    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Finalitzat el procés selectiu de la convocatòria pública del concurs oposició pel torn lliure per a la cobertura de quatre places de Delineant, vacant a la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyent a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis especials, Classe Comeses especials, especialitat delineant, grup B, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponent a l'oferta pública d'ocupació de 2017, publicada al BOIB núm. 135, de 4 de novembre de 2017. La regidora d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior va acordar el nomenament del personal funcionari que han superat aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada (arts. 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques). També poden interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu (articles 8.1. 14.1.2ª i 46.1 de la Llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
