font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">En data 15 de gener de 2024 s'ha emès Resolució de l'Institut Municipal d'Innovació de Palma núm.&nbsp;202400004&nbsp; per la qual s'aprova la relació definitiva de persones que han superat el concurs extraordinari de mèrits per estabilització, per les diferents categories i se'ls adjudica un lloc de treball.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">D'acord amb les bases reguladores que han regit el procediment selectiu es procedeix a la publicació d'un extracte de la Resolució amb l'esmentada relació, perquè els aspirants que en formen part puguin formalitzar la contractació indefinida en un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la Gerència en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
