&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Convocatòria borsa de treball de personal monitor de piscina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bases per a la formació d'un borsí per cobrir places de monitor de piscina com a personal laboral temporal de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERA.- Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la creació d'una borsa de treball de personal monitor de piscina de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla mitjançant CONCURS DE MÈRITS, a l'efecte de dur a terme un contracte de personal laboral temporal, d'acord amb l'article 15 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-.Tipus de contracte: laboral temporal; de conformitat amb l'article 15 del RDL 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors i el Reial decret 2720/1998, de 18 de desembre, pel qual es desenvolupa l'article 15 de TRLLET en matèria de contractes de durada determinada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-. Nivell: 4 del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-. Lloc de treball: piscina municipal de sa Pobla.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-. Funcions a desenvolupar: les pròpies del lloc de feina. A saber:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Impartir classes de natació i desenvolupar activitats aquàtiques dirigides aplicant el programa establert.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Dirigir i organitzar sessions de natació per a nadons, infants, adults i gent gran; natació terapèutica, aquagym, entre d'altres.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Dissenyar i adaptar les activitats aquàtiques en funció de la tipologia dels alumnes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Altres funcions relacionades amb el seu lloc de treball i encomanades pels òrgans municipals competents.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Període de prova: 1 mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGONA.- Normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta selecció es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en les bases d'aquesta convocatòria i, en allò que no s'hi prevegi, per:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-. RDL 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, i el Reial decret 2720/1998, de 18 de desembre, pel qual es desenvolupa l'article 15 de TRLLET en matèria de contractes de durada determinada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-. Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'empleat públic, i normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-. Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB, i supletòriament, per al no previst a l'anterior, pel Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el procediment de selecció de funcionaris interins de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i per la resta de normativa que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i sigui d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, així com normativa de desenvolupament.1.2.1. Sistema de selecció: concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERA.- Procés de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La selecció serà mitjançant el procediment de CONCURS DE MÈRITS, de conformitat amb el barem que es detalla a la &lt;strong&gt;base VUITENA&lt;/strong&gt;. En el cas que es produeixin empats en la puntuació de les persones aspirants es resoldran aplicant successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- La major puntuació obtinguda en l'apartat d'experiència professional. E&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;n primer lloc l'experiència en el sector públic i, si persisteix l'empat, es tindrà en compte l'experiència en el sector privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- Per sorteig.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUARTA.- Requisits de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a poder participar en el procés selectiu serà necessari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun estat membre de la Unió Europa. Les persones aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola o d'algun estat membre de la UE, hauran d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el permís de residència.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Haver complert els 16 anys i no haver complert l'edat de jubilació forçosa, si fos el cas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents al lloc de feina.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; No haver estat separat/da ni acomiadat/da, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a l'exercici de funcions públiques per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupava en el cas de personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat/da o inhabilitat/da.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Estar en possessió, com a mínim, del certificat oficial de coneixement de la llengua catalana &lt;strong&gt;nivell B1&lt;/strong&gt;, o equivalent degudament homologat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Estar en possessió, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-la, en la data que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, d'una de les titulacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Titulació de Monitor/a de Natació o titulació equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Titulació de Tècnic/a d'Activitats Físiques i Esportives –TAFAD o TSEAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Qualificació professional AFD341_3 Activitats de Natació.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificat de professionalitat AFDA0310 Activitats de Natació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els títols hauran de ser oficials o estar degudament homologats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Justificar el pagament de la taxa de &lt;strong&gt;26,00 €&lt;/strong&gt; d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal relativa a les taxes per proves selectives de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, BOIB 167, de 12/12/2019 o bé acreditar les bonificacions i/o exempcions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de què&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; puguin ser objecte, previstes al títol VI de l'esmentada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;rdenança &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;fiscal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; i justificant de pagament de la quantia resultant, si pertoca. El pagament ha de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;fer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-se mitjançant transferència al número &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;següent d'&lt;strong&gt;IBAN: ES73 0182 5747 4902 0150 3747&lt;/strong&gt;. Com a concepte de la transferència s'ha d'indicar el nom de la persona aspirant i el procés al qual participa (NOM + MON).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Acreditar el Certificat de Delictes de Naturalesa Sexual. En el moment previ a la contractació, la persona seleccionada haurà d'aportar una certificació negativa del Registre Central de Delinqüents Sexuals (GERENCIA TERRITORIAL DE DE JUSTICIA, Carrer de la Posada del Real, 6, Palma 07003 – Telf. 971720322 o també a través del següent enllaç web: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni du a terme cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si du a terme alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat. Els requisits establerts en els apartats anteriors hauran de complir-se el darrer dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies i mantenir-los en el moment de formalitzar el corresponent contracte de treball, si s'escau.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CINQUENA.- Sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en el procés selectiu es formalitzaran segons el previst a l'article 66.6 de la llei 39/2015 &lt;/span&gt;d'1&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, &lt;strong&gt;mitjançant el tràmit específic creat als efectes a la seu electrònica&lt;/strong&gt; de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla - http://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/board//- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;segons el model que figura a l'&lt;strong&gt;annex I&lt;/strong&gt; de les presents bases. Es dirigiran al Sr. Batle, i es podran presentar al registre general d'aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Als efectes del dispost a la &lt;strong&gt;base DESENA&lt;/strong&gt; necessàriament les persones aspirants hauran d'indicar un telèfon (o uns quants) de contacte&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per ser admeses a aquest procediment les persones aspirants adjuntaran, a les seves instàncies, la documentació següent:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- Còpia de la titulació exigida o certificació acadèmica que acrediti que té cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, o còpia dels certificats de professionalitat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.- Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat separat/da, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de les comunitats autònomes, ni entitats locals, ni està inhabilitat/da per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.- Còpia &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del certificat oficial de coneixement de la llengua catalana nivell B1, o equivalent degudament homologat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.- Còpia dels mèrits al·legats als efectes de la seva valoració, els quals hauran d'anar relacionats a la instància. Els documents presentats podran ser còpies, però hauran de ser autentificades en el moment que l'aspirant sigui seleccionat si així es requereix per l'òrgan contractant. Els mèrits o serveis a tenir en compte estaran referits a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB, que actuarà com a límit. No s'admetrà cap documentació referida a mèrits una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No es valorarà cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. El fet de no acreditar qualsevol dels mèrits en la forma indicada implicarà que aquest mèrit no es valori.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.- Justificant d'haver realitzat el pagament de la taxa de &lt;strong&gt;26,00 €&lt;/strong&gt; per poder participar en les proves selectives conforme a la &lt;strong&gt;base QUARTA, punt 7&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El termini per realitzar el tràmit a la seu electrònica serà de &lt;strong&gt;DEU DIES HÀBILS (10)&lt;/strong&gt; comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB. Igualment, aquestes bases es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla https://www.sapobla.cat/ca&lt;span style="color:navy"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SISENA - Admissió de les persones aspirants.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el tribunal aprovarà la relació provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de la causa d'exclusió. Aquesta resolució es publicarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, i es concedirà un termini de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DIES HÀBILS (3)&lt;/strong&gt; per a la presentació de possibles reclamacions, esmena d'errades o rectificacions.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalitzat l'esmentat termini es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla la llista definitiva de les persones admeses i excloses al procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Puntuarà fins a un &lt;strong&gt;màxim de 20 punts&lt;/strong&gt;, conforme a la següent ponderació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Les fraccions inferiors al mes no es valoraran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Les fraccions inferiors al mes no es valoraran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada es desprengui de forma indubtable que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els serveis prestats s'acreditaran mitjançant l'&lt;strong&gt;Informe de vida laboral i els contractes laborals i/o certificats d'empresa&lt;/strong&gt; on consti la categoria laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els treballs realitzats en el règim d'autònoms s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat d'alta i baixa a l'IAE, amb indicació de la data d'alta i baixa i de l'activitat corresponent, adjuntant la facturació dels serveis prestats o altra documentació que pugui acreditar la real i efectiva prestació dels serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B. Formació addicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Puntuarà fins un &lt;strong&gt;màxim de 30 punts&lt;/strong&gt;, conforme a la següent ponderació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B.1 Cursos de formació, seminaris o jornades impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques, pels agents socials, per centres oficials o homologats, que estiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions de la plaça. (màxim 20 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació continua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els centres o cursos homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions o organisme competent. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els cursos per ser valorats han de tenir qualsevol durada igual o superior a deu hores. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cada hora d'assistència es valorarà amb &lt;strong&gt;0,03 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cada hora d'aprofitament es valorarà amb &lt;strong&gt;0,05 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En cas de no indicar-se la durada no es puntuarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'acreditarà mitjançant certificat o fotocòpia del títol d'assistència o aprofitament, o certificat expedit pel centre o institució que hagi organitzat el curs, amb indicació de la seva durada i de les matèries tractades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de cursos o formació valorada en crèdits, si no s'especifica la durada en hores, es valorarà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Per cada crèdit ECTS: 25 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Per cada crèdit LRU o no especificat: 10 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Grau superior formació professional en Activitats Físicoesportives: &lt;strong&gt;3 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Titulat en magisteri, especialitat d'Educació Física: &lt;strong&gt;4 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Titulació universitària en Ciències de l'Activitat Física i Esportiva: &lt;strong&gt;5 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- La puntuació no és acumulable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B.3. Estar en possessió del títol de Socorrista de Piscina i Primers Auxilis o titulacions equivalents que incloguin en el seu programa educatiu els coneixements de socorrista de piscina i primers auxilis (3 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. O bé:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Tenir el carnet professional de Socorrista en Instal·lacions Aquàtiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Comptar amb qualsevol de les titulacions contemplades en el decret 2/2005, de 24 de gener, regulador de les mesures mínimes de seguretat i protecció que han de complir les platges i zones de bany de les Illes Balears en la seva versió donada pel decret 27/2015, de 24 d'abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Qualificació Professional AFD096_2 Socorrisme en Instal·lacions Aquàtiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificat de Professionalitat AFDP0109 Socorrisme en Instal·lacions Aquàtiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Mòdul de Primers Auxilis i Socorrisme Aquàtic del títol del TAFAD de la formació professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Titulació de Tècnic Esportiu en Salvament i Socorrisme o Tècnic Esportiu Superior en Salvament i Socorrisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els títols hauran de ser oficials o estar degudament homologats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B.4 Idiomes (màxim 2 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Nivell bàsic o superior (títol oficial o homologat): únicament es valorarà l'anglès, francès, alemany o àrab.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Es valorarà amb &lt;strong&gt;0,5 punts&lt;/strong&gt; cada títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits que es valorin en un apartat no es podran valorar en un altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;NOVENA.- Valoració dels mèrits, relació resultant i constitució de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el tribunal farà públic al tauler d'anuncis municipal i a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla les puntuacions atorgades a cada aspirant per cada un dels conceptes prevists a la &lt;strong&gt;base VUITENA&lt;/strong&gt;. Els interessats podran presentar al·legacions al Tribunal dins del termini dels &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; següents al de publicació de l'esmentada valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada aquesta fase de valoració i puntuació, i esgotats els terminis de revisió i resoltes, si n'hi hagués, les al·legacions, el Tribunal les resoldrà de manera definitiva. En el supòsit de produir-se empat de puntuacions entre aspirants, es resoldrà de conformitat amb la &lt;strong&gt;base TERCERA&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolució definitiva s'elevarà al Sr. Batle per resoldre la constitució de la borsa de treball, que vendrà conformada per totes les aspirants que hagin complert els requisits. Les persones aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridades per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolució per la qual es constitueixi la borsa de feina s'ha de fer pública en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla i al BOIB, amb indicació de les persones que en formen part i la puntuació final que han obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DESENA.- Funcionament de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A.- Situació de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones que formen part d'aquesta borsa a l'efecte d'oferir-les un lloc de treball, estan en situació de disponible o no disponible, en ambdós casos, sempre a sol·licitud de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mentre les persones aspirants estiguin en situació de &lt;strong&gt;No Disponible&lt;/strong&gt; en la borsa, no seran cridades per a l'oferiment d'un lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estan en situació de &lt;strong&gt;Disponible&lt;/strong&gt; en la borsa la resta de persones aspirants. Aquestes seran cridades per a l'oferiment d'un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B.- Justificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El rebuig per part de la persona aspirant en el moment de l'oferiment, es considerarà justificat sempre que s'acrediti, dins el termini de &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la comunicació telefònica, per un dels següents motius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Trobar-se treballant en el moment que es realitzi la crida per cobrir una oferta de feina, motiu pel qual haurà de presentar el contracte de treball vigent o informe de vida laboral o certificació acreditativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal, intervenció quirúrgica o accident, justificant-ho mitjançant la presentació de l'oportú informe mèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Estar en alguna de les situacions següents: embaràs, adopció o acolliment (permanent o preadoptiu), descans per maternitat o paternitat, acolliment o malaltia greu o hospitalització d'un familiar, excedència per cura de fills menors de 12 anys o ascendents dependents o en qualsevol situació prevista en la normativa en vigor als efectes de permisos i llicències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Defunció d'un familiar fins a segon grau de consanguinitat o afinitat, amb límit temporal de cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Matrimoni o constitució de parella de fet durant el període de llicència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Per estudis reglats, els quals suposin tot un curs acadèmic complet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada justificat, la persona aspirant quedarà en situació de &lt;strong&gt;No Disponible&lt;/strong&gt;, és a dir, estarà inactiva en la borsa fins que finalitzin els motius al·legats i ho comuniqui al departament de Recursos Humans. Per això, s'haurà de comunicar inexcusablement la finalització de la causa per la qual es va rebutjar el contracte o el nomenament mitjançant escrit dirigit a Recursos Humans de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, en el moment que es produeixi. Això suposarà l'activació automàtica en la borsa com a &lt;strong&gt;Disponible&lt;/strong&gt; per a possibles ofertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan la persona aspirant rebutgi l'oferta i no en presenti justificació en el termini indicat - &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; comptadors des del dia de l'oferiment- serà penalitzada i passarà al darrer lloc de la borsa. Tres ofertes rebutjades sense justificació significaran l'exclusió de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;C. Funcionament de la borsa de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cobertura ordinària: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el Departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic amb l'aspirant amb un màxim de tres intents, amb un marge de temps, entre cridada i cridada, de mínim 15 minuts. S'ha d'informar l'aspirant del lloc a cobrir i de les seves característiques. Un cop es contacti amb l'aspirant, disposa, com a màxim, fins a les 9.00 hores del dia hàbil següent per mostrar la seva conformitat amb el nomenament o contràriament, manifestar el seu rebuig a l'oferta de feina, de conformitat amb la &lt;strong&gt;base DESENA B&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si dins el termini indicat, no manifesta el seu interès &lt;/span&gt;a&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; ocupar el lloc de feina, si no hi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;renuncia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; expressament o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de feina i es procedirà a contactar amb el següent aspirant de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cobertura de curta durada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(igual o inferior a 2 mesos o cobertura d'incapacitat temporal de qualque treballador/a amb previsió inferior a 2 mesos)&lt;strong&gt;: &lt;/strong&gt;el Departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic amb l'aspirant amb un màxim de tres intents, amb un marge de temps, entre cridada i cridada, de mínim 15 minuts. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si dins el termini indicat, no manifesta el seu interès a ocupar el lloc de feina, no hi renuncia expressament o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de feina i es passarà a contactar amb el següent aspirant de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada vegada que s'hagi de procedir a cobrir un lloc de feina de la borsa, ha de quedar constància dins l'expedient, mitjançant una diligència de les característiques del lloc a cobrir, els dies de la crida, els intents de contacte amb les aspirants, la resposta i la justificació, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si alguna de les persones integrants de la borsa renuncia tres vegades seguides a diferents ofertes de feina (és a dir, no manifesta la conformitat a incorporar-se al lloc de feina, renúncia expressament al nomenament, no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació), serà definitivament exclosa de la borsa de feina a tots els efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa cessi en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball ocupant el lloc que ocupava inicialment a la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que la persona integrant de la borsa de feina a la qual correspongués la crida per ordre de puntuació pogués incórrer en un encadenament de contractes o manteniment de relació laboral de més de 24 mesos en un període de 30, que poguessin derivar en una relació indefinida amb aquesta Administració, se suspendrà aquesta crida passant a la persona següent de la llista. La suspensió serà pel temps necessari per a evitar la incursió en frau de llei que derivi en una relació indefinida. Transcorregut el termini necessari es restablirà la possibilitat de la seva crida en el lloc de la borsa que obtingués segons puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ONZENA.- Vigència d'aquesta borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La borsa de feina objecte d'aquestes bases tindrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys des que es publiqui la resolució de constitució al BOIB, de conformitat amb l'article 12 del Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig. Tot sense perjudici, quant a preferència, a l'establert pels processos d'estabilització o altra normativa. Un cop hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps la borsa perd la vigència i no es pot reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DOTZENA.- Impugnació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
