&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 5 de setembre de 2022, aprovà l'oferta pública d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca per a l'any 2022 (BOIB núm.122 de 17 de setembre de 2022);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 4 de desembre de 2023, aprovà l'oferta pública d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca per a l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sessió de caràcter ordinari d'11 de desembre de 2023, aprovà les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca, de 2021, 2022 i 2023, modificades per acord del Consell Executiu en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 8 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 22 de desembre de 2023, aprovà les bases específiques i la convocatòria de les proves selectives de provisió de places de la plantilla del Consell Insular de Menorca (administratiu, auxiliar d'arxiu, auxiliar cuidador, auxiliar d'infermeria i auxiliar administratiu) de l'oferta pública d'ocupació 2021, 2022 i 2023, en les quals s'han detectat alguns errors materials i s'aprofita la modificació per introduir alguns petits canvis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'accés a la funció pública es regeix pel que estableixen el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic; per la Llei de funció pública; per la Llei 3/2007, de 22 de febrer, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i la resta de normativa d'aplicació general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès el que disposen la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atesos els informes emesos per la cap del Servei de Gestió de Persones de data 4 de desembre de 2023 i de 9 de gener de 2024;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la Consellera executiva del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat i en votació ordinària, adopta els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases específiques dels processos de selecció de provisió de places de la plantilla del Consell Insular de Menorca (administratiu, auxiliar d'arxiu, auxiliar cuidador, auxiliar d'infermeria i auxiliar administratiu), que consten en l'annex I de cadascuna de les bases, de conformitat amb el contingut de les bases generals de l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Convocar els processos de selecció de provisió de places de la plantilla del Consell Insular de Menorca (administratiu, auxiliar d'arxiu, auxiliar cuidador, auxiliar d'infermeria i auxiliar administratiu) d'acord amb les convocatòries de l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ordenar la publicació de les esmentades bases i de la convocatòria de les places al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;als efectes oportuns. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Iniciar el termini de 20 dies hàbils per a la presentació de sol·licituds, des de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE REGEIXEN LES PROVES SELECTIVES, PER A L'INGRÉS PEL TORN LLIURE I PER PROMOCIÓ INTERNA, PER PROVEIR SETZE PLACES D'ADMINISTRATIU DE L'OFERTA PÚBLICA D'OCUPACIÓ 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de les bases específiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és cobrir setze places vacants d'ADMINISTRATIU, funcionari del grup C, subgrup C1 del Consell Insular de Menorca, tretze per torn lliure i tres per promoció interna, de les quals una ho és per a persones amb discapacitat, incloses en l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació (OPO) de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén per places vacants tant les no cobertes temporalment com les places cobertes temporalment per funcionaris interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temari específic que regeix la convocatòria és el que s'estableix en l'annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les Bases&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca aprovades per Acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 11 de desembre de 2023 i modificades per acord de Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 8 de gener de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà al portal de l'opositor del Consell Insular de Menorca www.oposicions.cime.es tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés. A través d'aquest portal, es pot accedir al formulari d'inscripció i a les instruccions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública han d'indicar en la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seves dades, per a la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant pot abonar els drets d'examen físicament a qualsevol entitat bancària fent-los efectius en el compte següent: ES33 2100 6078 4013 0004 0330 (CaixaBank), o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o de Ciutadella al portal de l'opositor per mitjans electrònics. Si es realitza l'abonament directament a l'entitat bancària, s'haurà d'incorporar a la corresponent sol·licitud de participació el resguard de l'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'abonament en el termini establert s'entendrà com a desistiment del procés, excepte per als candidats que n'estiguin exempts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'admissió en el procés no generarà dret a retorn de les taxes, atès que ja s'hauran iniciat les tasques administratives que generen l'obligació de la taxa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Altres mèrits al·legats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb l'apartat cinc de l'annex II de les Bases generals, en el qual es deixa oberta la valoració d'altres mèrits al·legats amb un total de fins a 1 punt com a màxim, el mèrit que es valorarà és: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estar en possessió del certificat de llenguatge administratiu (LA) .................1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Calendari previst&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La primera prova d'oposició està prevista per al mes de maig de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Proves d'oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teòrica part general: el Consell Insular posarà a l'abast dels opositors una bateria de preguntes sobre les quals els tribunals escolliran les corresponents a la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teoricopràctica de la part específica: Els candidats podran dur tot el material que considerin necessari per al desenvolupament de la prova específica, únicament en format PAPER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Nomenament del personal de nou ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques es farà en règim funcionarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa les places de forma interina, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat en el lloc objecte de l'OPO. S'exceptuen d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (comissió de serveis, serveis especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Ordre de prelació i adjudicació de places de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén per places vacants tant les no cobertes temporalment com les places cobertes temporalment per funcionaris interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temari específic que regeix la convocatòria és el que s'estableix en l'annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les Bases&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca aprovades per Acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 11 de desembre de 2023 i modificades per acord de Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 8 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà al portal de l'opositor del Consell Insular de Menorca www.oposicions.cime.es tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés. A través d'aquest portal, es pot accedir al formulari d'inscripció i a les instruccions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública han d'indicar en la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seves dades, per a la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant pot abonar els drets d'examen físicament a qualsevol entitat bancària fent-los efectius en el compte següent: ES33 2100 6078 4013 0004 0330 (CaixaBank), o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o de Ciutadella al portal de l'opositor per mitjans electrònics. Si es realitza l'abonament directament a l'entitat bancària, s'haurà d'incorporar a la corresponent sol·licitud de participació el resguard de l'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'abonament en el termini establert s'entendrà com a desistiment del procés, excepte per als candidats que n'estiguin exempts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'admissió en el procés no generarà dret a retorn de les taxes, atès que ja s'hauran iniciat les tasques administratives que generen l'obligació de la taxa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Altres mèrits al·legats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En referència a l'apartat cinquè de l'annex II de les Bases generals, en el qual es deixava oberta la valoració d'altres mèrits al·legats amb la suma de fins a 1 punt com a màxim, no s'estableixen mèrits específics, per la qual cosa aquest punt s'acumularà als de formació, que passaran a distribuir 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Calendari previst&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teòrica part general: el Consell Insular posarà a l'abast dels opositors una bateria de preguntes sobre les quals els tribunals escolliran les corresponents a la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teoricopràctica de la part específica: Els candidats podran dur tot el material que considerin necessari per al desenvolupament de la prova específica, únicament en format PAPER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Nomenament del personal de nou ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques es farà en règim funcionarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa les places de forma interina, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat en el lloc objecte de l'OPO. S'exceptuen d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (comissió de serveis, serveis especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació final de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició vindrà determinat per la suma de tots els barems inclosos en les Bases generals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A través d'aquest portal, es pot accedir al formulari d'inscripció i a les instruccions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública han d'indicar en la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seves dades, per a la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant pot abonar els drets d'examen físicament a qualsevol entitat bancària fent-los efectius en el compte següent: ES33 2100 6078 4013 0004 0330 (CaixaBank), o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o de Ciutadella al portal de l'opositor per mitjans electrònics. Si es realitza l'abonament directament a l'entitat bancària, s'haurà d'incorporar a la corresponent sol·licitud de participació el resguard de l'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'abonament en el termini establert s'entendrà com a desistiment del procés, excepte per als candidats que n'estiguin exempts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'admissió en el procés no generarà dret a retorn de les taxes, atès que ja s'hauran iniciat les tasques administratives que generen l'obligació de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Altres mèrits al·legats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En referència a l'apartat cinquè de l'annex II de les Bases generals, en el qual es deixava oberta la valoració d'altres mèrits al·legats amb la suma de fins a 1 punt com a màxim, no s'estableixen mèrits específics, per la qual cosa aquest punt s'acumularà als de formació, que passaran a distribuir 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teoricopràctica de la part específica: Els candidats podran dur tot el material que considerin necessari per al desenvolupament de la prova específica, únicament en format PAPER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Nomenament del personal de nou ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques es farà en règim funcionarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa les places de forma interina, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat en el lloc objecte de l'OPO. S'exceptuen d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (comissió de serveis, serveis especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Ordre de prelació i adjudicació de places de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació final de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició vindrà determinat per la suma de tots els barems inclosos en les Bases generals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és cobrir sis places vacants d'AUXILIAR D'INFERMERIA, funcionari del grup C, subgrup C1 del Consell Insular de Menorca, per torn lliure corresponent a l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén per places vacants tant les no cobertes temporalment com les places cobertes temporalment per funcionaris interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temari específic que regeix la convocatòria és el que s'estableix en l'annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les Bases&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació del Consell Insular de Menorca aprovades per Acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 11 de desembre de 2023 i modificades per acord de Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca de data 8 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà al portal de l'opositor del Consell Insular de Menorca www.oposicions.cime.es tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés. A través d'aquest portal, es pot accedir al formulari d'inscripció i a les instruccions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública han d'indicar en la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seves dades, per a la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant pot abonar els drets d'examen físicament a qualsevol entitat bancària fent-los efectius en el compte següent: ES33 2100 6078 4013 0004 0330 (CaixaBank), o bé al Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà de Maó o de Ciutadella al portal de l'opositor per mitjans electrònics. Si es realitza l'abonament directament a l'entitat bancària, s'haurà d'incorporar a la corresponent sol·licitud de participació el resguard de l'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'abonament en el termini establert s'entendrà com a desistiment del procés, excepte per als candidats que n'estiguin exempts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca d'admissió en el procés no generarà dret a retorn de les taxes, atès que ja s'hauran iniciat les tasques administratives que generen l'obligació de la taxa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Altres mèrits al·legats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En referència a l'apartat cinquè de l'annex II de les Bases generals, en el qual es deixava oberta la valoració d'altres mèrits al·legats amb la suma de fins a 1 punt com a màxim, no s'estableixen mèrits específics, per la qual cosa aquest punt s'acumularà als de formació, que passaran a distribuir 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teòrica part general: el Consell Insular posarà a l'abast dels opositors una bateria de preguntes sobre les quals els tribunals escolliran les corresponents a la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teoricopràctica de la part específica: Els candidats podran dur tot el material que considerin necessari per al desenvolupament de la prova específica, únicament en format PAPER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Nomenament del personal de nou ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques es farà en règim funcionarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa les places de forma interina, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat en el lloc objecte de l'OPO. S'exceptuen d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (comissió de serveis, serveis especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Ordre de prelació i adjudicació de places de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació final de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició vindrà determinat per la suma de tots els barems inclosos en les Bases generals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Drets d'examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si es realitza l'abonament directament a l'entitat bancària, s'haurà d'incorporar a la corresponent sol·licitud de participació el resguard de l'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cessament del personal que ocupa les places de forma interina, en aplicació de l'article 18 de l'Acord marc que regeix les relacions entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i el seu personal funcionari, es produirà per ordre invers al de l'antiguitat en el lloc objecte de l'OPO. S'exceptuen d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes interinament o temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (comissió de serveis, serveis especials, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el mateix Consell Executiu o davant la Comissió de Govern, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació d'aquest recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no s'ha rebut la notificació expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, si escau, es pot interposar qualsevol altre recurs que consideri oportú. Tot això, de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
