font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1.Al BOIB núm.174, de 26 de desembre de 2023, es va publicar la Resolució del </span>director general de Planificació, Ordenació i Infraestructures Educatives per la qual es convoca el procediment per a l'establiment, la renovació o la modificació dels concerts educatius per al curs acadèmic 2024-2025.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2.S'ha advertit d'una errada a l'annex 5 (<strong>“</strong>solicitud de concierto educativo para educación secundaria obligatoria”) de la Resolució esmentada, en la versió castellana<strong>:</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Al “SOLICITO” de l'annex 5 de la Resolució no s'hauria d'haver inclòs 2n de PDC, atès que per normativa només es pot impartir 3r PDC i 4t PDC.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1.L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment comú de les administracions públiques estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar, en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2.L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears determina que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició; com també, que la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si n'és el cas, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven, i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que hagin estat notificats o publicats.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
