    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sessió de caràcter ordinari d'11 de desembre de 2023, aprovà les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca, de 2021, 2022 i 2023, modificades per acord del Consell Executiu en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 8 de gener de 2024, publicat en el BOIB num. 11 de data 23 de gener de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sessi&lt;/span&gt;ó de caràcter ordinari de 22 de desembre de 2023,aprovà les bases específiques i la convocatòria de les proves selectives de provisió de places de la plantilla del Consell Insular de Menorca (psicòleg i educador social) de l'oferta pública d'ocupació 2021, 2022 i 2023, modificades per acord del Consell Executiu en sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 15 de gener de 2024. Publicades al BOIB núm. 11 de data 23 de gener de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'han detectat alguns errors materials i, d'acord amb l'art. 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la consellera executiva del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat i en votació ordinària, adopta els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Corregir els errors materials de les Bases generals del concurs oposició per a l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca de 2021, 2022 i 2023, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Drets d'examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Resten exempts del pagament de la taxa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les persones que es trobin en situació d'atur en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud. S'ha d'acreditar aquesta circumstància amb un informe del SOIB o oficina corresponent de les comunitats autònomes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les persones que tenguin la condició de membre de família nombrosa o de família monoparental en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud. Cal acreditar aquesta circumstància amb el títol de família nombrosa o monoparental, segons correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.2. Queden exemptes del pagament de la taxa les persones que es troben en situació d'atur o són membres d'una família nombrosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'acreditació d'aquestes circumstàncies s'ha de fer mitjançant un informe del SOIB o oficina corresponent de les comunitats autònomes en què consti la situació d'aturat en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud o mitjançant el títol de família nombrosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Té una bonificació del 50 % el personal funcionari o laboral al servei del Consell Insular de Menorca que participi en les convocatòries de promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.3. En el cas de sol·licituds telemàtiques o d'avançament telemàtic, el pagament es fa per mitjans electrònics a través de la plataforma. Si el pagament no es fes per mitjans electrònics, cal presentar còpia del resguard acreditatiu del pagament en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Drets d'examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'aspirant pot abonar els drets d'examen físicament a qualsevol entitat bancària fent-los efectius en el compte següent: ES33 2100 6078 4013 0004 0330 (CaixaBank). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Si el pagament no es fes per mitjans electrònics, cal presentar còpia del resguard acreditatiu del pagament en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El termini per lliurar la sol·licitud és de vint dies naturals comptadors (...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.4. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Telemàtica mitjançant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Cl@ve:&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els aspirants que ho facin per aquest procediment hauran d'adjuntar una declaració responsable per verificar que les dades aportades sense signar són veritables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Declaració responsable signada durant el procés de sol·licitud, d'acord amb el model que consta en l'annex III d'aquestes bases, en el qual es declara, sota la seva resonsabilitat, que són certes les dades que ha consignat en el procés de sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.4. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Telemàtica mitjançant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Cl@ve &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;o Pin ciutadà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els aspirants que ho facin per aquest procediment hauran d'adjuntar una declaració responsable per verificar que les dades aportades sense signar són veritables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Declaració responsable signada durant el procés de sol·licitud, d'acord amb el model que consta en l'annex III &lt;em&gt;(que es troba al portal de l'opositor https://oposicions.cime.es.)&lt;/em&gt;, en el qual es declara, sota la seva responsabilitat, que són certes les dades que ha consignat en el procés de sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Eliminar «autobarem dels mèrits al·legats signat»&lt;/strong&gt; de la base 4.4. Presentació de sol·licituds, apartats: Documentació que cal aportar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.7.1. Consideracions generals &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El tribunal ha de posar els mitjans per adaptar la realització dels exercicis als aspirants amb discapacitats, sempre que ho hagin indicat en la sol·licitud per prendre part en els corresponents processos selectius i se n'hagi acreditat la necessitat mitjançant un certificat emès per l'equip oficial de valoració indicat en la base 4.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.7.1. Consideracions generals &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8.7.2 Fase d'oposició (fins a 28 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Segon exercici (18 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Consisteix a realitzar una prova teòrico-pràctica relativa a les funcions de la plaça que es vol cobrir i que proposarà el tribunal de cadascuna de les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà a resoldre per escrit un cas pràctic proposat pel tribunal. Aquesta prova tindrà un valor de 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La part teòrica d'aquest segon exercici consistirà a respondre per escrit tres preguntes curtes teòriques referides al temari específic, en un espai màxim d'una pàgina. Cada pregunta tindrà en valor de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El termini total d'aquest segon exercici serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El tribunal podrà establir la possibilitat de disposar de material de consulta. Aquesta circumstància s'haurà d'establir en l'edicte de la convocatòria de la prova pràctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Consisteix a realitzar una prova teoricopràctica relativa a les funcions de la plaça que es vol cobrir i que proposarà el tribunal de cadascuna de les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà a resoldre per escrit un cas pràctic proposat pel tribunal. Aquesta prova tindrà un valor de 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les proves es basaran en la normativa vigent en el moment de la publicació del temari, o dels canvis normatius que s'hagin produït. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La part teòrica d'aquest segon exercici consistirà a respondre per escrit tres preguntes curtes teòriques referides al temari específic, en un espai màxim d'una pàgina. Cada pregunta tindrà un valor de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquest exercici es valorarà de 0 a 18 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El temps total per fer aquest segon exercici serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'ha d'incorporar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'ha d'incorporar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'aspirant pot abonar els drets d'examen físicament a qualsevol entitat bancària fent-los efectius en el compte següent: ES33 2100 6078 4013 0004 0330 (CaixaBank), o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o de Ciutadella al portal de l'opositor per mitjans electrònics. Si es realitza l'abonament directament a l'entitat bancària, s'haurà d'incorporar a la corresponent sol·licitud de participació el resguard de l'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquest acord en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) i en la pàgina web d'oposicions del Consell Insular de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el mateix Consell Executiu o davant la Comissió de Govern, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.32cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació d'aquest recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.32cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no s'ha rebut la notificació expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.32cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;No obstant això, si escau, es pot interposar qualsevol altre recurs que consideri oportú. Tot això, de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de&amp;nbsp;13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
