&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Mitjançant Resolució del conseller de Model econòmic, Turisme i Treball, i president del SOIB, de 20 de maig de 2021 (BOIB núm. 69, de 27 de maig), es va aprovar la convocatòria SOIB Jove Beques d'Èxit per concedir beques per a l'estudi, per a persones desocupades de mes de 16 i menys de 30 anys, que siguin alumnes d'accions formatives finançades pel SOIB durant el període 2020-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- D'acord amb l'apartat primer de l'annex de la Resolució de la convocatòria esmentada, aquestes beques estan adreçades a les persones joves desocupades inscrites en el SOIB que cursin accions formatives de formació professional per a l'ocupació finançades pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears que hagin finalitzat després del 31 de juliol de 2020 i fins al 31 d'agost de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Segons els apartats 6.4. i 6.5 de l'annex de la convocatòria, e&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l termini per presentar la sol·licitud comença el dia següent que acabi l'acció formativa i finalitza dos mesos després. S'ha de presentar una sol·licitud per acció formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el cas d'accions formatives que hagin finalitzat després del 31 de juliol de 2020 i abans de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, el termini serà de dos mesos des de la publicació al BOIB, &lt;/span&gt;excepte en el cas que s'hagin sol·licitat amb la convocatòria 2019-2020 que s'acceptarà la sol·licitud ja presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Una vegada revisades totes les sol·licituds presentades el Servei de Gestió Programes d'Ocupació 1 comprova que les sol·licituds que es detallen en l'annex d'aquesta resolució s'han presentat fora del termini que estableixen els apartats 6.4 i 6.5 de l'annex de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. R&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esolució del conseller de Model econòmic, Turisme i Treball, i president del SOIB, de 20 de maig de 2021 (BOIB núm. 69, de 27 de maig), per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria SOIB Jove Beques d'Èxit per concedir beques per a l'estudi, per a persones desocupades de mes de 16 i menys de 30 anys, que siguin alumnes d'accions formatives finançades pel SOIB durant el període 2020-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. D'acord amb &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els apartats 6.4. i 6.5 de l'annex de la convocatòria, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El termini per presentar la sol·licitud comença el dia següent que acabi l'acció formativa i finalitza dos mesos després. S'ha de presentar una sol·licitud per acció formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el cas d'accions formatives que hagin finalitzat després del 31 de juliol de 2020 i abans de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, el termini serà de dos mesos des de la publicació al BOIB, &lt;/span&gt;excepte en el cas que s'hagin sol·licitat amb la convocatòria 2019-2020 que s'acceptarà la sol·licitud ja presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. L'article 2.2 del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decret 22/2020, de 24 de juliol, de aprovació del Text consolidat del Decret d'aprovació dels Estatuts del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 131, de 25 de juliol) &lt;/span&gt;estableix que el SOIB, per a l'acompliment dels seus fins, pot dur a terme, entre altres, les funcions necessàries per gestionar les polítiques actives d'ocupació; gestionar el conjunt de programes i mesures d'orientació, ocupació, formació i formació amb alternança amb l'ocupació, que tenen per objecte millorar les possibilitats d'accés a la col·locació de les persones desocupades en el mercat de treball, per compte propi o d'altri; l'adaptació de la formació i requalificació per a l'ocupació dels treballadors, així com les altres accions destinades a fomentar l'esperit empresarial, l'economia social i a millorar les condicions dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. D'acord amb els apartats &lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; i &lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt; de l'article 9.4 del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decret 22/2020, de 24 de juliol, de aprovació del Text consolidat del Decret d'aprovació dels Estatuts del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 131, de 25 de juliol)&lt;/span&gt;, és funció del president del SOIB autoritzar despeses, contreure obligacions i proposar pagaments del servei, així com concedir ajuts i subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. La Llei 13/2014, de 29 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat- Autònoma de les Illes Balears per l'any 2015, en la disposició final setena modifica l'article 1 de la Llei 7/2000, de 15 de juny, de creació del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears, i el defineix com un organisme autònom dotat de personalitat jurídica pròpia i plena capacitat d'obrar, adscrit a la conselleria competent en matèria de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. D'acord amb el Decret 12&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/2023, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de juliol de 2023),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;el SOIB està adscrit a la Conselleria d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Inadmetre a tràmit les sol·licituds que es detallen en l'annex d'aquesta resolució per haver-se presentat &lt;strong&gt;fora del termini &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;establert als apartats 6.4. i 6.5 de l'annex de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar aquesta resolució al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i a la pàgina web del SOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia, president del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears en el termini d'un mes comptador des del dia següent a la notificació d'aquesta Resolució a la persona interessada, d'acord amb el que disposen l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;BOIB núm. 44, de 3 d'abril&lt;/em&gt;) i els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d'octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra la present resolució, també s'hi pot interposar directament un Recurs Contenciós administratiu davant els Jutjats Contenciosos Administratius en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des del dia següent a la notificació a la persona interessada d'aquesta Resolució, en la forma i condicions previstes a la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa (BOE núm. 167, de 14 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
