant Josep de sa Talaia; av. de Sant Agustí, 86, al costat del centre de salut de Cala de Bou; o bé al c/ de la Plaça Major, 9, Sant Jordi de ses Salines) o virtualment a través de la seu electrònica, seleccionant el tràmit “instància general” en el web https://santjosep.sedelectronica.es/info.0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'adjuntar a la instància general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sol·licitud segons el model de l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NIF o NIE de qui subscriu la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NIF o NIE de l'artista, en cas que qui firmi la sol·licitud sigui un representant de l'artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de firmar la sol·licitud un representant, autorització per a realitzar el tràmit firmada per l'interessat (artista).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Currículum de l'artista, màxim de 500 paraules.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memòria de l'obra completa a exposar acompanyada de fotografies. No s'hi han d'incloure altres obres que no siguin objecte de l'exposició que es sol·licita. Es permet que les fotografies tenguin marca d'aigua si l'autor ho considera oportú, però això no n'ha d'impossibilitar la valoració correcta. S'hi ha d'incloure una presentació d'un màxim de 500 paraules que incorpori: justificació de la proposta, objectius de l'exposició, conceptualització de l'exposició i de les obres a exposar i interès per al municipi de Sant Josep. En cas d'impossibilitat d'adjuntar el fitxer s'hi ha d'incloure un enllaç que permeti la visibilitat del fitxer. La proposta de l'obra a exposar s'ha d'adaptar a l'espai útil de les sales d'exposicions, segons els esquemes disponibles a www.santjosep.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base quarta: termini de presentació i esmena d'errors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini públic de presentació de projectes és de 30 dies naturals a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB. No s'accepten les sol·licituds presentades fora del termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits establits a la normativa de la convocatòria, l'òrgan instructor ha de requerir a la persona interessada que ho esmeni en el termini màxim i improrrogable de 10 dies naturals i li ha d'indicar que, si no ho fa, es considera que ha desistit de la sol·licitud, amb la resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l'art. 68 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix com a únic mitjà de notificació de tots els actes de tràmit i resolutoris o definitius del present procediment el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament, el del web de l'Ajuntament i el de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep (www.santjosep.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base cinquena: avaluació de propostes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora és l'òrgan col·legiat que s'encarrega d'examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre l'informe que ha de servir de base per a la resolució de l'autorització de l'espai expositiu sol·licitat. Està format pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidència: un/a tècnic/a del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Patrimoni i Normalització Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tres persones, empleades de l'Ajuntament i/o externes, designades a partir del perfil de formació acadèmica i experiència artística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La regidora de Cultura i/o el coordinador de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretaria: un membre del personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es valoren sobre una puntuació màxima prevista de 100 punts, i s'avaluen tenint en compte els aspectes i percentatges màxims següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Del criteri artístic, cultural i/o educatiu: 40%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la idoneïtat de la proposta: 20%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver exposat a la sala durant el darrer any: 20%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Currículum de l'artista i obra: 10%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Residència en el municipi de Sant Josep (es comprova d'ofici): 10%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No poden obtenir espai expositiu els projectes expositius amb una puntuació final inferior a 60 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que l'estudi de la documentació no sigui suficient per a determinar un ordre de prioritat entre les sol·licituds, la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora pot demanar informació addicional i/o concertar entrevistes amb els sol·licitants. La Comissió pot desestimar propostes que no compleixen els requisits i/o no aporten prou informació per a valorar la proposta artística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix una llista d'espera de cinc candidats per estricte ordre de puntuació, que serveix per a cobrir baixes i renúncies que hi pugui haver durant el període del calendari expositiu que estableix aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valora positivament que les propostes tenguin connexió amb la cultura popular i el patrimoni del municipi de Sant Josep i que, al mateix temps, afavoreixin la promoció cultural i turística d'Eivissa, la divulgació i la investigació. Es vetla perquè les manifestacions artístiques no reprodueixin estereotips i valors sexistes i per la promoció de l'accés de les dones a la cultura, la divulgació de les aportacions i la incentivació de les produccions artístiques i culturals que fomentin els valors d'igualtat entre homes i dones, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 32 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base sisena: elaboració del calendari d'exposicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada seleccionades les exposicions, la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora elabora el calendari d'exposicions a cada un dels dos centres culturals esmentats a l'article 1. Es fixen els dies i horaris de les exposicions. Les dates de les exposicions s'adapten, sempre que sigui possible, a les sol·licitades per l'artista o entitat, i es bloquegen les dates que l'Ajuntament estimi oportú per a la programació cultural pròpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base setena: resolució de les sol·licituds i publicació del calendari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament és la responsable d'aprovar la llista provisional de sol·licituds admeses i la llista d'espera a proposta de la Regidora de Cultura segons l'informe emès per la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora. Igualment, l'Alcaldia aprova el calendari provisional d'exposicions de tots dos espais expositius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Es notifica als interessats el que és previst a la base quarta. És deure dels artistes estar atents a aquesta notificació. S'obri un termini de 10 dies naturals des de la publicació de la llista i calendari provisionals per al·legar les rectificacions pertinents, que resol la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora. Finalitzat el termini d'al·legacions i resoltes per la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora, es publica en els mateixos termes anteriorment descrits la llista i el calendari definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Una vegada notificades les autoritzacions i el calendari definitiu només es poden modificar per motius sobrevenguts, justificats per la realització de projectes d'importància cultural o social impossibles de traslladar a una altra data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L'Ajuntament es reserva el dret de proposar a l'artista la permuta de la data d'exhibició atorgada, si per raons d'urgència institucionals o d'interès general es veu obligat a fer ús de la sala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. No es permet que persones, entitats, grups o col·lectius diferents dels autoritzats ocupin l'espai ni que es realitzi una activitat diferent de la descrita a la sol·licitud i autoritzada per Comissió de Govern. Únicament en el cas d'exposicions promogudes per l'Ajuntament i prèvia sol·licitud i autorització de la Regidoria de Cultura, sempre que les condicions de l'exposició ho permetin, es poden fer petits actes culturals programats d'acord amb l'exposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La persona o entitat autoritzada és responsable dels danys materials o morals que es puguin produir per ús indegut o negligent durant l'ús de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base vuitena: normativa de funcionament dels espais expositius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El període d'exposició és de deu dies naturals (més quatre dies de muntatge i tres de desmuntatge). El muntatge i el desmuntatge es fa els dies assenyalats en cada cas; el personal encarregat de l'espai es posa en contacte amb l'exhibidor per concretar dies i horari. Si els operaris dels centres culturals o exhibidors assenyalen que es poden demorar els treballs de muntatge i desmuntatge, es pot modificar el calendari, amb l'autorització prèvia de la Regidoria de Cultura, i intentar que aquests canvis no afectin altres exposicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les sales d'exposicions no es poden emmagatzemar les obres prèviament o posteriorment a les dates de muntatge i desmuntatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Es pot concedir un període d'exposició més o menys ampli d'acord amb el calendari d'exposicions i prèvia justificació de la Regidoria de Cultura de les activitats a realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'Ajuntament cedeix l'espai i es fa càrrec del disseny i la impressió de cartells, muntatge i desmuntatge de l'exposició (amb la supervisió de l'artista), la difusió, la neteja, l'obertura, el tancament i la vigilància de l'exposició. Així mateix, s'encarrega de publicitar l'exposició per mitjà dels canals habituals (premsa, xarxes, taulers d'anuncis, entre altres).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De les obres que formin part de l'exposició, l'autor o autora dels cartells i de les imatges publicitàries cedides per publicitar l'exposició és el/la titular dels drets d'imatge, però autoritza en tot allò que faci falta a l'Ajuntament per a publicitar-los pels canals i en els termes que consideri oportuns, sense que en cap cas pugui reclamar cap quantia en concepte de drets d'imatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També posa a disposició de les exposicions el material disponible en els espais per a les exhibicions habituals, que s'ha de mantenir en perfecte estat de conservació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La persona sol·licitant supervisa els operaris dels espais i aconsella sobre el muntatge i desmuntatge. Qualsevol despesa de material extraordinària que es necessiti va a càrrec de l'artista. Els operaris i/o comissaris posats a disposició de l'artista per part de l'Ajuntament tenen l'última paraula pel que fa a la configuració de la sala i la distribució de l'exposició, sempre atenent a les peticions de l'artista i justificant els arguments. Si no hi ha acord, els canvis han d'estar autoritzats prèviament pel personal del Departament de Cultura amb competències en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'Ajuntament de Sant Josep ha de figurar com a col·laborador a qualsevol difusió de l'exposició. No s'elabora cartelleria diferent de la difosa per l'Ajuntament, sinó que se'n comparteix la mateixa publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Les inauguracions de les exposicions estan previstes els divendres a les 18.30 h. Els artistes poden organitzar un còctel en inaugurar l'exposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. L'Ajuntament es fa responsable de la neteja després de les inauguracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. L'Ajuntament es fa càrrec de la custòdia de les sales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. La impressió de la informació sobre l'obra exposada va a càrrec de l'Ajuntament, en els estàndards habituals en el muntatge d'exposicions a Sant Josep. Els sol·licitants les propostes dels quals exigeixin un cost més gran d'impressió (fotografies, panells grans o material expositiu imprès) han d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud una memòria del material a imprimir per part de l'Ajuntament, en cas de no poder ser suportat per l'artista. La Regidoria de Cultura ho valora i determina si assumeix la despesa o, en cas contrari, se'n desestima la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base novena: altres normes dels espais expositius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'entrada a totes les exposicions és lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. És prohibida la venda pública de les obres i els objectes exposats durant el període d'exhibició. No es permet cap tipus de signes que acompanyin les obres i tenguin un significat comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren excepcions per a les activitats benèfiques o assistencials sempre que estiguin autoritzades per la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora i per la Comissió de Govern. En aquests casos, ha de constar tota la informació, tant pel que fa a l'activitat com a l'activitat econòmica, a la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La sala d'exposicions no té caràcter comercial, però l'artista pot establir contacte amb les persones interessades en la seua obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No es preveu en aquesta convocatòria la contractació, per part de l'Ajuntament, d'exposicions que suposin un cost econòmic en concepte de caixet o despeses derivades de viatges, manutenció o acomodació dels artistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base desena: obligacions dels artistes beneficiaris de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones usuàries a qui s'atorgui el dret a utilitzar les instal·lacions per a fer exposicions tenen, a més de les especials que en cada cas s'estableixin, les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Totes les que es derivin d'acords dels òrgans municipals competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Conservar en bon estat la sala i el mobiliari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No utilitzar les instal·lacions per a fins diferents de l'exposició o les establides a l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Respectar els horaris de la sala establits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Complir les condicions que s'especifiquen a la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment de les bases de la convocatòria pot ser motiu de cancel·lació de l'exposició o de no-cessió de la sala per a futures demandes, segons la valoració que n'efectuï el Departament de Cultura de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, sense que tengui dret a cap mena d'indemnització o compensació econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sancions que es puguin derivar de l'incompliment de la present convocatòria s'imposen amb la instrucció prèvia del corresponent expedient sancionador, que és independent de la indemnització per danys i perjudicis que corresponguin si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base onzena: cessió o donació voluntària d'obres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cessió o donació voluntària d'obres per part de les persones que hagin exposat a les sales d'exposicions que preveu aquesta convocatòria es formalitza mitjançant la tramitació administrativa específica en cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base dotzena: disposicions finals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les possibles interpretacions o situacions no previstes en aquest reglament són resoltes per la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora i per les persones responsables i personal tècnic del Departament de Cultura. En els casos necessaris, pels serveis jurídics de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents Bases i tots els actes administratius que se'n derivin i de les actuacions de l'òrgan de selecció poden ser impugnats d'acord amb el que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents Bases i la convocatòria es publiquen en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en el tauler d'anuncis de la corporació, en el web www.santjosep.org i a la seu electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
